There was pavement repair being done in the parking lot. It was hard to figure out how to get in and out. We were able to get out and stretch our legs a bit before continuing our trip.

Had a good visit to my favorite grocery store! As usual everyone was super nice and helpful! I had the most sweetest 💛 cashier today 💓, didn't get her name but I was having trouble with the Kiosk and I didn't even have to ask for help, she took notice and came to the rescue. ❤️. CHECK YOUR EXPIRATION DATES. Every time I buy eggs or dairy from here, half of the products are either expired or OPEN. It's disgusting and unsanitary to sell 2 month expired eggs to people. Do better Food Lion.

Great staff great covid-19 procedures plexiglass between you and cashiers clean carts the whole nine. Fast friendly service and great expertise by those running the show. Have always been a loyal food lion shopper. They're the only small grocery store chain inn town anymore they ran out all competitors with litter prices better customer service and the ability to strive for excellence in a market full of staples stores.

Customer for 17 years at the same locatio on South Boston Road in Danville, VA. Past 5 times ATTEMPTING to purchases groceries and get to the checkout line only to wait for 45 minutes to an hour JUST TO GET TO THE CHECKOUT!! My loyalty is fierce but 5 times is my limit. I, nor my family will ever shop at Food Lion again!! WALMART here we come. Goodbye to 17 years of loyalty. FoodLion you are falling, (have fell), behind and it is so very sad to see but my family and their nutrition comes before your internal strife!

Went yesterday! The store employees are helpful, you may have to ask, when the managers are busy,running the registers, or working in the store..clean floors, if something is not working they have someone fixing it. Neat remodeling process. I have shopped the other grocery stores. But if you like friendly helpful people use the Cane Creek FoodLion..

Went in today with my 4 year old son,employee had left an open box cutter just sitting on a shelf where he could reach. Also what's the point of wearing a mask if all employees including the manager had them pulled down below their nose? Will be reporting that up to the proper people as well.

Good store to find MVP bargains. Very nice employees. Clean and I appreciate alot of the lower prices.The only reason I didnt rate it 5 stars is the produce. I have occasionally found some way overdue to be thrown out.

The store is clean and well organized. The prices are a little high but that's from the grocery chain not the store as an individual. The staff is friendly but often have limited cashiers available in the evening.

I would like to share with you a little more about how dedicated the employees are, of all the times I come in (sometimes 2-3 daily)they have smiles, greetings, and an eagerness to help you save $$$..One time I picked up the wrong item that wasn't on sale even the supervisor went to go retrieve the right one for me (I'ma just call her "BLONDIE") very friendly folk... I find most of what I'm looking for here and pretty decent prices. I like the sales here also but their meat prices could be better. I like to go to the Piggly Wiggly for better meat prices but sometimes find good meat sales at food Lion.
