Great place! They have pet care products, toys, food & supplements, boarding options, and grooming. They also have options for a self-serve pet wash where all of the shampoos, conditioner, brushes, and other grooming products are available for use at no additional cost. They have a High velocity air dryer in there also . I believe they charge based on weight. I'm able to wash my large breeds for less than $20 a piece which makes my pockets happy.The staff is very friendly and helpful if you need anything. I always enjoy spa days for the doggies. You can tell they have a love for the animals there. Seems like more than "just a job" for them 😊

We love this place to bathe our dogs! Great deal on the bath and has all the necessary items you need from toys to treats, etc. The staff is always friendly as well. I've been going here for years.

The self wash stations for bathing your dogs is wonderful! They provide several different shampoos and conditioner, as well as towels and grooming tools and aprons. The fee is based on size of dog, but is well worth it. We will be frequent visitors! Thank you for having this option for pet owners.

We give Pet Craze 5 stars because they earned it!!! We use Pet Craze for daycare, boarding, grooming and purchasing dog food. The customer service here is great and the staff members are very knowledgable and friendly. So if you need a safe, fun, loving place for your dog to groom, play or stay this is the place for you.

We are on our 6th year trusting them with our dog so this is an update. I don't know what we would do without pet craze. Our dog loves it and the staff are attentive to him and make sure he is safe and enjoying his time there. Haley is awesome, organizing our changing reservations and he is so happy to see her each time. It is clean and they kero track of dogs that have fun together. They can play together regardless of weather and they walk him too. We have to leave him on occasion for long stays and I don't like that but I know he is treated well and getting off leash socialization he wouldn't get at home. The grooming dremels his nails while he's boarded, convenient. Convenient location too and they are pretty busy there so sometimes they are full. We buy some supplies there like dog treats. It is middle of the pack for costs, but boarding anywhere has gotten pricier lately and pet craze is not an exception. Takes some time to establish the records for the dog to stay, keep the vaccinations up to date and in their database

If you like to change up your fur kids clothes, THIS is the place!! Tons of leashes and collars. You should be able to find one you like!! I will definitely be back. They also have a good selection of toys and treats too. Grooming is available as well. I'm sure I missed something, so check their website or call!! Very friendly helpful staff.

When we are are in town and need to quickly wash the pet babies we always stop in Pet Craze for a self wash . The service & cleanliness is consistent- that’s what keeps us coming back! We have 2 70 pounds dogs = $36 which is a reasonable price. I would recommend bringing your own dog cologne, the one available to self wash customers is not too pleasant and wears off quickly .overall great experience each time !

If I could leave zero starts I would. Bath area is always dirty. Prices are way too high. Staff is rude especially the “manager” Courtney. I know for certain the management and owners underpay the staff and treat them terribly. I will never support them or any business they own (Pet Craze,Western ways, Forest pet care, and Anyday Outfitters).

We love Pet Craze! We bring our goldendoodle for daycare and I never feel nervous about leaving her. The staff has always been great and keep us updated on what happens during the day. Our dog comes home tired and happy.

I left my baby, Betsy, with Pet Craze for a whole week while I traveled. I was very apprehensive about leaving her, as I never had before. Oh my gosh, what a great week she had!!!! The staff is amazing! They even have her a bath. I highly recommend!! Thank you so much for a great experience for me and my girl. ❤

Nice. They don't sell animals. Which is a big plus. This means they do not support puppy mills!!!!! They have a grooming space and a bathing area where you can wash your own pet, price isn't bad either. Nice selection of toys and accessories but the treat section is expensive and limited. Customer service was excellent. Overall I enjoyed it there and will return.

This is the place I take my dog to give him his baths. I would give 5 stars but I don't really like the new bathing system they have installed. The soap and conditioner is dispensed through the water system at the flick of the selection buttons on the new system. I would rather lather my dog and scrub him clean than rely on this new system that doesn't produce enough soap or conditioner and when the soap and conditioner run out, you have to run to the front to request more. Product runs out too fast. Overall, I still like this place.

Went to Pet Craze for the first time today. I gave my dog a bath with the self-grooming service they offer. Tubs were big enough for my large yellow lab. All of the supplies for bathing (brushes, towels, soap and dryer) was available. They even had aprons so you dont get all wet when bathing your pet. Employees were helpful and knowledgeable about their products and services. Also, the prices are extremely fair. My yellow lab got a full bath, harness and a got him a nice heavy duty collar all for under $50. Definitely will be back!

It's nice to be able to buy quality dog food at a local, specialty pet food store that does NOT sell puppies. The staff are friendly and seem to be knowledgeable about their products, and are helpful when questions arise about dog food recalls. While I have not availed myself of their doggy day care, if I needed that service, I would not hesitate to leave my dogs there.

Stood around for awhile for someone to come to the counter. The girl working there isn't very customer service driven. The pet wash is pretty simple and convenient to use.

My baby goes to Doggy Day Care 3 times a week. She LOVES it! The staff is so wonderful and caring! They are always so friendly and helpful! I don't trust just anyone to take care of my fur baby but I do trust Pet Craze!

What a great place to wash your dog if you don't want to pay groomer prices. We had an excellent experience with all of the dog washing tools and the price was on point! The actual merchandise to buy is a little pricey, but I love the self-service wash station!

Enjoyed my first visit there today using their self service dog wash. I brought my own tools (I'm a retired groomer) but they have a large selection of tools (brushes, de-matting rakes, etc) readily available for use. The staff was friendly and accommodating yet left me alone to do my thing which was appreciated. The price was very reasonable and I will definitely be going back.

Favorite pet store and self-service bathing area I've ever been to! Large selection, great prices, helpful and friendly staff! Self-service bathing has all the tools and supplies needed; no hassle, just take your pet and they have everything you need there to come home with a clean pooch.

Pet Craze carries an extensive selection of every possible dog and cat toy, collars and leashes, flea and tick prevention and a large varying selection of premium dog food brands! I love their day care and their boarding is top notch as well! Super friendly and very knowledgable helpful staff as well!

Always went to car wash type dog washing facilities. I found out about pet craze and I take my 120 lb Rottweiler here for a flat $17 flat rate. I use their different shampoos and conditioners their towels and dryers at no extra cost. You can take as much time as you need and there are 3 different stations. This place is amazing. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

This is the place that we bring our Border Collie to and we feel fortunate that such a kennel/dog products/DIY wash facility exists here! And the staff folks are great.We adopted an orange tabby that was up for adoption.Though mostly catering to canines, they always have one or two kittens that are available for adoption, which is a nice touch. You end up playing with them and wanting to bring them home...

Great shop for anything you need for your pet, including a really great selection of dog foods you can't find alot of other places. Also plenty of toys and treats that always seem to end up coming home to our spoiled dogs too. They also offer boarding, doggy day care, grooming and some other services that we haven't used but who I would trust trying based on our experience with the staff who are all great.

Dremel only nail trims. My dog is a living nightmare. The groomer did a fantastic job (didn’t even need assistance). I will definitely be coming back. Very cost effective too!!

Great place to take your dog with their self-service dog grooming stations! Lots of inventory for pet toys, food and supplies. Would recomended for dedicated pet owners. They also have a pet day care, but I haven't used this yet.

My dog loves playdates and even boarding at Pet Craze. We call it "the park," and she gets all excited. I've never had such a great feeling about leaving my dog anywhere else when I have to board because I know she will be happy and well looked after.
