I have taken two specialty key-cutting jobs to O.F. Newman, attempting to support local. Both times, the owners have been unable (or unwilling) to help. In the event of special needs, I recommend bypassing O.F. Newman and contacting the manufacturer directly.

Great place to have work done. They installed dead bolts at my home years ago but more recently they were the bike shop I used to make sure my son's mountain bike was assembled properly. Later he took the front wheel off and we couldn't get the brakes to stop rubbing. I took it back and they fixed it in the parking lot. On top of that they refused to let me pay them and showed me why it was rubbing. I highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with how fast they were able to come out and help me out and I've been doing like you said keep working the mechanism and it's doing fine he's a nice young man really help me out I really appreciate his knowledge with locks and stuff of that nature I will return and tell other people if I have service but I need to pay them another visit soon I got another lock issue.
