Isaac went above and beyond with making us comfortable.Winnie Mandela is so easy to love and such an amazing addition to our family!Highly recommend this place, a little pricey, however the perks you receive with your purchase and the option of financing is incredible!

Got our Tokyo from here. YES, they are expensive. However, we have had Tokyo for 1 1/2 months and she has been completely healthy and has a great temperament. Our vet, and dog trainer and everyone we meet is always so surprised at how 3 1/2 months old she is so well behaved and surpassing training accomplishments for her age.

We got our little man (golden retriever) at this location at the age of 15 weeks and is now 21 weeks old. We already love him so much more than we did when we first met him. He is such a well behaved dog (for a puppy of course), and seems to be pretty healthy (now). I believe this place was under feeding their puppies, however as our dog seemed to be 10lbs lighter than what he was supposed to be at. Store workers were super friendly but the prices should be a lot lower as they are a little excessive for what breeds they hold and they don’t seem to be using the money in the areas that need it the most (cleanliness of kennels, feeding, toys, etc.). Besides the super high price and the dog being semi malnourished, we got a great puppy!

Listen I am not going to lie, this place is pricey however, the payments are affordable and let me just say the customer service was great when I was here in 2021. I wanted a puppy more than anything in the world and he is the best dog I could ever have. I love that they even give you history of where the dog comes from, shot records included. His former name was peanut, now its Buddy

Tom was INCREDIBLE in assisting us with our new family member. It did take quite a long time for the financial to approve me but he went as far as saying he would drive our dog home to us in Maryland after providing further documentation! My daughter did not want to look at any other dogs and was very set on our new corgi Gopher. Thanks again Tom for your professionalism and determination to ensure Gopher came home with us. Much love the Filloramo’s!UPDATE: we had to give Gopher away to a friend and he’s in a loving home but we finally got to visit him again and he waited by the door for us to get him after we left.. a girls best friend her dog but now he is able to be walked at any time and still gives us much joy ❤️

SuperStar Puppies are ran by a super star staff! Everyone there is incredibly knowledge and want to really help you bring home your newest member of the family. Never before have my significant other and I have been to a place where staff wants nothing more than to work with you to being happy. Yes these puppies are pricey, but for the packages they come with and the financing options they give you, it really makes them afforrdable for everything they are essentially giving you. Shout out to Beza who allowed us to come in before to window shop and another BIG shout out to Issac, who honestly is one of the customer service representatives I have had the pleasure of working with!If you are seriously on the fence about this place because of the price, just know you are in the best hands within the DMV, or should I say best paws ;) I mean it is incredibly hard to say no to someone with a face like that!!!

So they worked with us on Christmas and gave me and my husband a STEAL on a new golden doodle puppy ! They were very patient and kind and worked with us even after closing time . Santa came early this year 🎄🎅 Noah is the best !!

Great experience. My wife and I were hesitant at first of any place, especially a store since they all kind of have that puppy mill vibe to them. In the end, we settled on Superstar as it seemed to be the most reputable in the region. A bit pricey... but we knew that going into it. Ended up paying about 7k for our dog all said and done but he was in great health, and came with all of his documents, kennel club certified, and a 20k life insurance to ensure he was healthy. All said and done I'd go back. Our pup is now 10 months old and a wonderful addition to the fam. 5/5 "super"stars.

Worst place to look for a dog! Never come here it’s Ridiculous that you will get charged $15 just to hold a dog. Customer service is horrible. Called previously and asked if a certain dog was at the store and how much. They stated they could not provide that info over the phone. So we drove 45 min just for them to tell us that they we sold and when you want to know the price of a dog they won’t tell you until after you pay the $15 to hold them! All of these other reviews are lies!! Plus apparently a lot of dogs get sick once you buy. STAY AWAY!

This was my first experience coming here. As soon as I stepped in I was quickly greeted and assisted. From being a walk in, they treated me as if I had an appointment! Issac was the person who really made this possible for us. After many reports of dogs helping with depression, we knew we had to get one. Issac was able to work with us and lay out all the benefits without confusing us. His approach is one of the best I have seen. More people need to have a compassionate and understanding approach especially in sales, rather than a transactional. If you come visit, ask for Issac!

I came here because I was looking to get a puppy. Great place to purchase a pup although, they are pricey they do provide a payment plan which includes lifetime warranty for your pup, micro chipping, and training. Absolutely adorable puppies and I greatly appreciated Gloria and Jackie’s help. They were super helpful and sweet.

I came in with the intention to just look and play with puppies. While I was looking I instantly fell in love with one and played with him for a hour. Noah was extremely helpful during this process, he answered all of my questions and made the puppy purchasing experience great for me. Thanks to Noah my son now has a new puppy/brother ♥️🐶

The puppies are very expensive but Chuckie was worth it. He’s the sweetest puppy. This is our first dog. We can’t imagine life without Chuckie now. Tom was excellent.

So the salesgirls are pushy. Really, really, REALLY wanted me to to home with a dog that day. The dog in question needed a good trim/grooming as her eyes were covered by her hair, but "oh, we don't do that. we're not groomers." The dog was also teething quite badly but she had NOTHING in her enclosure to chew on. None of the dogs had any toys in their enclosures. This reeked of puppy mill. I wouldn't buy here.

This place is a 11/10!!!! The customer service is off the charts. They give you lots of information on the dogs and what they come with. Their dogs are extremely cute and the kennels are very clean. You can tell that they care a lot about their dogs and their customers. There is on employee in particular that helped us tremendously and his name is Isaac. Thank you for an amazing experience!
