My husband and I have our dream dog - a hyper goldendoodle puppy :) And we are in over our heads to say the least. We have now frequented both the Mosaic and Vienna locations, and are so grateful for their amazing customer service and the caring attention they seem to give to all their customers! The managers of both locations, as well as staff member Bryce, have been especially helpful and patient when responding to numerous questions covering just about every dog subject. Bryce is very knowledgable, resourceful, and skilled at concurrently managing the needs of multiple customers and the grooming services. Our puppy has only had a quick hygiene groom so far, but we definitely plan to use their grooming services in the future because the groomers are all impressive from what we have observed. Looking forward to benefitting from the rewards program as well. Thank you for everything, Loyal Companion!

I have gotten my dog groomed here for the past 8 months. They recently hired a new groomer and this is the second time she has cut my dog. This time it was way too close to the skin, scabbed over, and now has developed into a pretty nasty wound.As far as I know she is the only groomer that they have right now, which is probably why she hasn’t been fired. The manager was kind enough to refund me, but the wound has not yet healed and my dog may need a visit to the vet for antibiotic cream. I would suggest going to a different location. I am giving 3 stars because of their customer service and the fact that the groomer prior to this one was fine.

I recently adopted 2 pandemic pups and I am a first time dog owner! I needed to pick up the essentials in order to be ready for the pups upon their arrival. Thankfully Bryce P. was there, his knowledge of dogs and his awareness of the best healthy food brands, harnesses, leases, healthy dog treats, reinforced dog toys set me up for success. It was wonderful to get personalized attention from this place and not be overwhelmed by the size of the store. I love the Mom and Pop feel of LC and the service that comes with it. I am already a regular there, and am benefitting from the rewards program. Thanks for everything!

My huskies love this store, and one of them must enter the store before getting back home. I always buy raw bones and pints of goat milk for my dogs. They like to meet one of the staff is Bryce P in our store, they play with each other. It is a very great pleasure! :)

Love this place! Bryce P. was such a big help and offered such great advice regarding food options. He even gave Dewi some food samples and a little snack for the road. The friendliest employees every time I stop in. 💕

Worst grooming ever. I’m surprised there aren’t more reviews on the quality of the grooming. I explicitly told the groomer to just trim and even out my dogs fur. Not only did she cut his ears and fur unevenly, but also didn’t remove fur from his paw pads. A couple days after his grooming we found out he also got an ear infection. The worst service ever!!!

My experience at every store is usually amazing. This particular store is always great. Except for this time. We were greeted nicely until we opened our mouths and spoke a different language. As soon as we did, we were treated rudely. Specifically the pregnant brunette. Am I assuming? No. I was born and raised in this country. I know when I'm being discriminated against. If you hate people more cultured and educated than you, please work elsewhere. People from all walks of life have pets.

This incident happened on 9/13/22 and I’ve just been slow to post my review. I scheduled a full service bath for my cat. I let them know she gets nervous but I’ve taken her to the groomers before. I dropped her off and within ten minutes of that I got a call from them saying my cat had escaped and was hiding under some other crates. And to come pick her up. I have taken her to many other places in the area and never had this issue. If your staff is not able to accommodate animals with gentleness and care, they should not be providing these services. I had to come comfort my cat and take her home and she was so frightened from the experience. Terrible experience. Do not take your cat there.

Love shopping here for my dog because they have a couple freeze dried raw treat options!! I’m from new jersey but when I come down here I only shop here for my dog they have variety of things. Plus they have so many diff kinds of bully sticks. But when I came in last week and accidentally used the wrong card he wasn’t able to give me a refund or cancel the transaction. He KNEW i was trying to use afterpay but used my debit by mistake on apple pay. Unbelievable. I’m not sure what your policy is, I contacted you guys and you never got back to me. I will continue shopping here but be careful at checkout they are not nice enough to help you

The most generous and compassionate pet shop in my area; they are always giving out free samples, and every worker I’ve talked to there really knows their stuff. They have whole display of a variety of raw treats, and many of the companies they sell are small business and healthy for the pets & the environment. Definitely stop by when you can!

Stopped by for first time a couple days ago and store is very well organized and laid out. Anything you could need for dogs is definitely there. Bryce P. was the person who helped e pick out a dog food for a new puppy and he had clearly done a lot of research on brands, ingredients, etc and is clearly passionate about what he is doing. He even texted me some FDA back up for what he was explaining to me, regarding dog food ingredients. Def recommend this store and Bryce, especially if you have some questions about anything pet related.

My fiancé and I went in to the Mosaic store today after getting a puppy. As first time puppy owners we appreciated all of the time Bryce P took to help us find what we need. He was clearly very passionate about his love for animals and he was incredibly knowledgeable about the products in the store. We will definitely be returning!

I received the best top of the line customer service at this location!! Alexis was so sweet, very knowledgeable and helped me select an amazing brand of food for my new puppy! We had a million questions for her and she had rapid fire answers for each one. They made us feel like we were at home already. The Chewy rep that was there (I think his name was Chris) was outstanding and helped answer questions and concerns in general about my new puppy and food options. He identified a possible allergy and due to the dietary changes our puppy seems to itch much less. This will be my go to store for all of my puppy’s needs!

I LOVE coming to Loyal Companions in Mosaic! It's super convenient, the atmosphere of the store is always awesome, and they really care about your visit :). In particular, Bryce P. today really took to heart my questions, helped me navigate through my thoughts and find what is I was looking for, and even things I didn't know I needed. We will never shop anywhere else now! Bryce made me and my girlfriend feel so comfortable! We are first time dog mamas and he showed us everything we needed! Our dog loves him, it was love at first sight. We only go when Bryce works! He’s changed our lives, even though that sounds cheesy it’s true. Best selection for high quality/healthy treats for a good price. They have a lot of organic and healthy dog treats other stores do not. Frequent sales and helpful staff too! Our go-to pet shop for treats here.

I was extremely impressed with the knowledge and service provided to us by Bryce at this location. He went out of his way to discuss various dog foods as our aussie is struggling food sensitivity. This is not experience we’ve encountered at other locations.

I took my dog for a face trim the lady did an awful job I showed her a picture and she did the opposite and I didn’t care I thought that she messed up because he moved or something but later at night I found spots on his Chin missing hair from how hard she pulled the hair! My dog was so aggressive after the grooming and this is the first time that I experience that! Don’t take ur dogs there!

The staff at the Mosaic location are always very helpful and great with my pets, Lucy and Kylo. Bryce P was very helpful and patient with me when returning an item and helping answer questions. Lucy and Kylo love everyone here. Olivia is very gentle and patient with them. Thank you!
