Decent selection and the store is pretty clean. 5 people working at midnight with only one person “actually” working. The line was long with only one person on the register. The other 4 people were just standing in the office talking. 10 min wait in line.

Worked there 2 weeks and the boss fired me claiming I was rude to everyone and complaints from employees saying I took long breaks and a employee I worked with openly admitted to me tonight saying she to took long breaks. THEY LET HER BY WITH IT. So I told the boss upfront I’m a bad diabetic and when my sugar drops I have to sit and gain energy bc it takes everything from me. But it doesn’t look like they cared. I highly don’t recommend that place!

Great, clean but runs out of toilet paper and syrup for fountain drinks often without replaceing. Has walk-in cooler room with packs of beer and water. Lots of cold food options. The hot food has seriously gone down hill since a new manager took over. This was where all our hungry coal miners ate in the morning but this manager has changed that plus now barely any hot food. Don't understand how they dint realize those coal miners were their bread and butter. Well hopefully corporate pays attention to there losses in $ because of it.

This is such a clean store. They have a different special Monday- Friday, plus you can place a grill order of your choosing.

Friendly service . Don't buy the pizza rolls. Our was doughy and undercooked . And all it was a little slice of ham,three pepperoni slices and cheddar cheese. No sauce

Great food food 24/7 and the even have a kiosk you can order off of. Always have cigarette deals and BOGO deals on drinks and snacks. Almost would think it's a restaurant that sells gas instead of it being a gas station/convenient store that has food. And their rewards program will save you money the first time you use it depending on what you buy. Love this place!!! Cleanest bathrooms around too.

Customer service is horrible. It amazes me how quick these employees find a way to not work. Every time I wait to pay cash the associates always disappear. These employees don’t want to be there. The company should adopt a “don’t leave position” policy.

I wished we had Double Quicks in Richmond VA! Everytime I visit Grundy I'm sure I'll visit this location. If I stopped here for gas etc only, then it would be an above average rating simply because of the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. But what I truly love about this Double Quick is the food. I wasn't expecting much from a convience store, but the food here shocked me. The food was extremely fresh and delicious! Please bring these to Richmond 👍

We get our gas there and breakfast in the mornings before we head out to ride the atv trails we also have picked up dinner from them they have decent food for a gas station deli they are a little slow and under staff but we are just killing the day riding so we are in no hurry but if you are in a hurry and don't have time to wait this is not the stop for you don't let the name double kwik fool you they aren't even single kwik

Double Kwik is my always my go to place for a late night snack after work since I work night shift. Pizza rolls from here are great but the philly cheesesteak rolls are everything! <3 I usually always get one or the other and a strawberry banana smoothie to wash it down! lol

They should call it "Double Slow". One person at check outs, impossible to run in for one or two items without spending 10 to 15 minutes in line. If you get behind someone getting hot food then forget it because one person is getting food and running cash register...I will drive out of the way and still kill less time than going in there for anything.

It's a good place to get gas and maybe find a drink that another place doesn't have but be prepared to spend more for the "convenience". I give this place a 4 star review because I'm a slurpy addict.

The staff is very slacking and not focused on customers at register. I stood in line for over 10 mins while the manager was on phone and the girl at other register was arguing with her boyfriend. I try not to stop here.
