From Joe the owner to the counter people to Albert and the kids who work in the yard, they have always done their best to make sure I have (or get) anything I need. Really good folks.

Great store. I've taken several of my sons to visit. It's like walking into an old time hardware store with the kids and level of care. But they have all the contemporary things you need and some of the best trucks in the area. If you live in the area.... use them. If you visit the area you have to go and visit the store..... buy a Case knife or something!!

Wow! What a hidden treasure. The customer service is outstanding. From the front counter staff to the trimwork staff to management these people are there for their customers. They genuinely want to help you find what you need. I did not encounter one frown or dismal attitude. Happy people enjoying their jobs. They deserve 10 stars!!! We went to get paint yesterday & had some great customer service but there have been several times that the employees acted like they couldn't be bothered to help us with anything. What were they doing? Talking & carrying on with regulars ... Very important stuff! (Hint of sarcasm) I understand how it is with small businesses in small towns but I left one day very irritated bc of it

Wills Ridge Supply near Floyd was great. this was very easy to find. There was plenty of parking. The staff on hand was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products. I was able to get everything that I needed and one trip and in one location. They even loaded my van for me. This was a great experience and will definitely be back. This was so much better than Lowe's or Home Depot.

Don't expect to be greeted at the door with a "Hi my name is Jimbo. How can I help you?" The proprietor and his staff allow you to come in and find your own way, unless you actually need help, and then they are willing to provide assistance. This place has just about everything a handyman could ever need. Today I had to make a quick trip out to get a 7/16th-inch masonry drill bit. They had exactly what I needed, and then I was back home taking care of business 20 minutes later.

Knowledgeable Staff! Unique combination of items in stock - from building supplies, hardware, and propane tank refills, to RC Cola and Moon Pies! Their prices beat out those big box "home improvement stores" on 90% of supplies!! I shop there regularly. You should too!

I took a learn as you go project on in my kitchen. It took me a LONG week to finish. I must have gone to Wills Ridge every day. I always needed some small thing. They done all my cuts for free ; a lot one at a time. They were very helpful regardless how small a purchase.

Wills Ridge is my go to place when this Yank is in Floyd and needs materials. The folks are always pleasant, know their products, know how to help solve problems. I was working on a hot water heater repair and needed tools. They realized they did not have the right tools in stock for me that day. So, the young lady helping me, asked, "Did you check with NAPA in town?" My reply, "Uh no, I didn't know there was a NAPA in town." "Let me call them for you and see if they can help us." Service like that is hard to come by up North near Philly. She went the extra effort and that is what I have to come to expect whenever I walk through the doors at Wills Ridge Supply. Thanks to all at Wills Ridge!

When I moved to Floyd and asked where to find hardware, a neighbor told me that if they don't have it at Willis you probably don't need it. And that's true. Great store, has everything you need.
