Kurt, the system installer, is very detailed and professional in the install of the water system. Very polite and has a great personality. Matt, the sales rep, is very informative and can answer any questions you have about water quality. Great group of guys!

Our water tasted awful and left stains on our appliances after Kurt installed our equipment we no longer have any stains or smells.Bob installed our RO system so now our dog drinks the water and we no longer have to buy water jugs.

Time and time again, there’s been miscommunication from scheduling the appointment to when the technician shows up. When the technician showed up, I relayed to him what expected from the appointment: cleaning of the reservoir, replacing the filter and refill the salt. However, after this was discussed with the technician, he relayed to my husband that I just said to fill the tank with salt.. NOT what I said…It’s disheartening that he didn’t listen to me but would’ve maybe listened to my husband?Now the technician can’t come back for two months…This has been a continuous issue where there’s a disconnect in the “notes” for the technician. This company is not ideal to work with.

I set up a service after receiving a call for the annual servicing. I was told the amount was about $179. I SPECIFICALLY stated that I would not be present and that no additional service was to be completed without first contacting me. I checked the charge and it was for over $337.00.I called the number and ended up speaking with a manager out of Norfolk. I explained that the additional work had not been authorized. She said she would look into it and be back in touch. That was over 2 weeks ago.

Today Duane Matthew’s serviced our water softener and tested our water and he was simply amazing.Duane was very courteous and professional. I had many questions about the different components of our water softener and how each component works.Duane was VERY patient and answered ALL of my questions pointing out every piece of equipment and explaining exactly how everything works. He also provided tips on things to look out for to ensure our system is working correctly and when to call if we see something unusual.I was leaning towards not purchasing the premium protection plan but Duane explained all of the benefits of having a PP in great detail and eased all of my concerns.Thanks to Duane I will be purchasing the premium protection plan.Thank you Duane!

Horrible service, we had a water softener installed in September and included the monthly servicing option to have them refill the softener and check water quality, well it is now February and they have not serviced it once. When I called to ask why nobody has been here to service my softener they said the technician in October forgot a screwdriver so they pushed the ticket to November, again the technician did not bring a screw driver apparently, the representative had no excuse as to why they didn’t show up in December or January and reassured me someone would be by as soon as possible in February, It’s the 13th and no sign of a technician. So, I have paid $275 in servicing fees for nothing because a “SERVICE TECHNICIAN” does not carry tools? And apparently whoever you have scheduling in the office has no concern for a customer that hasn’t been accommodated since they gave us a bill. What a scam, they don’t care about the quality of their customers water. In response to your comment the delivery team was not dispatched when the device was installed 4 bags of salt were also provided. It’s your service team.

First, they have done a decent job with filtering my water, which is what I contracted with them to do. However, they charge a lot of money for every device, every visit, even to repair their issues. I have an expensive service contract but I never see a reduction in my bill for anything. When I ask the contract coverage is for other things.There was a leak in their system which caused a mold issue. I paid for mold remediation as soon as the leak was repaired, which took a couple of months, and they are not compensating me for any of the cost. They also book appointments weeks out, even for an emergency like a leak.Find someone else for water purification.

Went well. Mark Sales/Engineer was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were never pressured and provide a lot of information to make an informed decision that favored us the homeowner and not one sided that was only data form Culligan. Install went great, clean and friendly tech. Took out all the old equipment and was very considerate when trying to maximize our current space while installing the new unit which I had installed 15years prior. We ended up with more space even though this was a bigger system.

Culligan installed a water softener unit and a water filtration system in our home. Setting up a maintenance contract was easy and they offered financing. A year later when we needed to move the water softener to a diffenet spot, they sent a tech over and took care of things quickly. Great customer service even afrer the sale. A+

Everyone I speak to on the phone or in person is friendly and efficient in their work. I particularly like the drinking water filter as it makes a big difference in the taste of our water.

I’ve seen differing reviews on different culligan providers in the area, Front Royal had the best so I chose them. Couldn’t be happier with the experience from working with Matt on the sale and Dakota doing the install. So far happy with the system too, noticeable difference from our hard water in the area. Highly recommend!

Equipment has worked great now for over 5 years - regular maintenance and monthly deliveries of the Culligan salt is all I've used on the water at this house, it's sulfur water and it stinks to high heaven. I was advised to run the equipment 2x weekly - and while that did help dramatically with the smelly water, it wasn't enough so I have the equipment set to run 3x weekly and it has removed the stink about 98% of the time! And that is a great result for me! I realize this is not a perfect world and while I might have stinky water - I also have Culligan to help me manage it as best it can be! Thanks! I do appreciate your service!

I've spent over$400 on service calls in the last five months. After the service call, it started leaking due to a faulty part. Because I didn't notice the leak immediately, had to pay another fee (service calls are $120). I'd then noticed after the last filling it wasn't regenerating at 2 am, and wasn't using salt. I watched and listened for a few weeks. Called today. The manager offered to reduce the fee to $90. Obviously, as the drum is still full, this has NOT BEEN WORKING SINCE THEIR LAST VISIT. I'm done. They price gouge and don't stand behind their work.

Despite numerous service calls I continue to have issues with pipe erosion confirming the water softner system is not working properly. I have complained on several occasions and most recently the answer was to try to upsell me on some kind of service plan. I then asked the question of what was included in said plan, to which the response was a list of what seemed to be branded terms for what I couldn't tell you. The person trying to sell me the package couldn't confirm for me what the things were they were saying was included and whether or not this was likely to solve my problem. They were also unable to provide a brochure or similar to confirm the scope of what I would be paying for. Just seems to be a way to part me from more of my money. Very disappointing.
