Who is managing this pharmacy, the circus? First my medication has to be ordered, because it’s not in stock. Upon checking the CVS app ( like the automated CVS answering service would like me to) I notice my ordered prescription is filled and ready for pickup. When I arrive at the pharmacy the clerk goes to get my prescription and can’t find it. The clerk seems confused because the system shows it’s been filled, however the clerk can’t find it anywhere in the prescription bins. After the clerk and pharmacist go back and forth about the missing prescription, I am informed by the pharmacist that it had not been filled. Then the pharmacist states no CVS within a one hour drive has it in stock, nor does he know when it will be back in stock! SMH!!!

This pharmacy is worst i have used. Get text saying got prescription ready and get there don't have it always some kind excuse that was canceled or we didn't get one for you. Today she said we didn't send you a text so i showed her the one i got yesterday then here come another excuse but i wasn't about to leave untill i got it . She found it it pretty quick. I got see if my insurance will let me use some other place. Enough of CVS Daleville. They suck for customer service.

If I could give them negative stars I would. Worst pharmacy in the world. I am not saying this because of one isolated incident. Every time I have to deal with them I want to stick a knife in my eye to ease the pain! Absolutely horrible!!!!!

Nice store and great service when you can actually get to a customer representative at the pharmacy whether in store or in the drive through. Every time I come to get medication I'm standing or sitting in line for 20 minutes or more.... Very disappointed...

What a nightmare of a business Daleville CVS. Closed more than open and when open, the wait time is no less than 1 hour to fill scripts.I was told twice that my meds were ready just to show up then find-out they were not. Then I had to wait another 40 mins for a rush med fill.During my last visit I was able to watch multiple complaints of clients who were told their scripts were ready for pick up when in some cases, the pharmacy hadn’t even pulled the script to be filled.Honestly, it’s like a broken record every time I go there’s a new issue. I’m going to make the best statement you can as a customer which is to make sure CVS never gets my business again.

Pharmacy has been very slow in recent months. Seems way under staffed to keep up with Rx's and vaccinations. Drive through testing shouldn't be offered if you can't start another drive through to get people their prescriptions in a reasonable amount of time.

People, if you would watch the NEWS then you would know about the Nation Wide lack of pharmacists!I was in line for 30mins in the drive through.No I wasn’t happy about it, but I was well aware of the problems all pharmacy are having.So stop complaining and wait like everyone else.

This pharmacy lacks professionalism and common work ethics. The staff doesn't obtain the communication skills needed in their profession. I've been told MANY times that an RX was ready to pick up... only to arrive and be told my insurance wouldn't allow me to receive the medication until a certain date. Poor communication! I have since switched to the CVS on Williamson and have yet to run into any issues.

Every time I call the pharmacy I can never reach an associate to speak with. I always have to call back and push the option meant for doctors in order to get someone to speak with. I have attempted to be patient, sometimes waiting 15-20 minutes. I asked if the option to speak with a pharmacy associate was out of order but have never been given an answer.

I now use Kroger pharmacy for a good reason. CVS takes forever, makes mistakes, has to take even longer because they make mistakes, and then charges you far more than you would have to pay at Kroger. They are incredibly rude as well.

Prescription called in and confirmed at 1120 upon discharge from the hospital. Went to pick up medication for blood clots in the lungs and nothing had been done with the prescription. The excuse being they had call ins. 2 1/2 hours later and a lot of leg work done by my mom and daughter I finally received the necessary medication. Not by this CVS but another pharmacy. The pharmacy staff overall were rude and incompetent Would definitely recommend anyone needing medications to save yourself the grief and insults and go elsewhere

This pharmacy has terrible customer service. There is always an excessive wait and warn out staff. The CVS automated line triple calls me and I've requested it be stopped on multiple occasions. I live across the street but going forward, it's worth it to drive a bit further to get decent help!

Ive been on hold for over 40 minutes with some of the most rude and condescending staff. My prescription was sent here because my pharmacy was out of a prescription I needed. This is ridiculous and honestly embarrassing for them. They deserve to have their license revoked for the little care they give to their patients.

The pharmacy is totally and completely incompetent! Can’t ever have the prescription ready no matter how long they have to get it done! Sick of dealing with the terrible extreme incompetence and stupidity.

The pharmacy staff condescending, unprofessional and incompetent. This is direct reflection of their manager. They are not polite and talk loudly about your medications in front of other customers and staff. My last experience with the staff there was embarrassing and infuriating. The price of my medication has been inconsistent as well. I would strongly recommend that you get your prescriptions filled elsewhere. Especially if you are concerned about your privacy and wallet.

The staff at this pharmacy are extremely rude.I asked to borrow a couple of meds out of two of my prescriptions until the doctor could approve them on Monday. I had both of the prescriptions filled there in the past and have been using this location for a year. I have quite a few prescriptions there and couldn’t believe how uncaring the pharmacist and technician were. When I reached out to the pharmacy manager about my concerns she was just as unprofessional as her staff.As a retired health care worker myself, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of empathy here. Too bad they don’t have more competition out here, maybe it would help improve their ethics. Try Kroger pharmacy instead. They are busy, but don’t treat you like a nuisance.

If I could've put 0 stars I would've! I've been getting my prescriptions filled at CVS pharmacies all over the country and I have NEVER encountered such a rude, unsympathetic and downright mean pharmacist. This woman was very short with me and would not let me pick up the remainder of my medication until I was out. It's the stores policy to let you pick it up 2 days prior. That way you don't run out. She made me feel as if I was less than a person, because of the type of medication I'm prescribed...with that being said...I had to miss work This morning because they didn't open until 10am on Sunday and close at 6pm. I explained this to the woman. She didn't care. I will never shop at this location again. I will drive 20 miles out of my way!

My script was transferred here from CVS Caremark because I ran out of my medication. The price went from $2 to $102 because they said they could not sub a generic medication and I had to pay for the name brand or get my physician to call in a new script. CVS Caremark told me that the script allowed for a generic substitute and tried to call the pharmacy. After being on hold for 50 minutes they fixed the problem, but I was fed up and went to another pharmacy and paid 85 cents.

Reasonable pricing on my Rx, reasonable wait-in-line time inside, slow service in drive thru. Hard to believe they dont open til 9 a.m. BUT their robocaller keeps calling 3 days AFTER I pick up my Rx!!! Then they said I have to "call corporate" to stop the robocalls.

If I could rate CVS a --5 stars I would, with the Daleville location at the top of the dung heap!I have never in my life been treated so rudely and been spoken to so sarcastically and condesendingly especially by the CVS pharmacy staff. And the worst part is I'm one of an ever increasing number!They treat us like a criminals!!! The dirty looks and barely suppressed disdain when handing them your script is palatable.I'm a pain management patient with two failed back surgeries and two broken screws that caused severe nerve damage. I have no choice, I must take a narcotic to function on even the most basic level.God forbid you ever find your child or yourself or another family member in this position.I'm leaving CVS and taking my $1000.'s of dollars every year in prescriptions with me!!! Iencourage everyone reading this to do the same.CVS should be the last place on earth you visit for healthcare!

Very poor service at Daleville Virginia location. The drive in service was not staffed and I waited for 5 minutes before being told I had to come in. I was then told prescription was not ready and when I stood in area waiting, I was told I had to leave area and wait away from pharmacy area. No one was in area but the staff was rude. This is not the first time this has happened.

Pharmacy closed more often than open. Staff have nasty attitude (except 1 or 2) and act like they hate having to speak to you. Moving all my Rx business to Kroger on Kingston.

The worst pharmacy I have ever used! The doctors office faxed my 86 year old mother's script 3 times and they said they never got it I finally had the doctors office to give me a written script. I then had to wait 30 minutes for it to b filled. I will never go there again. Poor service!

Pharmacy staff is rude and hateful. I had one employee tell me there was a prescription called in for my son and when I tried to pick it up I was told in a rude manner that the medicine was not there and my son was not in their system. It is obvious that this CVS is poorly managed and needs to restart. Do yourself a favor and go to Kroger.

Please update your store hours. Driving 36 minutes to get here at night with a sick toddler to buy medicine isn’t that fun! Online it states you are opened for 30 more minutes yet you are closed

The staff is always nice and helpful but the wait time in line exceeds 20 mins every time. When I try calling I am usually on hold for over 15 mins and finally hang up. I feel there needs to be more workers there to help with the workload.

If you need your medicine don’t go here. Priorities are not to getting your RXs out. Have to find an alternative because they just get worse.
