Brandi was wonderful with Maximus! I was worried he would try to hurt himself in the kennel but she texted me about his progress and his haircut and spa experience turned out beautifully.He wasn't stressed at all and strutted around proudly when we got home!

Sarah and Stephanie are the best! They treat my girls as if they're their own dogs. Always polite - they didn't even mention I was an hour early for my appointment, which I noticed later. They do an excellent job and I love bringing the girls in.

When I walked in with Harley the groomer was in what seemed a bad mood. They were busy and had three dogs being serviced. She went over Harley’s haircut with me, asked me if I wanted to pay, so I left Harley with him and paid. When I came to pick Harley back she was very short with me, told me that Harley should not get a zoom groom, apparently he tried nip at the scissors, she said if I wanted a zoom groom I should go to a differ t groomer 30 mins away. I prepaid an 18% tip, and regretted it. Harley was still wet when we picked him up, all the other dogs got a thanksgiving bandana and Harley did not. She didn’t thank us, basically told me not to come back. This is the first time in 6 years that they didn’t make the next appointment with me. I am hugely disappointed.

Megan was very knowledgeable, very reassuring that Winston would be just fine with his bath and grooming. When he was finished he looked wonderful, his coat soft and combed, his nails clipped, his feet free of extra annoying hair, and his tail wagging his feeling of ease. I was very pleased and will certainly bring him back to Megan.

I'll admit i didn't want to take my pets to another grooming establishment because I'm not just a dog owner but i also used to groom professionally. however, i'm currently unable to groom my dogs properly because my bathroom is too small considering my dogs are 45lbs & 60lbs............ The groomers at Petco were very polite & professional, and although my fiance was late dropping off our dog they were still more than happy to accommodate and keep our appointment on a busy Saturday! Its been 5 days since bringing our dog home from the salon at petco & she STILL smells shower fresh, plus her coat looks healthier and cleaner than ever before!

They kept the neck harness too tight. She was hacking and gagging when I picked her up. I ended up having to take her to the vet. (Which cost me 600.00) She gave her meds to be on for a week and she is doing better. No more Petco grooming.

There are few alternatives in this town for dog pedicures that are so economical, which is why I'll be using the service again. I was displeased with the mask situation. I had to insist that the second groomer put on her mask before I would come close in the grooming area. And of course I saw no other customers wearing masks even though there is a sign at the door to do so.

The staff is pleasant and easy to work with. The open facility allows me to see how the animals are taken care of. On the several occasions I have used your services, my dog returns happy and looking great!

Scalped my dog. I specifically said "Not too short. I don't want to see her pink skin". It's been a month and she finally looks right. Cut was terrible. Different lengths everywhere. Tried Petco in Hagerstown last year. They did a terrible job too. I don't think they are professional groomers. Will never use them again.

My world, we took a picture of how Leo cut should done! This Pepco made our Leo (Yorkie) look Ike a Chihuahua ! The (groomer) was told that morning “DO NOT CUT HIS WHISKERS , please trim them ei make them even! Leo left there itching all over from mist of his hair was removed! His skin was shown & his skin is dry. He was so bad that all he all he did was lick himself on Saturday! His cut was so short on his body in some places you could see nicks and small cuts on his body! In my opinion the next person that has their family member done like Leo will handle this in a different way!!!! My husband had to give him a bath, Leo needed to get relieve with with his hair (shaved so short that he needed his special treatment of oatmeal, which was recommended by his veterinarian! Leo will never be at Pepco again my husband pointed out to the girl at the counter, hardly replied. So that is a ridiculous job! It is very disappointed when our Leo was picked up. On top of that our Leo was so uncomfortable that all he did was itch & lick! Never again, plus we paid $60 for a (6 lb Yorkie) that if they had performed their job correctly the money wouldn’t wasn’t an issue. The though if how how our Leo looks and feels now is horrible! We consider dog abuse!
