The store itself has plenty of merchandise and was always clean when I went there. Some of the staff, Jordan and Bonnie were great, the manager used to be cool but then she turned into a horrible person. That's all I have to say about it. I hope they get someone else.

Great service and prices. The only drawback to the operation is that the cashiers must also do stocking and blocking of the merchandise. This sometimes causes a delay at checkout, but since they sell the heck out of their products, they are constantly restocking the store.

Good place to go shopping have a better selection than most Dollar General Stores. The only thing is you have to wait in line a good while and they're always stocking. There's always boxes everywhere in the aisles. But it is a good place to shop.

Almost everyone there is very friendly, and we all have an off day once in a while...my only complaint is the items in the store are packed in there like a can of sardines.. I have to literally dig through almost anything and everything just to find what I'm looking for...and most of the time I just give up because I don't have the time to do that every time I go in there...if the employees don't have time or can't have over time than the owner need to either hire or do it themselves go in and clean and organize before someone seriously gets hurt, it was only a couple of weeks ago a little girl got her feet tangled up in some clothes that was lying on the floor...I'm very surprised her momma didn't go off on someone, I know I would have...

Very nice DG...everything is in place for it to be so well stocked. Better than weber city and gate city dollar stores for sure! Also I live close and my dog has wandered away..very unlike her and hoping someone has taken her home. Has a baby pink collar on and her name is Zoey..shes 11 and very sweet natured..please help if you've seen her..

Austin Gibson was just ordered to leave the Dollar Store in GTe City ,VA because his 3 yr old daughter WASNT WEAR SHOES..!!!!THAT IS OR WAS LITTLE MISS NOVAS FAVORITE PLACE TO SHOP. ALMOST DAILY .NOVA AND HER DAD WOULD WALK OR RIDE TO THE DOLLAR GENERAL STORE SO SHE COULD SHOP JUST FOR HERSELF.THE LITTLE GIRL STICK ON FINGER NAILS WERE HER FAVORITE Maybe Dollar Tree has them too.

Toilet paper sale started at 7 pm last night. Went there at 9 am not one single pack was left on the buy 1 get 1 sale. You need to have more stock to make it available to more people. A sale shouldn't be sold out that fast when it just went live at 7 pm. I never get much at this store that's on sale. It runs pretty low on all sale items. I've been seeing trunk loads of tp posted on FB and wonder why people like myself can't even get one pack 😡

A no good place to shop and I have been spending at least one dollars or more a week since it's near me. Not anymore I won't be since the clerk refuses to take change from me that was already rolled up and it's only two rolls. I'll go somewhere else from now on.

Great service and a friendly staff. Staff will help you in any way. They will come and assist you in finding items that you need. Will give you directions if your lost. The store is well lit with easy access down all isles.

Lady at register could have been a lot more friendlier( not a little, A LOT)... Place was really messy and floors was cluttered. More trip hazzards than I could count.. One of the most junkiest DG I've ever visited..Sorry!

Very attentive staff. Was looking for a very particular item... The lady at the register knew EXACTLY what I was looking for and knew where only 3 in the entire store were located! She saved the day!!!

It's as good as most retail stores. Prices vary by product and sales items. Fairly competitive with other retailers, yet lacking in price labeling. Other than that, very good and reasonable place to shop.

I love Dollar General! I can get many things for just a few dollars. I like they have the candy on the first few shelves, my favorite are the Baby Ruths, Welchs fruit snacks, neko peanut butter crackers, and I like that I can get little note pads for only a $1.00. Also got Sensoyne tooth paste in the travel section.

Gate City has the best Dollar General. I bypass the one in Weber City because they never have shelves stocked and boxes sitting everywhere way to dirty and cluttered.

There's only parallel parking outside the store, the floor is in bad shape, and there's no public restroom in the store. Every Dollar General store has a better parking lot than this store.

I don’t know what Sharon’s problem was however terrible customer service if I could give negative stars I would I didn’t even make a purchase after the experience if she’s like this to her coworkers no wonder they are short staffed
