I had a bad injector in my truck and these guys got it diagnosed, repaired and all within 24 hours due to already having the Injector in stock. That's the best turn around time I've experienced and I've worked at a diesel mechanic shop before so I am definitely happy with the service we got. They were friendly and quick. Had a sudden oil issue on a 12 hour road trip, called, and they were able to see me within 10 minutes, and got me back on the road in a half hour! Friendly, sweetest in shop dog, great price. Would 10/10 recommend!Service: Oil change

They were great. They were able to take me on short notice on a Friday before a Holiday weekend. They weren't able to get the part, but I was able to get it at Advanced Auto. The part wasn't exactly right, but the mechanic was able to make it work. The price was very reasonable, too.Service: Transmission

Usually I don't post bad experiences however, I did give them a 5 star rating but today that changed! I would give no stars if possible. Today I went there and asked if someone could look at my care. The woman at the desk said "last time I ordered parts I took my car somewhere else and that I'm wasting the guys time." And yes I did take it somewhere else after found out what was wrong cause it was the place I got it from job to FIX IT!!! I've been a loyal customer there for years!!! However THIS WILL CHANGE THAT!!!! Side note - I've never had a problem with the mechanics or anything! They are all really friendly!

They are awesome! Driving through from PA to TN and blew a tire. They towed me at no charge since I was less than a mile away, special ordered the low profile tire that I needed, and had me fixed up and back on the road an hour earlier than anticipated. Excellent service and prices! And a puppy!

They did accommodate me when I was a few minutes late to pay and pick up my car, the manager actually got out of his vehicle and unlocked the store to let me pay. My boyfriend had a bad experience getting an inspection sticker though, he said they were super rude and acted like the didn't want the business.

Herb and Mandy are great folks to deal with. They can handle it all and have 2 great easy to find locations. Inspections stickers, oil changes, tire issues problems, battery changes, etc.. Very reasonable prices and they do honest work.

I would like to give them a ZERO!!! How can you keep someones vehicle for 5-6 weeks and not do a thing to it but keep saying it will be ready tomorrow. Glad they picked it up when they did and got the hell out of there. Worst auto service ever!!
