wow! this company has amazing customer service. we had a small animal nipple with a defect in our recent order and I sent them a note letting them know. they replied to my email in less than 20 minutes. then sent a replacement over night! I didn't expect that at all, but am very impressed and appreciative!oh! also, our little guy LOVES the picky blocks. this was his first taste of real food, he loves them, and he was like 'where have you been all my life!' lol

We recently found three baby squirrels under our truck. Searched the internet and by far the he most helpful advice was from Henry's Pets. Got the babies through the weekend on Esbilac and called Henry's on Monday. I ordered the squirrel kit about 20 minutes before closing on Monday and the package arrived on Wednesday. The babies are already feeding better on the fox valley formula. Thank you!

When I found Henry’s pets the squirrel I found was near death. I called them and Lee answered and gave me a formula that brought him right back to life and within 2-3 days my squirrel was right back in action. She spent so much time with me on the phone and text and walked me right through everything I needed and how to do it. I feel like she is family now cause I call and text for anything and send pictures. They TRULY care about your pet and making sure it is healthy, happy, and thriving. I have loved everything I have purchased from Henry’s Pets. We have placed multiple orders and everything has been shipped immediately and has been top quality. They also have incredible customer service. Just know in advance that all the measurements on the syringes will wear off within the first few uses. You’ll need a syringe from a pharmacy if you are dosing medications.

All the squirrels love their blocks, their prices are reasonable (and better than Amazon), and the quality is unmatched. I've been buying blocks for many years. My order arrived and the wrong blocks were inside. Called customer service and they replaced with right blocks with no charge. No fuss at all. I support 10 Lives cat rescue and found they had a shortage of nipples to feed kitties. I did a search and found Henry's. I ordered the items and had them sent directly to 10 Lives. If you're ever in the position to end up with a baby squirrel, or any other animal you're unsure of how to care for, contact Henry's! They offer feeding advice, and they will ship the food to your home, fresh made and ready for the freezer within a day or two! They also offer cages and bedding, often at a much lower price than anywhere else! We love Henry's!

We highly recommend Henry's for your little furry family! Everything is made fresh and arrives really quick. We always purchased assorted blocks, nut stick treats and whole nuts for our dumbo rat. Our little Patches thrived on her Henry's diet! We lost her recently but she was 4 1/2 when we said goodbye, she had an incredible life! We will definitely buy from Henry's again when we add ratties back to our family.

We rehabilitate wildlife, mostly squirrels and have been ordering from Henry's Healthy pets for at least 5+ years. Henry's Healthy Blocks are the main staple diet for grey squirrels, flying squirrels, deer mice... When we first starting rehabbing, we fed another brand of biscuits and switched to Henry's Blocks after they were recommended. After feeding Henry's blocks, you can see the difference in the fur and overall appearance and they look healthier. We continue to order Henry's on a monthly basis to make sure our guys are nice and healthy before releasing them. Henry's blocks are the main diet for them but we also give them the recommended veggies and fruit. This is the best diet for wildlife and I would not recommend feeding them any other block/biscuit. Delivery is quick & service is sweet!Update: June 13, 2020 I just read a, not so nice review from a person because her squirrel wouldn't eat Henrys Healthy blocks. God Bless your 💕 for all that you do!!! You guys have helped us in many ways.

I have a very fragile baby squirrel and needed assistance. The Henry's website is amazing, from assessment of the squirrel to habitat and feeding. My baby squirrel is struggling with a respiratory ailment and I called the emergency number and Lee got back to me and she is amazing! Great products and helpful people! Someone gave me a baby squirrel to foster but the poor baby was left alone and uncared for for 48 hours and was in horrible shape. The formula I used gave him diarrhea and I knew he'd die without better nutrition. I searched the web and found Henry's. I spoke with a wonderful woman who shipped me squirrel formula, Healthy Blocks and heating pad. The baby had lost over 25% of weight by the time the package arrived ( and it arrived quickly). Within 3 feeding the diarrhea stopped. Within a week he regained the lost weight and added another 25% of healthy weight .

Henry’s helped me not only rescue but become knowledgeable about feeding a sweet days old squirrel without drowning her and a year later she’s our backyard joy. Henry's Healthy Pets is one of my all time favorite websites and sellers. They are more than a retailer, they are a god send! They have excellent products - and I was overjoyed when they started selling Fox Valley formulas. What an amazing company!Not only do they have the highest quality formulas, foods, feeding syringes etc., that you need to raise a squirrel, but they are tremendously caring and supportive. I called their emergency number more than a few times, and Lee literally held my hand as I navigated the care of four tiny one week old abandoned babies. I worked here for a spell when I was living in the area, if it wasn't due to scheduling issues with classes I would've stayed much, much longer. The owners are wonderful, caring people who are incredibly passionate about the service and products they produce. Since I got to see the operations under the hood, I have an immense amount of respect for this company. Everything is fresh, made in house with natural ingredients and each new order was made and shipped out each day.I cannot recommend Henry's enough if you're looking for the best food for your small furry friends. I have 7 baby squirrels 3 are 5-6 weeks old and 4 are 3-4 weeks old. I've ordered the milk and some of the picky rodent blocks. The older 3 have had their eyes open going on 2 weeks and they love the picky block. They nibble at it, i only give them small pieces right now, now even a whole block between the 3 . I also ordered the nipples and they absolutely love them and makes feeding them so much easier than just using a syringe. I highly recommend their products.

I've been purchasing squirrel block (food) from Henry's for the past 8 years. As a wildlife rehabilitator of 30+ years, my animals have never been healthier and more ready for safe, successful release, as they have been, since I began feeding Henry's Healthy blocks (the "picky blocks" variety are a favorite around here). Henry's has also saved the day quite often by offering emergency rehab supplies, like quality nipples, affordable syringes, and infant formulas (and more). Their products are always fresh and delivered quickly and well packaged. I live with an 8 y/o male Eastern Fox Squirrel, who was unable to be released -- he still plays like a baby and has the most beautiful coat. I attribute this to a life long base diet of Henry's Healthy Picky Blocks, combined with an array of appropriate fresh foods. Stay away from all the rest (I have horror stories I won't add here), and get your rodents on Henry's! In the long run, healthy animals reduce the cost of husbandry.
