Had my pharmacist from Knightdale North Carolina call up this location and speak to the pharmacist because they couldn't do their job. I have waited over an hour and a half through the drive-thru for them to tell me that they ran out of my prescription. When I asked who the pharmacist was they backtracked and said a shipment had just came in. How convenient. The line is wrapped around the building. Still waiting for my prescription on the side of the building. Worst CVS pharmacy I've ever seen.

I shared with the pharmacy manager that I was disappointed in the service being provided. She then proceeded to cancel my refills and send my script back to my doctor. The pharmacy manger denied my access to my medication that I need in order to function. Highly unethical, illegal and will be reported to all agencies. Do not come here

The store itself is fine but the pharmacy is terrible and the workers are rude for no reason. Consistently don't have prescriptions ready on time, even if I place my refill in 3 days prior to pick up. They do not communicate when there is an issue with medication and when you question it they look disgusted at you. Do not come here.

they were late on refilling my son's asthma medication refill and then made it a 15 day prescription for several refills instead of a 30 day prescription. they said there was no way to fix it and it was a lot more driving for no reason until the doctor's office could send in the next order. I was then told my meds were ready on the website only to get there and be told that it was out of stock. too much wasted time, the hours are convenient but enough is enough.

I never have had a good experience picking up my prescription, the “pharmacy manager” was very rude and unprofessional and had the audacity to raise her voice at me when I was telling her that they keep messing up the orders and say I was in the wrong. It’s never filled in a timely manner. It took them almost a week to literally package up a box of hydrocortisone cream. They have admitted they have messed up before and it still takes days to get a refill. This place is a joke

Just rude customer service all around. Anytime I call or go in for help with pharmacy needs I get spoken to with insulting words and disrespectful tones like I’m doing something wrong. The ladies who work in the pharmacy are just dreadful to talk because they talk over you and act like queens. All I want is to get the meds my blind daughter needs to function yet they never have them even though they are prescription refills every 2 months.

I truly cannot say enough good things about this location. I have 2 special needs children and I am on multiple medications myself and I am so thankful for the people who work here. I spent years at Walgreens and have had several occasions where they were so rude that I was in tears. I was loyal to them for at least 10 years before I made the switch to cvs. This location in particular is polite, they remember my name, they speak to me politely, with patience and always answer questions that I might have. I know working in customer service and with medications can be very difficult especially during covid. I also know that I am prone to stereotyping due to one of the medications I am on, But the people that work here are wonderful and if there's ever a problem they solve it. I had trouble getting one of the medications for my girls and they have been so good that they have eliminated the issue, And I no longer struggle on a monthly basis to get it!It feels so good to know I can count on them to make my life just a little bit easier!

Thumbs is the WORST pharmacy I've been too. There will be 4-5 ladies "working", never answer the phone, close drive-thru whenever they want and be talking more than working. I had surgery recently so I had meds sent there, the first ones (no problem) but the refills were a nightmare to get. One order was "regionally" out of stock but had it transferred to Walmart, no problem. Called multiple times to check on it and was on hold for longer than 30+ minutes. Got dressed, drove up there (drive-thru closed again at 4pm) got in line while still on hold. I was the second person in line listening to their phone system constantly repeat "YOU HAVE 3 CALLS WAITING" you to get to the counter and be told they're out of stock...AGAIN.Lucky me, I have another Rx needing to be filled and I am literally on hold right now at 32 mins. 13 seconds which prompted me to make this review. CVS....DO BETTER!!!!

Pharmacy department needs an overhaul!Can’t ever get through to anyone over phone to check the status of prescription, so you show up in person, only for them to tell you it can’t be filled for one reason or another. If your life depends on the medication you are prescribed make sure you don’t attempt to have it filled here!

THE PHARMACY IS THE ABSOLUTE WORSE!!! I live .5 miles away and have several prescriptions that i pick up. How is it 95% of the time there is an extremely long wait in the pharmacy line? Drive thru or the inside!! And why does the staff have to be so unprofessional? I have put up with this slow, unprofessional pharmacy for too long. This was the one pharmacy that really held it together during the pandemic. Now they can’t answer the phone or fill prescriptions in a timely manner. I think giving them a full week to fill my meds isn’t asking a lot, but they still somehow can’t do that

I'm very pleased with this CVS especially the pharmacy. Them young ladies are awesome. Several of them went out there way to get me the right medicine that my insurance covered . I felt so important they know me by name. Look forward to the bright smiles and greetings I get every time I come to the pharmacy. They are very professional and has awesome customer service. Terrible communication, they don't tell you if a medication is out of stock or requires pre authorization. I've tried refilling my prescription 4 times in a week and they wait until Saturday when the doctors office is closed to tell me my medicine requires pre authorization. Unprofessional.

Would give them zero stars if I could. I NEVER had to give a bad review. Really thought the customer service was a prank, like somebody had to be kidding me. I'm always trying to be patient and understanding but this pharmacy side has the absolute worst customer service, extreme delays, inaccurate record keeping...shall I go on. It's absolutely unacceptable and unbelievable. I have gave this pharmacy time after time cause it's so close to my home, but they continue to disappoint. They'll say a prescription will be ready but then have somebody wait 45 minutes to get to the window to be told it's still not ready. Ugh I implore that the workers go through a much needed training. Sorry to those few maybe one or two that actually does the job right.

I understand that covid has us all at wit's end and I can only imagine how stressful it is to deal with the health care of others. However, this location makes the situation more stressful than it has to be. The sign at the drive-up says that both lines are open for service, but there's usually a cone blocking the line just for prescriptions, forcing everyone to wait if someone is having a covid test. Today, I waited for 15 minutes in the drive-up line without moving before I got totally frustrated and went inside, where the situation wasn't much better. The staff member who was checking out at the pharmacy was just returning to the register when I walked up and there was another customer who hadn't been helped. After I received my medication, I had a question at the drop-off window which I had to yell to ask because of the group of 4 or 5 pharmacy workers gathered in the pharmacy area laughing and talking together. Had this been an isolated incident of this nature, I wouldn't bother to report it. However, most of my visits to this location are unnecessarily prolonged due to lack of professionalism and poor management. I hope that service at this location improves in the future.

I do not typically leave reviews unless I have had a very memorable experience at an establishment, good or bad. I will say my shopping experience at this CVS on Saturday evening, around 9 o'clock, was pretty typical and not worth mentioning. However, it was upon exiting the building that I had a very negative experience that has prompted me to leave this review. There was a woman, not my cashier but another employee (middle aged woman with dark hair, glasses, didn't see her name) that was leaving for the evening. She said goodbye to the cashier at the register. Then, as my wife and I were leaving, she approached us in the parking lot and asked us for money. She stated she need money for food. I have been approached by panhandlers many times in my life and don't consider it rude or annoying, some people legitimately need help, but this was an employee! She had witnessed our transaction just moments earlier, and I suspect she incorrectly assumed we would have some change (we used a credit card). It was the most unprofessional behavior I have ever witnessed, which is saying a lot as I am a retail manager. This employee has guaranteed that I will never shop at this CVS again, which is a shame because otherwise it is a nice store.

The pharmacy staff quick and friendly. If not for the staff at this location CVS would have lost my business long ago. They care about customer service, and respect and follow patient privacy unlike the CVS at 918 W Mercury.

Great Customer service had troubles with my photos transfering them i asked for assistance and the Manager helped WITH NO HESITATION she had my sons photos printed and bagged up within 10mins!! Everyone at this CVS is willing to help and assist down to the PHARMACY they send text alerts to refill prescriptions let me know when they are low and even sometimes get into personal conversations.So if i move i WILL commute to this SPECIFIC location because its very neighborhood friendly and you get the customer care you need when its wanted!!

You will not find a better Drug Store. This CVS will go out of their way to help you. If a Prescription has to be ordered it is usually in the next business day. I have dealt with other major Drug Stores getting family members Rx’s fulled (do to insurance) so I can say the CVS family is more kind and helpful than any other I have dealt with. They go above and beyond to help you with all your needs. Your treated as they would want their family to be treated. I like that. Thank you CVS!

Three times in a row they did not have the medication for my rx in stock. The Pharmacy person was rude and curt about it. Treated me as though I was a bother.UPDATE: Two more times had issue with them saying they had no record of my RX there then magically when I went home the filled it and did not call however my insurance company was able to tell me over the phone that they filled the refill right after I left. Never apologized or anything. Frustrating place. I went through the drive through for the first time a few days ago for a different refill I called in and the person that waited on me was very friendly and efficient. I hope this is growing pains. Take note I only go here now when I HAVE TO.

I called on a saturday 5 different times and sat on hold with no pickup for over 20 mins. I have screenshots. I call on the Sunday after at 10:15 am and I get a pick up. I kindly ask for my meds even though I wanted to go full Karen. They tell me it'll be ready by 2pm, I get there at 2:15 pm and she looks at me like she has no record of me calling to request a refill. Hopefully they didnt forget to put it in, I'd hate to think that they could care less. I know you're busy but either be a little nicer to the people that come in or hire more staff that can handle the influx of people at this time.
