We went to Jersey Mikes today and I was shocked to see brown lettuce they were serving, and I asked if they wipe their countertops off as they put my wrap on it and was told they do wipe them frequently. It still grossed me out. My son enjoyed his steak sub. We got our order to go. The staff members were nice. I will not eat there again.

We haven't been to this restaurant in quite a long time. Decided tonight we would give them a shot again. Ordered 3 giants and left a tip. Just hoping it would help give incentive. What an absolute waist of money. All three thrown together. Meaning the last 3 inches had nothing at all but bread. They had no cheese at all. I searched! My bread was old and dry. It looked and tasted like a desert. It was flaking off everywhere. My husband's bread looked so pale but stayed together. I would say the inconsistency is the problem but honestly we haven't had a good sub from this establishment for a few years. I just hoped this time would be better.Will absolutely not return. Also, they were completely empty inside.I gave 2 stars for service because the young lady asked what I needed when I walked in. I responded pick up order and that was that.There are much better places for a sub in town and they're cheaper.

Went in today to order 2 subs. Sadly I watched as they sliced both the cheese and meat on the same slicer. I honestly didn't want to eat the sub after witnessing that. It was not cleaned in-between that either. We have no decent sub places in this town and now my hopes of eating here when in the mood for a sub is now no more. Hope no one gets sick from the cross contamination. The younger guys working seemed not to have many cares for proper service. Disappointing experience.

We didn't eat at the restaurant. We actually paid for the order several hours prior to pick up. I called to make sure they understood when I would be arriving. Everything was fresh and ready. We all enjoyed our subs. Great jobParking: Huge parking lot.

Definitely not what it used to be. The tables where they place your food were dirty! The sub was sloppily made. Employees were eating and playing. Seems like it's under new management, they need to call the old one's back! No one's appearance was clean enough either. I don't recommend culpeper Jersey Mike's and I'll never eat there again.

This Jersey Mike's used to be ok, but there must have been a change in management. Now it's horrible. The pasty several times we've ordered, my usual sub just isn't good anymore. It's dry as not having as much toppings? So the last time I ordered I got something different, but asked for some ingredients not to be added. Got home, those ingredients were still in there and I couldn't eat it. I live too far to simply return and didn't trust them to make it right anyways. I filed a complaint about my inedible dinner and all I got was an I'm sorry. No offer to make it right. This restaurant is horrible.

Always order ahead, and my food is always sitting there waiting for me to come in and get it at the right time. Philly is the way to go, but all of the subs are great. It is costly but worth the money for what you get overall. My overall score is an 8.75/10Parking: No problem finding spots.Wheelchair accessibility: There are wheelchair ramps close by

Update:Service is wonderful now.I've been back several times since.Looks like they are under new ownership and it's awful. I've gone 3 times this week to give them the benefit of the doubt. I ordered my sandwiches online each time. I get there and wait for 20 to 30 minutes for my sandwich. It went downhill ever since it's under new ownership. Also, the one day I was in there one person was taking cash and then handled my sandwich. 🤢Adding: yesterday my husband picked up they were short staffed so we understood why it took 45 minutes for our sandwiches.

Never have had bad service or my order not correct, today it was both. I placed an online order to pickup today 1/18/23 at 11:00am my order wasn’t ready waited 10 minutes got my order wasn’t correct so he added the other toppings minus the mayo that was suppose to be on it. Let me end by saying the young man that waited on me was very polite.

Catering order for a birthday. I arrived 30 minutes late. The order took another 20 after that to complete. Place was empty.Following up...the owner never got back to me when I emailed him. Clearly just lip service in the interest of this review pretending they care. Typical these days.

Very inconsistent. One day you'd get a very good sandwich, and the next timeyou get one, you might as well have gone to subway. Very expensive to be this inconsistent. Too many hands in the cookie jar perhaps.

Just got 2 subs and looks like they cut back on the meat almost all bread $45. I guess I won't be going to Jersey Mike's any more!!!!! I guess I'll be going to subway from now on.

Fabulous subs! The meat is sliced right there as you order so the sandwiches are fresh and flavorful. The staff is incredible, they tend to remember my order even though I am not what I would consider to be a "regular". The family that runs this store is great and friendly to all the patrons. The subs at jersey Mike's beat out the quality and freshness of a subway or firehouse subs any day.

A little pricey for a sandwich, but their sandwiches are good. The bread is great and the toppings are always fresh. The staff is generally friendly. If you use a card to pay, the machine will ask if you want to tip, so don't be thrown off guard by that.For vegetarians, they do have a veggie sandwich, and for vegans like me, the veggie sandwich can be ordered without cheese. I recommend ordering any of their cold subs "Mike's Way".

Ever since the change in ownership a couple months ago, this location has gone downhill. Extremely slow wait times, wrong orders, and rude staff. I placed an online order on 8/24/21. Again, my online order was incorrect and late and they had no other customers in the store. They ended up making a sub in front of me that they said was the one missing from the order. I get home and I have two of the exact same sub, which is not what I ordered. This was the final straw for eating at the Culpeper location.My understanding is that the new owner owns approx. 60 other Jersey Mike locations. I'd love to know where the rest of them are, so I never give that owner another penny of my money after they ruined a very well-oiled machine the pervious owners had built.

Amazing sandwiches! I am very picky when eating out, but they do sandwiches really well and it is definitely worth the money. The Philly Steak is the best! Keep up the good work guys! God bless!

We ate here around 7/22/18 the lettuce was FRESH, the Tomatoes were FRESH, I didn't see brown wilted lettuce or rotten tomatoes. Subs made exactly as I requested, good fast Friendly cashiers. I got a #1 and a #15 absolutely delicious. My husband and I liked this Jersey Mike's better than the Manassas shop

Was great when it first opened but the main reason we go to Jersey Mike's is for the fresh toppings. Service is always great but I don't understand all the great reviews. Do the people in this area not know what fresh looks like? Fresh lettuce isn't brown and fresh tomatoes aren't slimmey. At least the meats still seem fresh because it didn't give us heart burn. Now it's just an overpriced Subway! Maybe new management would help.... C-MON MAN!

My mother ordered 3 lg subs to go home with us ! All were good except for mine!! It was a turkey sub and I had the most severe stomach cramps and explosive diarrhea for almost a day and a half straight! I had half still left so I examined my meal! Sure enough the turkey was pink! It was not cooked properly! So upset with the service!

Defeats the purpose to submit a $30+ online order and then you wait until my arrival to start putting my order together. Its late sunday evening as well. This location has been a disappointment on two other visits. Recommend management get involved and get this process working.

Great sandwiches. Hot and cold subs; order by number (#13 is my personal fave) then pick your fixins or just ask for it "Mike's Way". They can also do any sub order as a salad bowl for those who want to cut their carb intake. Well worth the extra price over Subway.
