I live in Bedford so it is a bit of a drive to bring Buster to Pampered Pet but after trying several other groomers in the Lynchburg area, they are definitely the best I have found. Buster always looks great after his visit. The prices are reasonable and the complimentary nail and face trim between visits makes them an even greater value. The owner and staff are knowledgeable and kind.

Have been bringing my fur babies here for 6 years ( since they were about 2 mo.s old) and they love it!! They get so excited when I tell them they are going to see Ms Nancy! We love and trust her and everyone at Pampered Pets! They are the best!

The Pampered Pet has the BEST STAFF, my dog looks forward to her visits each month, they are friendly and patient. Marley knows when its grooming day and runs right to the girls when i drop her off. I love knowing shes so very well taken care of! They have great-THE BEST prices, super convinent booking and scheduling, and they are always able to fit her in when things come up last minute. I recommend this place to EVERYONE! Id never take her anywhere else!

Well your pet doesn't need a rabies shot just to get nails cut or a bath, a Common Sense Plus. But I went for the works, including Flea Bath and groom. I've pulled several ticks including the day picking them up. I went and gave them another flea bath at home the same day as well. Something just doesn't seem right. Got several fleas and ticks off. They are indoor dogs and never had this issue prior. Maybe a freak of things. Outside needs attention. 1 weekend I was charged 10 per nail job, following weekend 15. Wonderful people, but I'm shakened a bit. I appreciate everyone defending this place. But my experience was real and honest. Like she said, caught them on an off day due to issues of others. Pretty simple. 😊

I bought my puppy in for his first groom(Long overdue) and not only did he look better than what I expected but the staff are very friendly! He hates being brushed and had gotten really matted .. he’s been strutting in his new do since yesterday! I was super nervous about leaving him with groomers ..! Sevyn thanks you all! They trim my Chihuhua's nails and have been better than my Vet. Never have my dogs nails bleed and my dog seems much happier afterwards. They also seem to fit me in when they are often busy. Plus they do an excellent job grooming my Moms Poodle. He always comes home with a new fancy dew. Their prices are low but quality care.

Growing up I spend a lot of time at the pampered pet, I was able to see first-hand how passionate Nancy, Terri, and staff are about their work. They are very experienced and knowledgeable. Along with their incredible grooming skills, they also have great personable skills. You will feel welcomed as soon as you walk through the door. Your pets are in good hands!

I took my dog to this lady and his cut was horrible. She made him bleed in and behind his ears. He had a horrible cut under his neck and even his manly hood was bleeding. He will not be going back to this place ever again.

My friend and I drove out to Forest, VA to get her fur baby an appointment. She had heard good things about Pampered Pet and wanted to give them a try. We were both shocked at the low price and extremely beautiful cut her fur baby recieved!

Best place in town. My pet receives a consistent grooming experience here, and that says it all. We have been to several places over the years, and we have not returned to those places, except for this one. Pampered Pet is the best, they listen, and they are consistent. Note: They only take cash.

My labrador is 14, and this is by far the best place I've ever taken her!! They are so gentle with her, and do a fantastic job grooming. Only place I feel comfortable leaving her at her age.

Could not recommend a better place for your pups. Mine are a small yorkie female and a large lovable yorkie male. NO DRYERS only towel dry. Wonderful ladies one and all too.

I had a horrific experience with this place. I have a 11 lb shih tzu, we asked for a puppy cut, she came back looking like a poodle, not only that, they trimmed one of her paw nail so short she was left bleeding all over the dog bed (and onto my bf's pants as she was being picked up). when my dog was picked up, my bf heard her crying in the background as the groomer was trimming her nails. he didn't want to be bothered with asking the groomer to fix the horrendous cut because my dog was shaken up as is. My dog's been groomed at various places with different groomers, she's 3 yrs old and gets a haircut once every 3 months, so this isn't the first time she had been groomed. she has NEVER been injured to this degree during the grooming process. I can't imagine what she went through to be so scared that they had to muzzle her. I am furious over the fact that they made her bleed so much, she's ONLY 11 pounds!!!!!! IT'S SAD AND HEARTBREAKING.When i came home from work, i couldn't get close to her paws, i think she was in pain. I could still see the blood vessel they popped because her nail was cut way too short. i'm posting this review because i just can't stand of thought of swallowing such a horrific incident without warning others of what i went through. I will never bring her there again! this is outrageous
