I pulled into the parking lot at 3:05 pm, walked in (because the drive thru was so slow) and did not get back to the car with my to go car order until 4:05 pm. It took the lady taking my order a good 15 minutes to get my rather simple order (kids meal /cheeseburger a chili and a fry) rang up. She had to have been high because she was barley functional. The fries were kinda gross. This place needs an overhaul badly.

I accompanied a couple guys from work for lunch. I was shocked at how long it took to get our food. It was hot & fresh, but was rather slapped together with all the pickles in a single pile on my burger & 2 glops of unspread ketchup on the bun. The restaurant was clean & with the limited selection nearby, I'm sure I'll be there again, but it is not my first choice.

While I sometimes enjoy a Wendy's meal, this is one of the worst ones to stop at. I very rarely give bad reviews, but this is constantly an issue. Even when specifically asking for fresh fries and receiving confirmation of fresh fries....you get cold...and I don't mean lukewarm...I mean genuinely like they were cooked and under a broken heat lamp. Multiple times. Now because I can heat my fries up again at home, it gets 2 stars. The manager "lady" on night shift... That SCREAMS at employees with the window WIDE open...that again SCREAMED through the whole restaurant that "you don't go out after dark, they may stab you". I get protocol. No problem at all with waiting and making sure EVERYONE is safe. I sincerely have a problem being called out in that way and I also feel absolute disgust for the kids, yes ~15-17 is a CHILD, that are exposed to her rude and hostile demeanor. I sincerely think higher management needs to take a look and ask some questions. A quality leader makes for a quality establishment.

Slow service, Dirty dining room, Music louder then needed for the dining room.Lots of flys in the dining and kitchen area. Noticed while dining the Eco Lab bug light was not plugged in. Might be the issue with the flys.Staff was nice but seemed somewhat undertrained. Asked for my meal to-go but received it for dine-in. Not a big deal since I was in no rush.If stopping in this location might seek alternative options for dining unless you are craving Wendy's.Food order was completed correctly and had no issue there.

It's pretty clean Wendy's to be alongside of a gas station usually the same quality of food no matter where you stop and get Wendy's definitely recommend if you need a quick bite stop and check them out

Walked up to get a to go order while my guy was pumping gas. Noticed people in the lobby and according to what is listed here they are to be open till midnight. Did not take note of any close sign so thought the door was just locked for some reason. Was able to gain access through a door by bathrooms. Went to counter and while looking at menu was told sorry our lobby is closed. Could have asked "excuse me ma'am are you doing a order for here or to go? Our lobby is closed but I can do a to go order." A close sign on door would be helpful as well since this is a gas station as well. The hour signs are not very visable.

I’ve had a bad experience at this location at least twice.They don’t give receipts and when I told them I had a coupon code the cashier said the scanner wasn’t working and didn’t bother to try to do it a different way.No crackers , ketchup, napkins on my to go order.Just last night my husband went drive-thru and was charged $26 dollars for 4 crispy chicken sandwiches and nuggets!That was NOT the order but since they were out of chili and obviously fries they just put a bunch of nuggets in the bag.I only went to this location because it’s seven minutes away but I will have to start getting my Wendys further away.

They are very short staffed which is absolutely not the employee’s who are showing ups fault at all. It’s so draining and irritating to be the only, or one of the only, employees in the building. The 2 employees seemed very stressed out and one was not very kind, but who could be given the circumstances? Overall this was a bad experience but it’s all due to the fact that it is unfair that the employees even have to feel this way. I personally never mind to wait a few minutes if it means someone gets to take a quick breath to work safely, or drive to another location/place if my meal is going to be inedible anyway.

Wonderful guys. Never tried the rodeo burger before. Thanked the chef.Was so hungry I had a headache, just starting my new job not knowing if my 1st check was delaying 1 more week or if the mobile data would submit my canceled car insurance check.Thanks for the fries! ;j

The girl who works mornings is wonderful. Some of the younger ones who come in on lunch aren't much on working? I waited 15 minutes drive through they never did take my order I left. It was at 12:30
