Andrea is great. She does an amazing grooming job, the cut is very symmetrical, nails and ears are well trimmed. I also like the fact that the grooming space is open so if you ever need to wait, you can take a peek at your dog and it also builds a transparent environment. I am glad we found this place!

As a Pomeranian dog owner, Happy Tails is my to go place to get my dog’s wash and haircut. Also whenever i have an emergency work travel or vacation time I take my dog to them. I have been their customer for at-least 2 years now and never had an issue. Definitely recommend them

Very happy with how friendly the people are here. They did such a great job grooming my 2 elderly dogs. My mom used to bring them here for 5+years and I only got asked to help with their pick up a few times in the past years. Thank goodness I remembered where it was located since after 6 months of my mom passing away with cancer I have been taking full responsibility of them and had no idea how to do this on my own. My smaller chihuahua Luna didn’t seem like she needed anything done but my long haired spaniel-mixed dog Max was definitely in need of a haircut 6 months in of me caring for them. I almost backed out of getting Luna groomed since her hair was so short and her new harness didn’t fit so it came off in the car. I called to ask for some help with one dog while I carried her from the car since she has a lot of anxiety she tends to make a run for it. When Noelia came out to help me she was so sweet about it and encouraged me to get Luna bathed/groomed since her nails were getting long and starting to curl inward. I didn’t even know that could be an issue nor did I notice how long they were getting so I’m extremely grateful for this business, they have great prices, my dogs came out looking and smelling so fresh and clean. Thank you!!

My family now has a dog. He’s a bit on the side of crazy, yes, yet somehow that fits in our family. 😖 Me? I know little about dogs. I know little about what dogs like, want, or need. I couldn’t tell you a kibble from a labradoodle. However… I do know… people very well!And Happy Tails has the best peeps loving & caring for YOUR pup! 🐶Ms. Andrea, owner-extraordinaire, is affable, personable to both you and your canine, and is ready to meet all necessary requests. Our “Jack Daniels” is always treated well, and enjoys his stays whether just a few hours or overnight. And the fees are quite reasonable given the expertise and patience shown.Though very clean, organized and kept, it’s surely not the Ritziest place for a hound. But why spend more for just fancy glitz? Trust this: your dog will be very, very happy here! Isn’t that what really matters? And the proof, you ask? Ha! My review will be focusing on their daycare service because that is the main service that I use, although I was extremely happy with the bath and brush I got there too.When Andrea first let me look around the facility, I knew it was the right choice. They have it decorated in a super cute and calming way. Bright colors and plenty of light, which was a concern of mine from some other daycare spots I had checked out.My dog LOVES going here and gets so excited to see all of the staff. I can tell they really care about her as well. It's a small family-run business, and they light up when they see her and treat her very affectionately, which I was extremely pleased with. Every time we go, as soon as we pull up to the building my dog starts getting super pumped!I can be a pretty overprotective dog parent, and they are very willing to accommodate in any way needed and they let me know what's going on with my pup. One time I asked if they could send me some pictures of my dog during the day, and they ended up sending me a bunch of photos and videos! She looked like she was having a great time. They feed her during the day if I bring food and always let me know how much she ate. Once I forgot the food so they fed her some snacks that they had and I really appreciated that. One time she lost some baby teeth and they let me know and were very reassuring that it was completely normal, and they even gave me the tooth! They also take the dogs for a walk during the day and give them a couple short nap breaks.On top of all that, they have a nice storefront area where you can buy toys or food, and a very cute doggie hotel area. I believe Andrea also mentioned that there will be an outdoor area in the future.They are very conscious not to have TOO many dogs at once, so I would suggest you GET IN NOW before this place catches on and is always full, because it's that great.

I took my dog Ruthie to Happy Tails every single day this summer (6 weeks) while I worked at a Day Camp. Time after time I was amazed by not only how friendly and welcoming Andrea and her team are, but how much my dog LOVES coming here. I still take her about 2x per week when I have longer days at work and she pulls me inside every time! Happy Tails is constantly making upgrades, having just built their new outdoor area and I will continue to come back and recommend this dog day care to my friends. Prices are a little high but in line with other places, though I do like that buying the 20 day package gets your dog a free bath (not sure if others do this). I am very pleased to have had a great experience with Happy Tails, since I came to them after a pretty bad experience at A Dog's Day Out nearby.

As with every place there were pros and cons. First the pros.Pros:-Excellent Staff. Every single person was welcoming and punctual.-Very accommodating. Allowing us to bring their bed and toys is always nice. Additionally, they allowed our two dogs to room together at night.-Cage free boarding. The reason we chose them.Cons:-Expensive. We did 9 days 8 nights for our two dogs. One 55 lbs the other 26lbs. Total was $1000.00 and that did not include any grooming. Read the fine print. Nightly boarding does not include the daily rate.-Our dog got kennel cough. After we picked our dogs up I noticed one was very warm and not acting completely normal. $200 later she had kennel cough and with our other dog already being exposed he could potentially become infected as well costing another $200 or more dollars. No one mentioned her feeling unwell when we picked her up. So I have no idea how long she’s been sick.-Never gave an update on the dogs. They have an instagram but it is not kept updated with pictures. Not a big deal, but for long stays a mid-week message or email showing they’re fine would have been nice and a little comforting.-Those in the military do not receive a military discount. 15% was discounted for having a second dog. Not a problem but just a heads up for others.Overall I loved the staff and the manager was sweet as can be. However, seeing as how my dog got kennels cough I’m left a little upset and disappointed.

We have been using Happy Tails since 2019. Everyone at Happy Tails takes amazing care of Atticus and you can tell they truly love dogs. Atticus wags his tail and howls at the door to go inside. I love when they send us pictures of Atticus throughout the day. I never have to worry about Atticus when I drop him off. It gives me a peace of mind knowing that my pooch is in great hands while I'm at work all day. I HIGHLY recommend Happy Tails.Thank you so much Andrea! Atticus loves you all!

Just picked my dogs up from daycare at Happy Tails. We’ve been going for about a year now and they LOVE it! Our lab mix hates car rides but totally changes his tune when we get close to daycare. Our boys are always tuckered out and so happy when we pick them up and sleep really well when they get home. It’s obvious the staff cares about our boys as well, they’re always happy to see our boys!We’re lucky to have found Happy Tails and 11/10 recommend!

We've taken our two Welsh Terriers to Happy Tails for several years now. The results are always great and the dogs are clearly well-cared for. There's no better testament to the careful treatment Andrea and her team give our dogs than the fact that our 14 year-old terrier -- who usually resists going places outside her immediate territory -- is perfectly happy to trot right in and greet her friends at Happy Tail.Andrea's prices are very reasonable, all the more so given the excellent results and the care and attention Happy Tail clients receive.

STAY AWAY!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR $80+Took my dog there yesterday afternoon, dog came back with red irritation on belly, shaking his head constantly due to an irritated ear, and upon looking inside of his ear, it was red and slightly swollen. Upon initially asking the groomer, AKA ANDREA, who is apparently also the manager, how did this happen? She responds with "I don't know." Are you serious???? Come on... You don't KNOW? How can you not know? He was with you for the duration of the time YOU were grooming him. Just doesn't make any sense.Upon calling her this afternoon to get more info she:1) Completely denied any sort of responsibility and tried to explain to me that the dog had ear irritation prior to coming in? WHICH HE DIDN'T. It is evident that once he got home he was shaking his ear, I checked and inside of his ear was red and swollen - A clear sign of water into the ear canal. Now I need to pay more money and time to get this new issue taken care of.2) Claimed she, too, has dogs (ok? Congratulations, so do I... clearly)3) Didn't even address the red irritation on my pup's belly AT ALL, even when directly asked about it4) Said she doesn't have time for this and hangs up the phone because she can't handle any negative feedback about the services she providesSo at the end of the day - save yourself the trouble, time, and dog's health and DON'T COME HERE. If something happens, Andrea will deny responsibility, tell you that she too owns dogs, and will hang up the phone on you because she doesn't have time to account for her actions and doesn't really care about your dog and the service that was provided.DO NOT COME HERE, can't stress it enough.

Terrible people. They injured my 11 month old puppy severely. I took him in on March 9th. The next day, he was bleeding from both ears profusely. I called the groomers and they didn’t care or even offer any advice on how to remedy the issue. Just kept arguing with me about how it was my fault the dog was matted. I took him to the vet and they determined that he had significant trauma to both ears. He is now on antibiotics, anxiety and pain medicines. It is now March 18 and he started bleeding again this morning. I just got off the phone with the doctor and she said he may need to be sedated so that they can take a closer look... His appointment is at 2pm.For 10 days straight, he has been hiding in a corner of the house. Completely traumatized. He won’t eat, he won’t play. He’s in terrible condition, I don’t even recognize him anymore. We called the owners of Happy Tails (Aiden and Andrea), sent them pictures and the doctors report but they didn’t even have the decency to respond.I can’t think of any other word but cruel to describe the whole situation. Don’t go here, they don’t deserve your business. Worst of all, I don’t know if they caused any permanent injury to my beautiful puppy... I feel so guilty for taking him there in the first place.FYI - they charged $85 for this horrid job. And didn’t even offer a refund. Just my vet bills are over $300 now. Andrea is the name of lady who did the grooming.

Ive been taking my Bichipoo to Andrea for years, since she had her smaller place, and after having tried other more commercial groomers. So glad we found Happy Tails. Andrea is a gem!! So happy her business has expanded. She does everything with heart and has a real interest in making sure her clients (the dogs and their "parents") are completely satisfied with the grooming services and boarding experience! We are always so pleased and so is our Bichipoo!

I have been going to Andrea for years. Since when she had a small shop. I drop my dogs off, she tells me she will call when she is done. She calls and I come and pick up the dog as soon as I can. I work, so it depends on my work schedule. It has been like this for years. I dropped my doggies at 8 am. They called at 12:00 according to my phone. I had meetings and was going to pick them up asap. I get a VM at 2:30, you haven't pick the dogs up and you need to call asap. I call as I am getting in the car, Andrea said that I did not select aftercare, so I need to pick them up. I get there and I pick up my dogs by 3:18. I wanted to talk about how the calls came across in rude manner. She said it is their policy that I need to pick the dogs up within 3-4 hrs. (yes, look at the times) after she is done. she said she is not going to "argue" about it? I left and called her back to set the record straight. Bottom line, she is driven to make more money by charging $15 day care fee regardless of time after grooming. Did I fuss when she only groomed one dog last time and charged me for day care for the second dog. I had to wait for two hours in the near by shopping center? No. Things happens. Did I fuss when my dog got an eye infection that needed medications when I picked him up from grooming? No. It happens. She made her business, dogs, her problems. This happens when you get so greedy. I was proud that she worked hard to open an bigger shop. This is far away and her outlook and behavior tipped this service to one star. Not going back!

My dog looked and smelled amazing after a full service grooming. He’s almost 16 years old and they treated him gingerly. They also gave him a very dapper schnauzer haircut. I highly recommend them!

The OWNER was incredibly rude. She yelled at us for not brushing my dog's hair enough even after I told her I did. She then got mad at me for not bringing the dog back for a grooming earlier. I felt like a teenager being reprimanded by my mother. As a small business owner, I felt it was incredibly inappropriate. My neighbor also had a similar experience. Needless to say, I will not be back.I will say that my dog's grooming was great and had I not had that encounter I would be back 100%.
