We stopped in there a year ago by chance when we were going from West Virginia back home to Iowa. They were so friendly, kind, and helpful. This store has a little bit of everything. My boys especially loved Dot. You won't find a more welcoming place.

Small hardware store with a little bit of everything. Also have a large selection of fishing gear. Lures, rods and reels, and anything else u need to go fishing. Also great employee's . They must be doing something right. I'm almost half a century old Surber and son has had been in business as far as I can remember.

Friendly staff. A small hardware store still in business. Not shut down by a Lowe's or a Home Depot. Over 45 years they have been I'm business. Good pricing good selection to choose from.

Surber & Son is an institution in our area. Those who've been there know that if they don't have it, you don't need it! Their store can seem a little disorganized, but if you need something just ask whoever is working at the cash register and they'll walk you straight to it.
