I almost never leave this Target empty handed. It has pretty much everything from groceries to clothes to home decor. I have spent way too much there but I’m always happy with my purchases and the quality of what I buy. I like that it’s never too crowded at this location as well. The Starbucks inside the Target is convenient. Some of my favorite purchases have been shelves I’ve used in my bedroom and bathroom, a floor length mirror, art prints, and I’m always finding cute lamps.

Sarai that works here is as kind and helpful as anyone could ever want. Amazing guest service, helped me get exactly what I needed. Very happy experience and will continue shopping here with people like her.

Like the store but hate that some of the employees park at the closest parking spots. I try to get there as the store opens so I'm not around so many people and the close spots are taken. If it's raining I should be able to get a prime spot so I can get in and get out quickly.

Culpeper Target is always clean, has a friendly environment and staff who are always willing to help, shelves are stocked, easy to get in and out, has great sales, and so much more. Plus, Starbucks is a bonus.

The staff is extremely nice and helpful, they always help me every time I need it. One employee named Sarai not only answered all my electronic questions but even helped show me where the item I wanted was, she was very kind and helpful. Culpepper Target has always been a positive experience.

I ran into Target in Culpeper,Va, it was time for some new clothes for Mommy for a change. I hardly ever buy for myself, money is tight and having 7 children they come first! I had my arms full when I got to the self checkout. I had a very polite cashier come to me and ask if I had the app. She then told me I could save 30% just by downloading the app! So it took me maybe 2minutes, she stood by my the whole time and helped. Then to make sure I got the discount she opened a register and checked me out. The store was pretty busy and it really meant a lot to me that she took her time and was very pleasant. She made me a forever Target customer!!!!

I had THREE employees following at a distant several different times on their walkies saying “ yeah they’re still here” “now they’re walking up front” “they’re almost out” with 15 minutes to close. I am a manager at a larger retail company as well and if my employees were doing such and making our customers feel unwelcome they would be reprimanded for said actions. Unacceptable and rude. Especially with the holiday season. Because all of the nonsense I was out ten minutes before close anyways. As I said I work retail as well so my store closes late and I have small children and still Christmas shopping to do so after work would be the time I have to do so. Instead of all the rushing and basically harassing while shopping maybe the four employees chit chatting at the checkouts could’ve politely assisted me in what I was searching for since they didn’t have any actual registers open to begin with so they were just hanging out there being loud talking and laughing . Overall just disgusted experience.

I have noticed in the past month or so that the frozen food section seems more organized. A very nice man, who identified himself as "John" was extremely helpful in assisting me. I will definitely be a faithful Target customer moving forward.

There was two people at Customer Service helping one customer and no one acknowledged me being there or called for assistance. After nearly 10 minutes, another employee came from a register to help me and she was courteous and efficient at finding my order.

I love that we have one in Culpeper and almost all the employees are FABULOUS :) Love it! They are warm and inviting and always make my visit pleasant :) Love sweet Betty in Customer Service. She makes me feel like I am family even!

Was looking for TV they had a 70 inch LG advertised in the store for 579.99 which was 270 off. Had to wait twenty minutes for someone to finally acknowledge us in electronics after my wife asked for help. The lady comes over scans the barcode and says there is one in stock, ten minutes later there were none in stock at the store and this item was discontinued. So why would target sell an item that is discontinued? Why would your employee scanner show 1 on hand and later tell me i would have to go to Manassas or Fredericksburg and for me to call the store so they can hold it for me. The lady vas super nice and polite, however she did not work in that department, so i don't feel i was given any alternatives as a customer, it was more like go and help yourself, when the store is advertising an item they dont have on stock actually two items as the same thing happened with a 60 inch tv i asked about as well, there is something definitely not working right. Don't shop much at Target, i dont think i will go back, i do not feel Target wants my business.

There are zombies everywhere clogging up the isles cause they cant get there face out of there smart phones. Good times. 5 minute trip took almost 20 min. Customers were frustrating, store and employees fantastic.

Ordered an item and extended the time to picked it up. Was going to do the drive up today and turns out someone else picked it up .. that’s what my app says but I requested the code the person used because I’m pretty sure that’s impossible and I really hope it was just a mistake from the drive up person. The item is out of stock now and can’t be shipped so I’m very disappointed and lost my money just like that! Waiting for someone from this store to contact me back.Order number is: 9167976844158

Jocelyn was AWESOME! Was having trouble finding what i needed, a busy employee stopped what she was working on to help me find what I was looking for. Thank you very much Jocelyn. Its a bit of a drive but i will deffinitley be returning for the customer service I recieved. She was very helpful. Clean store as well!

This Target is a pretty good store with reasonable prices. Though, I have 2 complaints and 1 observation.Complaint #1: Some of us still use atm/credit cards without a chip. Your self checkout lanes have the card readers so close to the receipt printers that we have to pick up the printer and move it over in order to swipe a card.Complaint #2: If you were willing to invest in self checkout lanes you could have at least forked out the extra money to allow us to pay with cash at the register instead of having to wait for a person to come accept our money and then return with change. Going cheap on self checkout lanes in this manner is like buying a car without cup holders in order to save a buck.Observation: I purchased wireless earbuds and candy today. The boy working the electronics counter followed me through the store to make sure I wasn't planning to steal the earbuds. He's not very stealthy and anyone with any situational awareness would have noticed him. You should probably have him stay in his department. Seriously. Someone is going to call him out someday.

Employees helpful but they can't order clothing for tall people. If I wanted to shop online ( this is the only place target has clothing for tall people) I'd stay home.

This store has been hit or miss with customer service since they started.Stopped in today to look for a few things and customer service was non-existent. Found an item that I was interested and 4 different price check scanner were broken/not working, I went to the customer service desk. Where there was no one there. Waited for someone to show up and she was busy trying to transfer a call to a manager for like ten minutes. I gave up and left my cart unpurchased.
