I’be traveled a lot. Ice cream is my favorite dessert. This has to be hands down the best I’ve cream I’ve ever had. I got a small waffle cone with Blueberry Cobbler and Dutch Apple Crunch. Every bite was incredible. Very nice staff, and home vibes to sit out and eat your cone. Definitely coming back. 10/10

A lovely spot to stop and grab some delicious ice cream. Loved my mint chocolate chip and my partner loved his butter pecan strawberry cheesecake combo. Very good, even on a rainy summer day!

Stopped here today with our 10 year old grandson. He's visiting us from out of state. He ordered a medium shake with Reese's Pieces in it while I ordered the Butterscotch shake. The lady working alone was very friendly to us both. She made my grandsons and within a minute he shared with me that "this is the best vanilla shake I have ever had in my life." I received mine and it was dang good for sure. It had been quite some time since I had been here. Thanks for the great ice cream. I also read a few reviews down and I saw the 1 star review where the person said the shakes at Kline's were much better. Nothing against Kline's at all but my wife and I thought our ice cream was just so so at Klines.

We enjoyed our visit to Bruster's. They had a a large selection of ice cream and shakes. The prices were good for the portion given. They only have outdoor seating so you will have to eat in your vehicle during inclement weather. Next time we go back we will stop by again.

Delicious mint chocolate chip and regular chocolate chip ice cream scoops ordered. Single on a waffle cone. Very large single scoop. We were told it was made on site. We don’t have pets but they offer a doggie sundae every day and any time. Who knew dogs ate ice cream. Hahaha. I asked an owner she said it was just a small scoop of vanilla with a doggy biscuit.

Second visit since they opened, second time we got milk shakes that was much more milk than ice cream, really thin and certainly not worth the $$$ we spent, shame on us thinking it was a one time mistake. You need training on how to make a milkshake. So much better milkshakes at Kline’s.

My server, Isaac, I think his name was, excellent service. Helped save my dog that was starving if lack of ice cream. Definitely deserves a raise. Probably $30/minute. Definitely putting him in my will along with the deed to my property. Excellent service. Will be back again

Standard shop at a nice location. Ice cream was overly sweet and did not stand out from store bought brands. The store front needs a redesign. Too many posters and useless marketing. Just have the flavors, a simple diagram of different styles, and maybe a picture or two of the signature items. I'm leaving 5 stars because it is a franchised location and most of these issues are not in the hands of the staff, which were excellent.

No place in Harrisonburg has better ice cream or better prices! My girl Amanda has become a true friend! So sweet and always comes to front to speak to my grandson's and I. Wonderful atmosphere and good employees! My favorite summer place!

It's almost a shame that Bruster's doesn't make wedding cakes. One of the best in making ice-cream no matter the location. None can compare. If you're in town and want to really treat yourself, get some ice cream here.

The toffee and pistachio was OK, mostly a milk-based taste with the taste of the additives. The mint chocolate had a really good minty bass and chocolate was good, the strawberry tasted like real strawberries with fruit and juice in it, person assisting us was nice

NOTHING better than Brusters if you want outstanding ice cream! The flavors are plentiful and creative and "Death by Chocolate" is just...oh my!!! The service is always top notch- friendly and welcoming. An all together fabulous indulgence.

Bruster's ice cream is a great parlor for frozen treats. My mom wouldn't let me get the big cone and the small one was huge. The chocolate is one of the greatest ice creams I have had in a while.

My review is totally based on customer service. The young woman who waited on us was not even considered less than perfect. She was rude with her actions. Didn't greet us. Leaning on the counter. Chewing gum with her mouth open. Couldn't understand what she was saying when she did talk. No eye contact. No thank you was voiced. A person with these social habits should not be allowed to work with the public.

I felt so discriminated against. The workers are extremely racist . I was in line, and as soon as I got to the front, the waiter closed the window and refused to open it until I shifted the line to the right, but as soon as I departed, she was more than willing to assist those of other race than black. The server on the right seemed upset by the fact that she was serving my friends and Me. I made the decision to leave in peace and to never return.

Best hot fudge sundae I've ever had. Toasted pecans. Great ice cream. On top of all that deliciousness a free mini serving in a cup for my dog and it was topped with a mini bone!

I absolutely love the ice cream, but this location is strange. One time we went by an hour or two before they were supposed to close and a guy working there informed us that they decided they were going to close early for no particular reason and couldn't serve us. I understand sometimes things like this happen, but it really just seemed pointless and the guy was not friendly about it at all. If you have set hours, you should be open then.
