We made this our go to Pet Store in the area. They have a program where items purchased rack-up points for money-off the next visit. The points rack-up fast having to purchase food for several dogs. It seems like every third visit we get $10 off our purchase. The staff are very friendly and helpful as well. One doesn't have to search a large store for assistance.

Dianna has such Great Customer Service, Very Polite, Helpful and loves to hear about your Animal's. I love stopping by to look what's new and look at all the different things Pet Valu has to offer. She help me update my information in the system, so I could receive info on Specials/Sales and is always very helpful when you have a question. Our White Dog is a Senior and Deaf. The Brindle is a 9 month old Puppy. The way they get along is Very Special🐶💞

Really I try to avoid this pet valu because the employees are typically awful here, but my most recent trip reinforced those views. There were two older employees waiting hand and foot on one customer with the world's largest and ugliest dog. The owner of said dog watched to see where other customers were going and purposefully blocked them with his dog. The store employees didn't do anything except to throw themselves in adoration if this dog and the owner like they were the Second Coming or something. I seriously feel bad for the cats they adopt out if they have to put up with that all the time. Note to Pet VA owner: not everyone likes dogs, please don't let your other customers play second fiddle to the guy buying a pink studded leash for what I hope was his dog.

Love this store! Always has our food in stock and a great variety of goodies too! Well priced and organized with high quality products. Staff is always really friendly and available to help, the manager is great!

Nice store, big selection and nice employees, but the prices are a little high. My dog especially loves their dog cookies.
