Don’t do it , I thought my yorkie was getting what I explained , not short and want fluffy all around especially her face , well not ! She’s shaved and looks worse then a gizmo , all my friends said omg they butchered her ! I called corporate and nothing and told cashier and nothing , groomers was closed at the time , never again !! Now idk who to trust ,

They over charged me for something that they never done . And demon j and the manager at stafford location were very unprofessional and they charged me for no reason and i want my money back. This was my first and last time to go to petco and do any shopping or having them to do grooming or anything for my dog. Never want to recommend them to any of my friends or family. Very much disappointed!!!!!! Awful customer service !!!

Tom is hands down the best groomer! The way he cares for my puppy and makes sure she always looks amazing means so much to me. He always takes the time to say hi to her when we first get there and makes her feel so loved during her visits. He also asks how my family has been since the last time we were there and makes sure our dogs cut is exactly how we wanted and makes sure if we need to book our next appointment that he gets us on the books. I have been taking our dog here for two years and it has always been an amazing experience. Our dog genuinely likes to go to the groomers and that is because of Tom , Corey and the other members of the Stafford Petco Staff. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for treating my baby girl like your own.

Corey and Chloe treat Dylan (a senior) very well. He's always in a good mood when he gets home. He's clean and his nails are groomed nicely. His report card tells me his behavior was to the groomers liking. I can't ask for more!

Tom is a wonderful groomer. Harper looked so beautiful when she came out. He gives her a great groom along with attention that she really requires to feel secure. Harper is an Aussie with a bit of husky, so her coat can be a challenge as well as her insecurities when I leave the room. Tom may be studding up on grooming (or I'm just getting better at recognizing cuts) because her trim was perfect! Some groomers in the past, other places, have cut her way too short and really affects her coat. But, Tom's cut was a cut above in every way. Thank you!
