You can find pretty much anything here. Also, the entire center of the store is furniture now. They remodeled a couple of years ago and if you haven't been there since, you should at least go check out the new updated store. During Halloween, they also had a lot of pretty cool indoor and outdoor decorations.

In order to be a member, it wants me to change my email address password, I suffer from mental illness, an early stages of dementia, it took me an extremely long time to remember the password that I have now, I even have to have it wrote down and hidden away somewhere. Therefore I cannot afford to change my password again! So I guess I don't qualify for all the benefits I would have if I would have been accepted as a member.

BigLots never disappoint. I travel quite a bit for my agency and like to keep things organized on the road. I purchased quite a few containers from Big Lots to help me with that. they had these long flat ones you could use for blankets or sweaters. I purchase two of those ,one size of a cooler and one 3 drawer chest, all plastic and fit so nicely in the trunk of my cat. organized very well. THANX BIG LOTS. MONEY GOES THE DISTANCE THERE

The furniture manager, Dumus, was amazing!! I cannot say enough of how his customer service was. He even took time to help me wrap my furniture item in plastic and helped me tie it down!! It was hot outside. Most managers don't take time to help you but he was above and beyond helpful!! Thank you so much Dumus!!!!

Renovations look great and I love the new layout. Everything is easy to find and I tend to be able to get in and out quickly. Only wish they had more reusable face masks for adults. Everytime I go in to find one they are all gone.

Big Lots has come a long way. It seems to be a lot cleaner and more organized with nicer displays than when I visited last time, although I must admit that has been a while. Had a good array of Spring items, gardening things and Easter items, both religious and secular.I think even the lighting was different or at least brighter! It was like a different store.

Staff is friendly , nice place shop at and pick up things when there needed in must need situations .But I 100% do not recommend buying any furniture at these stores , it doesn’t last long and the warranty is limited , couch we had for while , has started wearing out and needs be replaced .Sorry but that’s 3 star rating in my books !!

Cashier charged me regular price for an item that was on sale I told her about it and she responded that she didn't know that it was on sale (ok )so she was supposed to put my money back on my card and I had to go back in for her to correct it SMH I can't not a smart place to shop.

Great place! Majority of the employees are so helpful, so eager to make sure you find everything you need and save you the most money you possibly can! Getting a rewards card for big lots gave me access to coupons and discounts and even free items!

Bonnie, the cashier, was super helpful. I thought that the Check -out Process would be like a normal, frustrating experience, but I was so wrong. She was quick, used my name, and was so considerate when bagging my things. The store itself had a considerable amount of icons on sale that were a good selection for the value. The shakes and ailes were being worked on or the store is more aptly descried as prepping for Christmas, but the browsing experience was fine.

New store looks great and clean, everything in its place. My issue was with the worker who was very rude, we were standing in our 6ft space and she rudely tells us to move 6 spaces back until she called us as if we were in the dmv. Very disappointed in the customer service and the way she handle my family.

The staff here has always been super friendly and helpful. We've bought furniture here using the 90 days same as cash option. Great program.Outdoor stuff and some pick me ups for the house. I saw this pillow last time and thought it was hilarious so I added a caption.

I stopped the other day hoping to find some mallo cups( I absolutely love em). I did & also found out they are liquidating the store to close for remodeling. There's still some stuff left yet & everything is 20% off.

Really terrible as far as funding what you are looking for and when I asked a worker they pointed towards the back if store instead of giving me a number or a row. I had to walk to very back of store 3 times before I found what I needed. I won't be visiting here much.

Nicer and bigger than the previous incarnation of Big Lots at this spot. But Katherine (or maybe it's Karen) has to be the rudest cashier I've encountered in some time. Accosting customers about being six feet apart (whether they're together or not)... in January nonetheless. I thought we were at least over that. And about masks, for which I'm exempt. Up until her I was enjoying my shopping experience. I'll stick with places like Ollie's and TJ Maxx.

I found our shopping experience great and manager Mellissa was awesome, staff all like her, which made the shopping experience wonderful and she was very helpful. Mellissa and older staff would always greet and talk to customers, recently however found one of assistant managers rude and almost to the point where we would not want to come back. Seems disorganized for seem reason not sure why and staff not as happy, as they were 6 months ago. Hmmm, wondering whats going on in the background.

We have to give a big shout out to Damus Jackson in the furniture department. After shopping for 2 days and 6 stores we went back to see him again. We made the decision to buy 2 swivel glider recliners and couldn't be any happier. He was such a huge reason we even went back to look again. He went above and beyond to help us. We will go back if we are ever in the need of any furniture!!

I haven't been to Big Lots in a while, but when I came by, I found lots of great things I've been looking for for a while now. And the prices are great too. Not expensive at all. I'd recommend to stop by and look around.

Big lots is really good to get a lot of items cheaper than you would regularly. Every now and then the staff can be a little less than friendly or helpful however the deals can't be beat.
