It's 95% clothes and they closed the fitting rooms? The employees clearly didn't want to be bothered. When I asked about fitting rooms, I got an eye roll. (Granted, I'm sure they get asked that a lot but... It's a clothing store without fitting rooms.)

This is one of the goodwills I stop by regularly. It's a hit or miss but overall they usually have things that I need. The unfortunate part about the Goodwill store is that they're not letting people try and close. Therefore I don't like being bothered with bringing everything home and then bringing it back if it doesn't fit. There's not a lot of home goods but enough. Overall it's filled with clothing. It's a disappointment that they've opted not to allow people to try on things. This location is the only location where I've experienced wild, non-English speaking children running amuck in the store, tearing up stuff, breaking items, separating sets, running through the clothes, knocking them in the floor, crawling under the racks, and screaming. And I mean RUNNING. They get bored and start playing tag. And I mean literally hours. Who knows where the parents are. I seriously doubt there are any parents. I think they drop them off and tell them they'll be back in a few hours because there is no discipline, no adult correcting the children, absolutely NO adult interactions with the wild hellions AT ALL. And I'm talking every single time I go in there there are at leasr 3 children turned loose and allowed to do whatever they want. I was in there one time when a parent-like figure was looking thru clothes and since she hadnt heard her kid scream in a while said her name a few times. The child never answered and never appeared, and the mother figure never budged looking at clothes. The kid could've been abducted or ran out to the parking lot and she would've not known until a couple of hours later when she was ready to check out. The employees are nice but the atmosphere is HORRIBLE.

This place is awesome! Have tons of nice name brand products and high end furniture and nick nacks. A must go if your looking to save a dollar and all the employees are sweet and genuine

This location likes to over price items, the parking lot is way to small, and it’s always to crowded. They have over flowing bags and bins out back that never seem to get cleaned up. It’s probably one of my least favorite goodwills.

I always love this place. It has really cool stuff all the time so don't go in not expecting to spend money, because that's impossible. My favorite employee is the older man with the long hair because he is so freaking cool. He may be one of the main reasons I go there. He always has something super nice or insightful to say. People like him are hard to find so I'm happy he works there. The merchandise is awesome and you can't beat the prices.

I get to the Daleville Goodwill a couple of times per month because they usually have a vastly better selection of the books I like to buy than the other GW stores in the area, and a better selection than most for DVDs and CDs. I can't speak to others' experiences, but the staff has typically been friendly and professional with me - maybe they enjoy customers who buy a lot of books. :)

This Goodwill Store is in an area that gets a little higher quality stuff. I had left clothes for my trip to VA sitting packed at home in FL so I needed some tee shirts to wear around the house. I found 3 tees and a nice short sleeved shirt plus a couple of other items I need back in FL. Very pleased. One thing I didn't like was that video games were mixed in with the DVDs.

My rating is strictly based on the manager. My mother used the restroom and there was no soap so she informed a staff member. They acted like it was no big deal saying they didn’t have any and that they had hand sanitizer up front. Well that’s not in the bathroom where it’s also needed if there is no soap. So she found the manager and told her about the soap. Again she said she knew they were out and they couldn’t do anything about it. My mom suggested going across the parking lot to the grocery store and they said it’s out of their control. So basically every time anybody uses the bathroom no soap and everything in the store is getting touched with soiled hands. That’s nasty. GO BUy some soap at the Dollar General!!!! Simple solution.

Out of all the goodwill from wythe co to Lakeville va our favorite is Lakeville. However I think your prices are out of hand. You are now comparable to various antique stores in the same area and much higher than most flea markets. We have been shopping your stores for over 30 years and you are pricing yourself out. Sorry to be honest and tell you this. After all your items are donated to you. In final comment you have your cashiers asking to round up after we have already paid exorbant prices for your items that cost nothing to begin with. Thank you for your time.

One of my favorite places when it comes to goodwills in the valley. They always have good brands and tons of collectibles for all ages. They have a huge selection of books that includes the book series twilight and 50 shades of grey....I've found name brands such as Calvin Klein, champion, Victoria secret, Nautica, Polo, coach, Ipsy, Charlotte Russe and more you just got to have the time to search for hidden treasures. Trust me if you have an hour to kill and have nothing to do go to a goodwill and explore the racks and see what surprises you find. Color of the week gets 50% off price-Color Tags on clothing items vary and sundays prices are as low as 1 buck on selected items.

Super nice store. Nice, Friendly staff work. At this at this location also. Always so busy working but always helpful. Its the best Goodwill store all around, or second hand ive ever been in. If not for this store, i would not have the clothes, coats, shoes that i have which are all nice and like new. Many things i couldnt have or afford if not for Goodwill. Thanks to all of you. Cowgirl

Goodwill is getting awful proud of that little bit of stuff that they supposedly do for the community. Their prices have become ridiculous. Let's not forget that we are the ones that donated the stuff. Also they have a paid board of directors and are highly profit motivated.

This is the best Goodwill I've ever been to. My only gripe is the mirrors in the fitting rooms are like fun house mirrors. Aside from that, all the clothing is organized by size and type, making it more efficient to hunt for bargains. I've often found items that were brand new with the tags still on them. You know what they say...one (wo)man's trash is another's treasure!

I just witnessed this lady get yelled and cursed at by one of the staff and the manager came out and acted like she was the problem and was over reacting. Completely uncalled for. I heard the entire conversation and she was very clearly in the right, while the employee was acting a fool, cursing, and slaming his drawer shut. Then another employee said she must have misheard him when myself and a few others heard how the altercation started. They are completely unprofessional and that man obviously doesn't need to be working witg the public if he's going to act like that.

I found that the prices are extremely high. And am not going to be shopping or donating anything else, anymore. The CEO is to busy lining his pockets. Not helping American citizens like it's supposed to!!! By donating, you are GIVING him money.

Great selection most of the time, clean store, decent pricing. If you are in the area pop in and see if it's a lucky day to find something good. I've personally found a massive amount of clothing and electronics here.

This store doesn't have the offensive odor many Goodwill's have. The selection of clothing is extensive, employees usually friendly. This is our go to store.

Outside Roanoke location exit 150B First time at this location. Clean store, clothes not so much. Not as organized as other locations (size range only not by color) Found a couple prs jeans on sale color of week. Staff was friendly.

They have lost their minds !! There was a 3 pice sectional and yes it was missing a piece..i look it up ..they put a price of 1,199 on it ..BRAND NEW it is only 800 dollars .. REALLY !! You all get this stuff for FREE !!!! Someone in the back with the price gun need to look up prices !!
