Very unprofessional and rude staff here at the gate city location, came in at 430pm and was told by Domario that we could not have a salad because Lauryn wouldn't be to happy about that because she was about to take the salad bar down. We will not be returning to this location until the owner has a talk with their staff. Also please teach them how to make an adequate sandwich, especially if they are nearly 9 dollars each. This sorry excuse for a $9 sandwich is very unacceptable.

The food is amazing, the atmosphere is chill / friendly and prices are fair. What makes this location so special is the staff, they treat you like family every time. From the cooks, hosts, drivers to management, you get treated like family and the vibe is amazing.I highly recommend this location.

I don't know what has happened to this place it used to be a good place to eat this was the worst place me and my husband paid to eat buffet barely any food out and and the service was terrible personally you should just take the buffet out and finally when they did bring a pizza out it was handled will definitely not eat there ever again

In from out of town, this place is gross, worst pizza place I have ever eaten... our dough was raw in the middle... sandwichs wasn't even toasted... toppings were cold.. spaghetti was terrible and cold as well in the middle... bags of chips was the only thing that was good.

Salad bar was very basic no meat or cheese to be found. Pizza buffet pretty much only had cheese and pepperoni until we was ready to leave and a chicken Alfredo was put out. Not once was a vegetarian or Supreme available. Service? No service once to get and deliver our drinks NEVER saw her again. Then charged $63.00 for 3 buffet and one small cheese pizza. Definitely didn't get my money's worth from any aspect.

I called my order in and got it delivered to me so I can't give my opinion about the building itself but I can tell you the woman that took my order was a complete sweet heart. My pizza was made and delivered to me I think was about 30 to 35 minutes. I definitely recommend. If you find yourself in a bind and need fast service and the food was pretty good.Kid-friendliness: My 13 year old got the pizza from the delivery driver and had no complaints. He enjoyed his stuffed crust cheese pizza

The food was good and hot on the buffet, and the restaurant was clean, but out of all of the Pizza Plus restaurants I have been to, this one has the worst customer service. The lady at the front was yelling about every issue that was going on in the store, and when I went up to ask for a small container to put some ranch dip in, she rudly told me to just put it on my plate...Also they didn't let us choose anything that went on the buffet. This is probably my least favorite Pizza Plus in this region.

This place has the cleanest buffet bar that I have ever been to! The waitress and waiters are so good at constantly stocking the salad bar and keeping it up to condition!Kid-friendliness: This location has three different claw machines with friendly staff always willing to talk to the little kids! They also have easy access to high chairs!

We ate in and ordered 2 salads , a small cheesestick, a Thin Pepperoni and Hamburger, and a thin sausage. The salads were good but waited longer than usually to get the cheese sticks and when we got them they were cold and tasteless. Didn’t get my 1st refill till the first pizza came out. What was supposed to be a Thin pep and Hamburger was a pep and ham. Sent it back and finally got the second pizza( much longer wait than normal). And again what was supposed to be a thin sausage was a sausage and ham. Tired of waiting and just wanting to eat decided not to send it back. Worse experience at a pizza plus I’ve ever had and I have been eating here since I was little.

Locally owned, which I like. I wish they had half stars, because they don't deserve a full 4, but they don't deserve only 3 either. It's been hit and miss when we order as far as it being just decent or being really good. I guess it depends on who is working. Delivery takes a long time. I feel it's a bit overpriced for the quality, but then again... the cost of everything is going sky high anymore.

Placed order at 6:38, call back at 7:30 still not out for delivery. Call back at 8:05 and was told the dilivery driver tried to call which I never received. Ended up going to get my own pizza after waiting almost two hours. Ordered a pizza and salad. Didn’t get my salad because the salad bar was closed. Didn’t tell me this until after I had already drove to gate city to pick up my pizza. If I’d had known I wouldn’t have wasted my time. I’d made a damn totitnos pizza and they could have kept there’s. Hands down the worst communication from anywhere I have ever ordered from. Save yourself the headache and go to little ceasers in weber city.

If it were possible to give no stars I would. Sad you have to ask for a pizza to be well done cause if you don’t it isn’t even cooked. Two times in a row the pizza wasn’t cooked. The dough was still chewy and the pizza was disgusting. I haven’t ordered from you since. Warning for others if you’re that desperate for pizza you’d have a better chance having a good pizza from a grocery store out of the box. Pizza plus has horrible service, the pizza is never fully cooked through even when you say “well done” it’s barely passing fully cooked. I’d suggest you hire some new cooks cause the ones you have now aren’t doing you any favors.

Please let people get salad dressing like normal instead of giving tiny cups that won’t even cover a salad and then charging two dollars for another tiny cup. Extra. I could bring my own bottle for what you are charging people. So we will wait till that is fixed before we go back. Not paying that for salad dressing. Very disappointed.

I really like PP. It seems like all the other pizza places have gone to a real sweet tomato sauce or paste. So far PP hasn't or not that I can tell. We met at the PP in Gate City, VA. and Sundays are usually busy but they were slammed today. I have never seen people standing around waiting for a table to open up. I guess that that's a good sign though. The pizza, salad, and service were good. We'll definitely be back there soon.

Ordered 2 pizzas at 7:30 p.m., was told it would be out on the 2nd delivery. Called back at 8:30pm and was told pizza would go out next. Called back at 9:30 p.m. and was told they had one delivery in front of ours and then pizzas would be delivered. The pizzas finally showed up at 10:15 p.m. and they were cold and seemed like they had been cooked at 7:30 when ordered and had sat for 3 hours. Very disappointed! Will never order from them again!

Ordered a cheese stick and a spaghetti, they told me it would be 25-30 minutes. Showed up after 20 minutes told us that it would be 10 more minutes because the food isn’t even in the oven yet. Mind you, that they were standing at the front counters on their phones. So they told us that they would bring our food out to the parking lot when it was done. we waited 20 minutes before I went in to see what was going on. They were still on their phones and my food was sitting on top of the oven. This place has gone completely down hill.

I went to Pizza Plus drive though to ask if they had a salad bar waited for a couple of mins. Then drove over walked in to just get a couple of salads to go. Lady walks up to me after I have entered asked do u have a mask. I told her no but all I wanted was a couple of salads to go she said I couldn't fix them may self but I could tell her what I wanted and she fix it. Then she said be a misdemeanor crime. So, how many people believe that they make all people do this. I have to agree with some of the reviews and say after the old management group left the food and service is terrible here and will never go back to that one and I have been go to it since it was in Weber city in the 90s.

One star now..Our first visit to this restaurant we had no complaints, we enjoyed the pizza and the cheese sticks was better than the pizza every time we purchased food from this spot (3 times total ). After last night's huge disappointment we will not order pizza here again.. The pizza was extremely dry with little toppings although I paid for extras.. I never won't anything free or discounted. I just simply want what I've payed my hard earned money for.. Do better, please & thank you!

I would give it a five star if it wasnt for the delivery service. We order from work literally 2 to 3 minutes away and we get it 2 hours later and its always cold. I dont get it. The pizza is awesome when you pick it up. So make sure you have someone to pick it up for you 👌
