Perfect BedI am so happy my Dane group talked about how wonderful Gorilla Dog beds are. I bought this for my Dane puppy to ensure she gets proper padding on her elbows and joints as well as a bed that she can not chew and destroy.. This bed supports her and her growing body perfectly. I can lay down next to her and we still have room. I will be buying another one for our bedroom as well soon. Thank you for making fantastic and perfect beds.

I loved this place. This is the first time Zuzu visited them for grooming and the staff was absolutely amazing. The girl at the front desk was very sweet and helped with all my questions and concerns. They did the haircut exactly as I asked. Just a little bit on ears, and paws, and trim the chest a bit.I didn't want to take her back looking like a bubble.I definitely will go back!

I love the merchandise they sell in this store but good Lort sweet Jesus if you have to return ANYTHING you better have your receipt or your screwed. I tried to return a leash one day and a couple harnesses another day and was told they could not return them without a receipt. I've looked at their return policy online and NO WHERE does it say you need a receipt for these items as long as you're ok with a gift card which I'm more than willing to get. Some may say that my having a pile of tattoos could be the reason but I think our society has more or less accepted tattoos so I just say it's managers that don't know their own policies and are just to damn lazy to concern themselves with the people that ultimately pay their wages. Best part, last night I went in and they now have no history of me buying anything from PetSmart, EVER! I find this comical because I've been a member of their frequent customer program since the early 2000's and the staff there used to call me by name when I'd come in. Y'all take it for what it's worth, but if they'll do it to me I guarantee you that you're not immune to the same kind of bull that I've dealt with.

This is the 3rd grooming experience for my very special SDit (service dog in training), Samson. The first 2 experiences were not good ones. He was not handled with the best of care. I can tell because he is scared to go there. That is not my usually confident Samson. I am also not pleased with the first 2 times he went because some grooming services I asked to be accomplished were not done. However, this third time with Groomer Rachel was excellent. I can tell from the first time I met her before she worked with Samson, she understood how to handle dogs and would treat him kindly and patiently, which is how to work with my Samson. She also did what I asked of her in grooming him. Two days later, Samson still looks fantastic! Rachel also recommended some supplies in the main store to help with keeping Samson in top condition until his next appointment. I know he will not have another appointment with anyone else but Rachel again.

Aimee is the Mgr here at the Store in Harrisonburg VA and Runs a Wonderful Store.A Fellow Staff Member keeps telling Me there is a "3 hour window" Time to Pick up orders when PetSmart Corporate says it's a "2 Hour Window" Frame.That's the only thing that upsets Me.Harrisonburg 's PetSmart is a Clean store and Always fully stocked.

This place is horrible , everything is horrible. The salon manager always comes in with her awful face and treats everyone like they are nothing and doesn’t care about how they would feel. She made me put the kennels out 3 times on the same day just to clean what I already did it, just because she was having a bad day (everyday), when I said I couldn’t continue cleaning what I’ve already did because my ankle and knee were hurting she told me to go home in a rude way and didn’t let me know about the other days. She was being very rude to me since she arrived at the salon. She needs to know how to treat others and she’s rude with the costumers also. she even took me out of the schedule without letting me know about it. just because she is a frustrated old woman that seems to don’t know what is the meaning of being nice with others. Horrible , terrible , don’t ever work there she’s awful , she even treats the dogs bad, seems like she’s killing them since they scream a lot when she’s doing them. I love the other girls tho.

Staff here are friendly, we adopted our kitten from Cats Cradle, which are there every Saturday, and they're also super friendly most of the time. Able to get in and get out with food our kitties love and toys they demolish within 6 months lol

I love PerSmart. It’s my “go-to” for all things pet-related. I just wish they had my pup’s fave bones. Dentley’s Rawhide free rings, bones or mini bones. They NEVER have them in stock.

I've only ever had good experiences with the grooming salon at this PetSmart. I take my dog to get his hair cut here about every two months. He is a very anxious dog, and has trouble feeling safe in new environments.When I dropped him off the first time, I was worried that the staff might not want to be patient with him as he adjusted to the setting and activity. However, after coming back to pick him up, he was happy, tail wagging, and happily greeted the people who had just cut his hair. The other dogs in the salon looked well kept, and the staff was friendly enough to talk me through the process they went through in cutting his hair.Because of good experiences with the grooming, I took him to this PetSmart for training courses, and his improvement after only one course was dramatic. I've never had an issue with rude staff, and people have always been kind enough to answer any of my questions. If you need to get your dog's hair cut, and they are anxious in new environments, or around new people, I recommend this PetSmart because of their kind staff and patience with the dogs.

I have taken my dog to other groomers but not anymore. The staff at the Harrisonburg PetSmart are top notch! The pricing is much more reasonable and my dog doesn't shake in fear when we arrive. They are good to him. It is worth the 30 minute drive each way! Thanks to the wonderful staff!

We were visiting from South Carolina and went to Petsmart to look around. While we were in there we decided we wanted to get our dog a bath. We spoke with Cortland(I believe that was her name) and she was super friendly and helpful! She even squeezed us in to make sure our dog, Summit could get a bath. When we picked him up she was just as friendly and said he did great! We really enjoyed taking our dog here to get him groomed and we were very happy with the service we got from Cortland.

I have to say that I was impressed with Petsmart. I have mainly gone to PetCo, but I have found Petsmart to have far more variety, better quality of products, and prices a bit more affordable.

Very unfortunate. I usually go to this location for my cars litter stuff up here. I sent my 2 daughters and one of their friend and while they were checking out. The clerk was extremely rude. Patsmart I will have too find my litter somewhere else. Your employees should never put their hand on someone's child to attempt to move them. You also do not speak to my kids the way she did either. At least I know now I won't have to get my pet supplies from here either

I will be the first to admit, I do have a veterinarian, it is heartland, and they are very professional, and as far as I can tell very good at every single thing that they do, but they're there for people that are a little above my class, I am on disability, I'm very old my back is mostly made of rods and pins and screws, I worked my whole life, and I'm honorably discharged, but I'm totally so I can't really afford them anymore. But I can go to PetSmart and get their nails done at an affordable price, where I know will be done right! If you know of an affordable veterinarian, I would love an email

Went there with our son and his partner to adopt a kitten. The people we met were great. The room where they met the kitten for the first time was clean. They love their new kitty. She is in a wonderful and loving home. And the store was neat and well stocked. Love PetSmart.

The groomers were excellent. Your grooming APP is horrible. The new pay online for grooming was an exciting idea, meaning no more waiting in your long, slow lines. But the joy did not last long; you stated that you could not process my card but then processed my charge card, not once but twice. This is fraud. Shame on you. This causes a big mess at my bank. Get you s**** together. Your service in the local store is terrible. 3-4 employees standing around while customers have to stand in long, very slow moving lines. Not a good way to run any business. The groomers were excellent. The only reason I come there at all.Your prices are too high and I give Chewy all of my new purchases now. Would prefer to support local businesses but you do not deserve it. Stop over-charging. Fix the APP.

I love PetSmart and it's affiliate Chewy. However, my fiance and I are fish enthusiast. Every time we get cichlids from this store they have ich. Treating them, now that we are experienced, has become easy. We are also prepared. However, for the not so fish savy this can be disappointing and discouraging. Either the supplier needs to shape up or the company should be better at educating the consumer.With that being said, everyone in the fish department has been knowledgeable and helpful. It's difficult to just have a conversation about fish to every customer and have them understand it.The biggest turn off for folks who want a tank is the potential "work" which is highly overrated and the potential for diseases. I just think something better can be done.Disclaimer: I am almost certain this isn't just a PetSmart problem.
