This 7-eleven refused to make a fresh pot of coffee. Wawa always makes a fresh pot upon request. This is why they will succeed. This behavior is unacceptable. Make a change. Growth mindset wins. Nothing else will.

This place is pretty ridiculous, they definitely lost a loyal customer. I was in there the other day and the new cashier was extremely rude and unprofessional she was on her phone while ringing me out and also overcharged me. I never got a refund nor did I get an apology after I literally showed her on the receipt that she overcharged me. The manager or whoever the guy is that runs the place was also very useless and again, rude. I definitely recommend driving across town to another 7/11 because this one definitely isn’t worth stopping by.

More of an "inconvenience store" than anything. Every time that I visit this location, it takes forever. Do not stop here if you are in a rush. I believe I waited in line for 10 minutes, along with 4 other people, while the guy tried to up sale items to the lady in front of everyone. Today I visited solely for coffee, which most people do. The coffee was greenish blue and had bubbles. I dumped it out and tried 3 more times, same thing. The container was fresh and full of coffee, so hopefully no one filled up their cup with this concoction without noticing. Not sure if they tried to clean it and forgot to rinse it out or what. They never have adequate stuff for coffee stocked, especially stevia and lids. This may be out of their control, but it's literally every time that I stop here. Other 711 locations in the area are not this bad.

If you want to deal with kids that show up to work too high to give your kids their 13 dollars in change back, this is the place for you. If you enjoy being ignored and standing at the register while the manager just walks around doing inventory, knowing that you are ready to check out, this is the place for you. Inconvenience stores seem to be the new thing. Lack of knowledge, respect, and customer service is getting a little bit out of hand. I'm disappointed to say the least.

The store manager refused to allow me the free cup of coffee that 7-Eleven rewards Said I was owed. I will tell everyone I know who comes to this location about it so he doesn't steal from them too!

Went in to prepay for my gas. I stood waiting for almost 15 minutes for the man to come to the register. In my line of work time is money. Not good for business!
