What I love about Mom's is how consistent the brand is regardless of the store or it's location. You know you'll get Certified Humane meat and seafood and organic produce.This store is one of the larger ones. Just like the others, this store's commitment to the community is visible in every pocket of the store.I like how accessible this location is. It's just minutes - maybe 5 minutes - from the Fairfax County Parkway.Plenty of parking. Reserved parking for electric vehicles and ample parking for handicapped patrons.They are consistently charging for bags, so if you don't want to pay for a bag, bring your own!

I can't say enough about this store. They are wonderful. I was frustrated because I was at Sprouts which is in the same shopping center, and no one wanted to help me search for products I was looking for .I walked over to Moms organic market , and had never been. I was helped immediately by a knowledgeable employee who went above and beyond to make sure that I got the right products. The entire store is stocked with great items and great , happy ,friendly employees . It was such a nice experience.From now on I will be doing my shopping at this store.

Mom's organic market at this location has a Naked Lunch attached to it. It's also in the same location as Sprouts Farmers market. It's a good place to get organic foods and grab a quick bite to eat.

I heard of Mom's Organic Market for many years and finally stopped by. Wow! I'm m like where have I been? I'm really surprised by their prices are very competitive! I think they might be slightly better than Whole Foods. They have products that I have never seen before. The cashier was so nice. He gave me a Mom's reusable grocery bag and told me that they will replace it if it gets worn and damaged. By the checkout, there are recycled bins for all sorts of things including... Shoes? 😁 I found some organic pet food brands that I'm not familiar with, and decided to get my girls (dogs and cats) some to try. Same for ice cream, unique brands and looking forward to trying the Alden's Organic Midnight Cherries ice cream that I got. They even have organic beer. I will shop here again if I'm out that way.

Lots of vegan options!! A bit pricey but a good place to find vegan and organic foods that might be hard to find elsewhere. A good selection of single serve snacks/meals, great for travel.

The customer service here is top notch! I called the day before an event looking for edible flowers. I had been searching all morning and most of the people I asked didn’t even know what they were. When I called Mom’s, the man (I’m horrible with names) that answered knew exactly what I was talking about! He checked for me but they didn’t have any in stock. He then asked when I needed them. When I said tomorrow morning he asked me to hold. Another man from produce came on and said they could order them for me. They went above and beyond for me and it was truly refreshing! The flowers were there as promised the next morning. They really added something special to the big container of lemonade! If it wasn’t such an important event, I wouldn’t have tried so hard to decorate water, sugar and lemon juice! If I ever need edible flowers again, I know where I’m calling first. I just wish they were closer to me so I could shop there more often. Thanks again to the two men who went out of their way to help me!

Water machine is constantly broken and their "Maria and Ricardo's" tortillas have been moldy the past two times I've purchased them. Very disappointing.

This place is a destination of you're looking for that whole food and holistic experience. They have many of the expected brands for soy free, dairy free etc dietary needs. They have a decent and decently priced essential oils and dietary herbal supplements available should you need aroma therapy or the need to ingest the herbs. They are pricy but that should be expected when shopping at places like this. Staff was helpful and they had selections that were a good value.

If you are looking the correct places to recycle thing that you are not sure where to place. Moms organic market have list of thing you can recycle there and making sure it goes to the correct waste area.

I experienced horrible customer service at this location. The woman at the customer service desk was very rude and they do not follow their own standards. I felt as if their policy is " customer is always wrong" no matter what the situation is. By the way, some of these good google reviews are done by their staff and relatives so no wonder.

Obnoxious employees working here with no sense of decency. I have shopped at most organic/ high end stores and was hoping for at least a semi decent environment here as well. Alas, that was not the case. Received the worst service here compared to any other establishment I’ve interacted with across U.S.Reading some of the other reviews posted here, I see a certain appalling trend towards people of color. If that is the case, then it is a sad sad situation.The freshness of vegetables do not compensate for the disgusting behavior of some employees here. Other than a certain hippie vibe, I find nothing special about this store. If you want good organic food as well as exceptional customer service, I would go to Trader Joe’s. Or actually anywhere but here.No wonder this store has to participate in external programs to increase foot traffic. I guess they need a way to bring more customers to replace the ones they drive away because of their poor service anyhow.

I always enjoy shopping in moms more than 5yrs but yesterday's experience was strange I tried the hydrosol for face from tester from shea terra after my checkout the team member came to me and said ur not supposed to do that I answered her I tried tester and she replied me pls don't do that again I m like what I don't understand why I can't try tester it's for trying yes.

We’ve been shopping at moms for years and wouldn’t dream of shopping anywhere else in the area. The only thing I wish was that there were more locations down south since we’ve moved! What a great local business!

The manager Will and his associates are rude and don’t listen. I’m cool with them not wanting to accept a return. What is not cool is how you treat customers. This associate had the audacity to argue with me even as I’m walking away. Where did he get his customer service training from? When I spoke with the manager her referred to me as “colored” and when I told him not to call me that his response was I wasn’t white. Now I believe they treated me that way because of my race and not because of their return policy. Also, the reason they gave for not taking my return isn’t even on their website. So their rudeness and attitudes toward certain customers is most likely a reflection of the company as a whole. Even if you don’t agree with a customer there is still a certain way to handle it. Arguing and assuming is not something I’m sure they teach in customer relations courses. Maybe Moms need to sign these two up for some refresher courses. Worst customer service ever.

Good variety of fresh, local produce. Always clean and well stocked. I feel very good about buying the brands carried here, as most have an emphasis on sustainability and fair trade. Large variety of plant-based products, but they do carry pasture raised meat from smaller farmers (also in a surprising variety - I've seen ground lamb, bison, and venison meat here). Employees are always very friendly and helpful. I feel safe shopping here due to their COVID-19 precautions: masks have been required of all customers and employees since the beginning, and carts are cleaned between uses. Other customers generally respect physical distancing. I've made MOM's my regular place to buy groceries - I'll only occasionally have to go elsewhere to find something they don't carry (ex. fresh fish fillets, harder to find items).EDIT: They have fresh rainbow trout, in both fillets and butterflied, and it's delicious!

This is a great store for all your organic shopping needs. While the store is great for most things; it is missing out on a 5-star review because their selection of organic fruits is not any better than Wegman's or other supermarkets in the area. I would like to see more options for organic fruits than your typical supermarket. Otherwise their selection of organic everything else cannot be beat!
