Got the paper copies I needed for my job but I asked how to put the paper in to scan it and then it printed weird twice and the blonde lady said there's nothing they can do. And I got charged for two papers that I can't use because they printed wrong.

The sales manger was a GREAT help when i had questions following my laptop purchase, but the store manager was NOT! We also had purchased an office chair earlier, and the salesman in that department was very accomodating as well. Makes one hesitate to make further purchases when treated rudely by the store manager.

Stopped in the other night to get a quick copy and Josh was awesome. I'm sure he had stuff to do to get closed but dropped everything to help me. Don't go very often but have always gotten good help.

Not only did no one offer to help, but when I asked for assistance, when looking at printers, I was exposed to abrupt and rude dialog. I was also given no assistance beyond a price check. I left without purchasing anything from their store. Sadly, this is not the first time I have had a negative experience at that particular store. I will not be shopping there again.

I don't need to go to Staples very often. I have always had superb service there. But I have noticed something the past 3 or 4 years. The cashiers are always good looking, amiable, charming young men. What a joy to buy envelopes! Keep up the good work!

I have only limited experience here. But I bought my office chair from them, and they were willing to help me find the one I wanted, get it from the back, and wheel it out to the front of the building while I got my car, and then even loaded it into the car for me. I had a good experience.

Must be closing for good soon. Very low inventory, nasty store everywhere throughout. Shelves unorganized, tossed around items, products out of place throughout. Appears not to have been cleaned or properly stocked for many months. Employees ignored all customers. Good thing I only needed to use the self service copier.

Staples continues to provide quality items and good sales. However their customer service has really suffered. It used to be that every time I went in there and went through the checkout line I received a thank you as I left. Occasionally they were half hearted depending on the person but it was said nevertheless. Now the last three times I have been in there, I have not been thanked. The "gentleman" last week barely spoke at all to me (he was too busy talking to his co-workers), much less thank me, and the guy today was more friendly, but I still didn't receive a thank you.Is customer service not important to anyone but me anymore? How about plain old friendliness? Oh, and today I bought a printer. Did anyone ask if I needed help getting it to my car (I'm in my late 60's)? NO, they did NOT!!!

So, I had some binding done at staples. Yes there was a longer than expected wait because their machine was down and it had to be sent to another store. But....they had excellent customer service in letting me know what happened and fixed the problem. They did not charge me extra for the mistake that occurred. I would deff come again for further service.

This Staples Print Center is awesome. We ordered some items for a big event and there were some issues with my file that weren't seen in time, but they fixed the issue before the event and took the extra step afterwards to make sure everything was right. Chip and Eric deserve a big shout out. They are doing a great job over there.

Thank you Malcom and Kiha for your awesome customer service. I feel like an alien in Staples and trying to understand the ink rewards program, to me, is truely like landing on another planet. Kiha, in 2 minutes you explained more than multiple customers service reps did over the phone in the last several months. Malcom, thanks for helping me pick earbuds and being patient with me, explaining the differences. Thank you! You both rock!

Worst customer experience ever ! Useless people working there, no computer knowledge at all I was in a really emergency situation I had to print some of the stuff I need to take to my court , they couldn't help me at all! The only answer I had from them " is not possible " and they were hiding and walk around doing something else knowing that I was having issues with their machines. Need something? get a printer do it yourself lesson learned.

It's a Staples. I think it's a pretty small store. It's clean and organized though. Everytime I've been in here, employees have been friendly and helpful. I don't go very often because usually for the things I need, I can get cheaper some where else, but I think they price match. For specific office supplies, I would recommend.

Took them 8hrs to do one very urgent job we needed after we were told it would be finished in the hour. They advertise 1hr service and we waited on them for 8hrs. Never using their services again. Do not expect fast turn over times. Poor business to over promise and under deliver. Should be the opposite.

I worked for Staples for ages. We had it drilled into us every custome MUST be approached within 2 minutes of entering.After 15 minutes no eye contact or greeting by any staff including at least one MANAGER.This store should be ashamed to soil the Staples name as they have. Demos Parenos would have chewed them out back in my day and both the on-duty and General Manager would be looking for new jobs.This was atrocious!!!

!!!!!SCAM!!!!!CHARGE WRONG PRICE!!!!!I bought a 2x3 whiteboard with a some other stuff today, later when I looked at the receipt, they charged me 59.99 while their website has it listed as 37.49 when I looked up the item number 793787, it was a Quartet product and their own offical web only sell it for 40! Never going back there again.

I realized the printing quality is not as good as FedEx kinkos at south main st. But I still go to this staples sometime because is closer. But after today, I will never go back this staples for printing. I made some copies and needed them for a cut, they charged me almost 3x more than FedEx kinkos was charging me couple days ago for the exact service. So disappointed.

Helpful staff. They price match without much hassle. They can't print edge to edge unfortunately which is an issue for some of my needs. Besides that everyone's helpful and store is clean.
