The older lady working at Naked Lunch today clearly does not like her job. She was aggressive and seems like an angry person. She definitely needs more training in customer service! You would think a place that focuses on quality food products would provide quality service. The younger gentleman working at Naked Lunch was quiet and easygoing. He did not have a bad attitude like the older lady.

Mom's Organic Market is like a small version of Whole Foods with a fair selection of everything. Most importantly, they have Trickling Springs organic milk and free coffee.

I have always shopped here it’s a wonderful place and I love it. But there is a rude employee name of “Smitty” who would get mad at me and my grandma for trying to figure out products at the cashier because she did not know how to speak English properly and I was translating. He kept getting mad at us saying that we were calling him racist after we complained. I did not expect this from such a store full of wonders.

Great very appealing produce, and all the shelves have nothing but healthy choices. Also a lot of variety of those healthy choices. Surprisingly the setting is also very appealing and inviting. Makes you want to go there often and hang out! The cherry on top is when you notice the recycling corner as you head towards the exit. They have over 10 categories including the ones the County's trash collectors don't offer you like shoes, batteries, cell phones, natural cork, and others. Makes you feel they really went out of their way to contribute to the community by making it easier to recycle. The thought itself speaks volumes off the owners or managers being attuned to our concerns and values and their commitment to community. I didn't give five stars because the prices are higher for the same product than those you find elsewhere, whether online or brick & mortar shops. That prohibits me from doing all my groceries here, but I will do best effort given that they are giving back to the community and being so responsible.

It is a great pleasure shopping at MOM’s Organic Market. MOM has outstanding quality organic produce beautifully presented in my opinion which is what I mainly shop for at MOM. The store is meticulously clean and aisles are generously wide making the store easy to navigate and maintain distancing. I also appreciate the bright lighting. Ample covered parking is steps away from the store. The staff are personable, knowledgeable and helpful.

I love MOM's especially Naked Lunch. Had the Moler Bowl today and forgot to take the photo of it. I was so hungry. Yummy stuff...will make it up, I am a regular since 2012. Remember not every MOM'S have a Naked Lunch.MOM's know for Organic shopping. Prices are comparable to Wegman's and Wholefoods. It's an awesome place to shop and eatOrganic Lunch and drink green 😋 drinks.

I have been a regular customer of Mom’s for years. This is not the first time Sylvia P been aggressive towards me, another employee witnessed it as well. Ive also seen her scolding other employees. Unprofessional and hopefully management will address this.

Always like shopping here! The store is well organized. The fruits and vegetables section is small but has are a lot to offer. There are a lot of parking spots. Staff is friendly

Love this place.Carries a large assortment of high-quality organic items and, has a cafe (called Naked Lunch) with absolutely delicious meal offerings, made fresh on-site (huge portions).The store carries a good selection of plant based / vegan and allergen friendly food, especially relative to the other grocery store in the area.Highly recommend shifting your shopping to Mom’s.Actually rating it 4.5 stars since it carries flesh but, applaud their commitment to creating a welcoming environment filled with high quality food.

I’m giving them 5 stars because of their ethics.Absolutely love the fact that everything’s organic but that they also have a recycling and compost area! They even have shelves where you can reuse things like plastic bags and boxes. Super cool.They have bulk/loose grains and spices (although I wish the spices were more but that’s just me nitpicking).👍A bit expensive compared to most places but the quality differs of course :)

I love their smoked Salmon and smoked trout. It’s very fresh and tasty. I haven’t been to their other locations but this one is definitely in the smaller side as far as their vegetables , fruit and meat section is concerned. They do have a huge section of vitamins and CBD supplements. There is a naked kitchen and juicer in the store which is decent.

Store is clean, restrooms well stocked, employees are helpful and courteous. They have a small fresh bread section and free coffee sample in the back, as well as water refill machine.Good selection of daily-free, meat-free products as well.Love that they recycle many household things. If you forget your reusable bags, there are usually paper bags you can grab near the Naked Cafe...or you can drop some off foe others.

I have been a long customer of this place. I had a friend just told me that she witnessed the manager was treating a cancer patient with very hostile attitude. I told her she should call the headquarters. I hope she did. This kind of behavior tells us about the company and their values. I just can’t believe anyone would treat some one with cancer no compassion or integrity. I would hope that they resolve the issue and apologized to the customers. Till then I’m not planning to go back there. I lost a family member to cancer. No one can understand how hard it is unless they went through.

Favorite VA grocer. Can’t love MOM’s more unless they bring back the wax sandwich bags that we could only find there but we get it. If Mom’s wellness section doesn’t have it, no one does or you shouldn’t mess with it. Reasonable prices especially on sale items. Great place for dry goods like cereal, jam. Got glass sprouting jar here without breaking the bank. Love love love Mom’s 🍎 be sustainable and save 25¢ per bee stamped paper bag, bring your own bags

I have been a dedicated customer to this location until recently. I’ve witnessed store manager unprofessional behavior toward one customer at a customer service desk . He was extremely rude, disrespectful and unkind. So I’ve called the headquarters and left a voicemail about my experience. And asked someone to call me back , as of now nobody returned my call. Obviously nobody cares of how their customers been treated in their locations so this is why their managers acting the way they do. It’s unbelievable.

There is nothing better than a nice long walk to your local organic market. MOM's Organic Market has been supplying my needs for years. I love the fresh produce section. Every time you step into the market you're greeted by friendly people. They have so many products that you don't find any where else. It is hard to put into words the way they make me feel. Great service on top of quality merchandise is un matched in my community. It would be nice if they could open more stores around the area. No one services the people like MOM's. This store completely covers the desire for a high quality products. You wont go wrong by choosing to shop here for all your house hold demands. Every day is a blessing. I am thankful we have such a kind and caring store to go to when ever there is something you need. ❤

I love it here! I usually come in aftee my exercise session at great falls. I go into the naked lunch section and never get bored of their steam bowl and kombucha selections. Ivon and Elias always greet me and talk to me like a human rather than just a customer! Prices are very reasonable as well and portion sizes are amazing! The more the better that's what i always say!

A gem in town! Entering the store you feel like purchasing bunch of fresh produce. Somehow they manage to purchase and keep the freshest items. They also have the right amount of choices - not a gazillion where you get perplexed. The size of the store also allows you to finish shopping in a brief time. Staff is also very friendly. Overall, it’s is a great organic grocery store.
