When my online order was delivered incorrectly I was greeted by staff by being placed on hold while I was speaking. Tossed to “customer service” who had NO customer service to another person who refused to help and assisted by an “assistant manager” who would not return calls or even emails. This store is an absolute disaster. It took management from another store to fix my order and refund my delivery fee.No customer serviceIncorrect orderNo one could tell me where my order was or when they could pick up the wrong oneDelivery was not even my orderNo apology for inconvenienceNo nothing from this storeYou need a serious management change and employees that are trained to answer questions and not hang up on people.

Horrible experience!!! After placing an online order for a range I was given a delivery date via email. The night before a text arrives with the 4 hour window. NO DELIVERY. Then I get a voicemail saying a sales rep sold my range and let a customer take it away, despite it being labeled as sold and awaiting delivery. I called customer service who then rescheduled the delivery for 2 days later. NO DELIVERY AND NO PHONE CALL from the store to explain why. Calling the store was useless as nobody ever answers the phone. I waited 40 minutes on the customer service line and then when I finally spoke to them they couldn’t explain what happened. They simply offered the phone number of the third party delivery service. Like they are going to know why Lowe’s didn’t get my range ready for pickup. They offered to transfer me to the store but GUESS WHAT nobody answered and I was automatically transferred back to a survey of the original call!! Now it’s Thursday and I called customer service again and canceled the order. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I do not recommend ordering from Lowes unluckily want to pull your hair out😡

I placed an online order for an electric stove three weeks ago. The original delivery date was April 26th After receiving the delivery time frame I received no additional updates to the text messages. When I called, I was informed that they did not have the stove in stock and that I would have to wait another week for them to get the one that is on the floor and ship it to me and here it is Saturday morning and now I get another story that no one knows what is going on. After speaking to several people and being told that I would have to take another day off of work for it to be delivered.I just told them to cancel my order.I will never deal with lowe's a yen

Lowe’s has policies they need to adhere to, but what makes this Lowes the best is the people. Specifically, Dean, the assistant manager. He will go above and beyond for customer service, which is what keeps me coming back here versus Home Depot

I live halfway between the Zion Crossroads and Charlottesville Lowe's locations. Yesterday I purchased 6 sets of blinds at Zion Crossroads location. Came home and found two of the blinds were damaged before opening the box. I went online and ordered two replacements for in-store pickup at the Charlottesville location. In doing so, I found out these same blinds (same model, color, everything) were $11 cheaper at the Charlottesville location than the Zion Crossroads location.The kicker is despite these stores being close by, they don’t price match between stores.After back and forth between Lowe's customer service 800 number, talking to various managers at both locations, the only way I could get this price match would be to drive to the Charlottesville location, purchase the 4 blinds at the Charlottesville price, then drive them to the Zion Crossroads location, present them with my receipt, at which point they would have given me my $11 per blind price match.I’m just a guy trying to save $44. I tried resolving this over the phone through corporate, and through both locations over the phone, and in person at the Charlottesville location. Everyone’s hands were tied.Instead of resolving this over the phone in 5 minutes by giving me a $44 refund, they wanted me to spend 3 hours in my car. Finally, the manager at the Zion Crossroads gave me the go-ahead to dispute this with my credit card company, so I did.Lowe’s corporate: do better. Your automated phone messages state “we always want you to be satisfied with your purchase” and “We value your opinion”. As a loyal customer to Lowe’s, I’ve never had to jump through loops and gotten such a headache trying to save a buck. All store managers and customer service reps said this policy is bad but they couldn’t do anything.

I would not recommend purchasing Harbor Breeze ceiling fans from Lowe’s. My wife purchased the Harbor breeze Mazon ceiling fan From a Lowe’s in short pump, Virginia, but it was missing the mounting plate, which is needed to mount fan. I took the fan back to a different Lowe’s, which they had to refund my wife’s card for the fan purchase. Not to mention, it takes 2 to 3 days for that money to get back to the account. I got the fan home open the box and it is missing the exact same part. I called the 888 number on the bottom of the manual in which I was told that the mounting plate part is not in stock, and they did not know when they would Get. So now I have to take this fan back, for a refund which will take another 2 to 3 days. My question is why the hell does Lowes have these fans on shelves when they cannot be mounted due to the missing mounting plate. Two fans, from two different stores, missing the same part! And all Lowe’s can say is I’m sorry for your inconvenience. I will shop at Home Depot from now on, and I definitely would NOT recommend purchasing ceiling fans from Lowe’s. DONE!

Loved it. I came in looking for a 28" griddle and got it. Along with a $50 dollar grill accessories kit on sale when I got the griddle grill. Got it on sale for less than other griddle grills I had seen.

Lowe’s subcontracts companies with horrible reputations, and even when they have “no skin in the game” when it comes to having the horrible jobs fixed, they do nothing about it. This Lowe’s, in particular, was who we chose to install a fence. I will be paying off this fence for five years. I regret choosing them so much; the process of trying to get them to fix the problems with the fence installed has, on many occasions, caused me to flat out cry. They are awful, and please, don’t give them your patronage.

I've had good times and bad here over the years and we have been shopping here since they opened.The experience can be all over the place. I've had a small flooring job done where the installers could barely speak English...well one of the two could not speak English at all. They didn't know what they were doing and beat the floor so hard it literally blew out nail pops on a recently repaired and beautiful ceiling below. This cost Lowe's money, was a hassle for me, was completely unnecessary if they just hired qualified subcontractors (or here's an idea, employ installers as Lowe's employees and actually train them) and in the end, the flooring product's (Pergo) "matching" threshold did not match...I mean way off. We were so beaten down by then we just gave up and wanted the experience over and accepted it. Thankfully it was a master bath that almost no one ever sees. I would never hire Lowe's to install any floor ever again. Spend the extra money and hire someone highly recommended...you get what you pay for...sometimes....While Lowe's has a very liberal return policy, when it comes to power tools, in my case Kobalt battery operated tools, the handling of the warranty is discombobulated. In one instance I had a battery go bad. It was under warranty. I took it to the store for replacement JUST LIKE THE PACKAGING AND KOBALT CUSTOMER SERVICE TELLS YOU TO. Customer service here told me I had to bring the entire tool and everything for replacement, that they cant simply replace the battery. Not only is that stupid, but they dont even sell the string trimmer the battery came with anymore. My dad has the new one and I hate it and would never buy it or would return it immediately if I did. I like the one I bought and there is nothing wrong with it, just a bad battery.Fortunately Kobalat, after me having to jump through hoops, sending them pictures, etc. finally replaced it directly. They had the battery in stock at the store. I shouldn't have been turned away at the counter, wasting my time.Most recently a bad situation was made good by the customer service management team. A Kobalt chainsaw suddenly stopped working. I actually called Kobalt before taking it to the store because I bought it online and it was delivered by FedEx, I hoped they would replace it that way instead of me having to schlep it to the store. They told me to take it to the store for replacement.At the customer service counter, I was told I needed an "RA" from Kobalt to exchange it. Kobalt said nothing of the sort. Then they looked and said it was out of the 365 day window for a clean return...or something. Then the manager said he wasn't supposed to do it, but he would force the return in "the system". There was another hitch...when I bought it, it was something like 40% off, I was about to take a $60 hit for returning and repurchasing. I was clearly not happy about that. The manager not only forced the return to complete but also generated a $60 gift card to go along with a new purchase of the replacement saw so I didn't lose money. THAT'S how you do customer service. I love the saw, but dealing with warranty stuff between Lowe's and the manufacturers makes me think twice before buying any other tools like that from Lowe's.

This place is a lot like most other Lowes but you would be surprised at how much this place actually is like any other Lowes. Unsurprisingly the options of items seems to be slimming down. I wanted the 18" paint roller frame and there is 1 kind only. I thought it was a premium price point at $25 but I was stuck with it if I was going to paint in the morning. Overall the place is ordinary. Nothing special.

Customer service has drastically declined at the Zions Crossroads location. Last two large appliances for a property we're working on -team leads or whatever they're called are definitely NOT. They're always telling us they don't have the item in the store. Got a WHOLE effen warehouse FULL!!! We always have to find a store manager to go actually check for things. As always stuff then magically appears. I can't call it- racist or just plain lazy or a combination of both. I say that because I notice when were buying certain priced items we get treated as if were not buying or just looking or cant afford it so why bother. We don't go to Lowes to play in the aisles. Either way it's bad for business when we can go onto this place right here and tell the public what's happening. Buyers Beware-Some Buyers or ALL BUYERS. Oh yeah the team lead instead of checking the warehouse he wanted to send us to another store 12-16 miles more to drive.

I paid for delivery service of two fence rails with a delivery time of 12-4pm on a Saturday. I have the time in writing and I double checked it with a phone call halfway through the delivery window when I still hadn’t heard anything from Lowe’s. The Customer Service representative I spoke to assured me that I had the delivery details correct; she told me they had left the store with the delivery 30 minutes prior to my call and said the delivery team would call befire arrival. At 4pm I still had no word on the delivery. I called Lowe’s again and the CS Rep said I had to call the delivery service myself, and that the delivery team had changed the delivery window to 4-6pm without letting me know. Lowe’s wasted my entire Saturday, forcing me to cancel all other commitments. Do not trust them. I never will again.

Been here several times. Employees are great and very helpful. Would have given it 5 stars but the manager just left us out in the rain waiting for a key for the lock on a trailer we had just bought and je never showed. Luckily an employee helped us out instead.

I usually don't give bad reviews BUT! Ordered wood and supplies to build a deck on our house and scheduled delivery for Friday the 3rd of November. Recvd a voice message saying delivery was canceled due to lack of help and was rescheduled for the next day, Sat the 4th of Nov between the hours of 11 am to 3pm. Well delivery never showed up! I tried calling to get answers and all I got was a run around. Between no one answering the phone, to Associates not wanting to give out their name and managers not answering.I've worked for big box retail stores so I know the games they play, but not expecting the same antics from management! As I was writing this review I started it at 4pm and I am still on hold waiting to speak to a manager. This is very unsatisfactory in my book! Management should be held accountable for their actions or lack of actions in my case. It is now 430pm and I never got transferred to speak to management! I will continue my quest tomorrow.

I purchased a washing machine and pedestal, and ordered delivery. the earliest they could deliver it was nine days later, so I took that date. The morning of delivery, they called to say they hadn't received the washer, so had to cancel. They rescheduled for four days later (13 days after purchase). On the afternoon of the second delivery date, they called to say the pedestal hadn't arrived, and were cancelling my delivery. So I now have a third delivery date, one that is 16 days after purchase date. I would have been much more understanding if they had simply told me on day of purchase that it would take 16 days. But, like Comcast, they have a huge share of the market, so don't seem concerned with customer relations.

Check out line is too long. Cashiers standing around on the phone and don't want to help. A potyful place for a contractor that's on a schedule.You better served a true lumber yard where they appreciate contractors by helping locate items and getting them out of the store to get their ( contractors) day underway.

This is the second week I went to Lowes to look at flowers, This is what I saw, flowers with no water, and you expect the customer to pay full price. I'm sure someone there knows how to use a water house. The employees there act like they don't care. This Lowes has really gone down hill.

Horrible experience was told by the lady manager at the customer service desk that she would not check us out that we had to use the self check out or go down to lumber we had 100 dollars worth of stuff she was not busy and there was a line of people at lumber we do not like using self check outs due to skimmers
