I find it crazy how things are priced but when you need something, you need something so you buy it. I shop here because they sometimes offer great coupons and extra bucks. I do enjoy browsing their holiday or seasonal items because it’s usually trinkets you wouldn’t find at say Walmart. They do give a “Hallmark” moment with some of the things they sell. I will not use their pharmacy because each time I was told they took my insurance, I would go to pick up my items and someone would tell me they are not in network with my insurance.

Very poor service. Cannot get it right. Sad they do not even try. Send texts say they have no control over. Making your 30 day prescription 45 days. Very poor service.

This CVS is the best! The store is welcoming, clean and well stocked and the staff is consistently friendly and helpful. Thanks for exceeding expectations as our local CVS

I frequent this CVS every month for my RX's. I think the pharmacy staff is always friendly and helpful. I like their filling time, and I typically never have to wait more than a few hours to pick up my meds. They are doing a great job.

It's a drug store. They have some groceries, some beauty, but it's mostly medicinal. There is a drive-thru but it was packed so we got out and went inside and people were grumbling that they had to wait in line inside as well but the pharmacist seem to be thorough with the people, cashiers checking out where multilingual so they were helping everybody.

I am beyond upset and frustrated with this pharmacy , they made a mistake in my son prescription they did not advise or even asked me if I had questions about. The medicine I was picking up had to be store at a specific place and now it got ruined because they did not advice me or instructed me on how, I contacted them about the issue and the Manager who did not wanted to give me her name in the beginning said that it was my fault for not reading the instructions, she ended giving me her name Elissa, she said well you docto store the medicine and that she could not help me, when I asked her if there was anyone else who is willing to hear me and try to help she said she is the manager and no one is above her , she was rude and so unprofessional, someone like that should not be in the Medical field if she cannot have compassion and empathy for her customers. This could have been detrimental for my son if the medication ended up not working . She was beyond rude and so bother about the situation, I am changing pharmacy and bringing my business to people that truly care have humanity for others. Btw I still need to be refunded the $113.29 I paid for a medicine that is ruined!

This pharmacy is going to wind up killing someone. Please don't let it be you or your loved ones!!!! For the third (and last time for us) they mis-filled a medication. The first time they mis-filled a drug with the lower strength form. Wouldn't have done any harm, but required a second trip to get the correct strength. Second time, they mis-filled a medication with the HIGHER strength form. This could have caused a serious overdose!!! This time, they didn't even get the medication correct! They sent my mother home with a medication that would have been fatal for her had she taken it!!!!! Thankfully I noticed it was wrong, but what if I hadn't? Please please please double check anything this pharmacy fills, or better yet, transfer your script to another pharmacy that is not inept. Your health is too precious to risk!

Long wait times in drive thru and last time i went to pick up a prescription, they said their system shut down and i had to call my doctor to send it over again cus the pharmacy didnt have it and i had to wait even longer. Then today i go in there and they tell me they dont have my newborns prescription in stock until tomorrow. So not only did i have to wait for a prescription they dont even have but i drove 20 mins out there when they could have called and told me so i wouldnt waste my gas. This pharmacy sucks!!!

Horrible experience. I went in about a week ago and two young blond employees were blocking the isle and seemed upset when I said excuse me to enter. They were not stocking, they were conversating about their personal life. I did notice an older gentleman who clearly needed help, they made a rude comment about him and giggled. I will not be visiting this location anymore. Customer service has definitely gone down hill at this location on Madison rd.

I was in there recently. I am disabled and I'm in a wheelchair. I was trying to pick out pictures for a collage frame that I had. Tanya Must Have Spent close to 45 minutes with me going through all the different albums on my phone to pick out pictures that would fit. She's always that helpful to me. Plus I went back to the pharmacy to ask some questions about the covid vaccine. I don't get my prescriptions there but the pharmacist was kind enough to come out and speak to me at length about my special needs. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Please give kudos to Tanya.

This pharmacy has provided very poor service. First the misplaced a class 4 medication, then are very late with prescription filling even though they promised a 2 day turnaround. Tried call to follow up on pickup and was on hold for 30 mins yet no answer. This is very poor service and will now consider taking out prescriptions elsewhere.

Why is the line so long to drop off a prescription? Or pick up one, it seems like the same car is sitting in front of the window for like seven minutes. It’s supposed to be quicker than going inside. I ended up going inside, because I gave up on the drive-through to drop off my prescription. Now on the return trip to pick it prescription, it’s still just like when I came by the first time. Rite Aid is super fast, not so much for CVS.

Horrible service!This pharmacy is so incredibly unorganized and unprofessional! They lost a class IV rx somewhere in the store (after it was filled), misplaced an order that was sent with the others, and never seem to care that they are compromising patient care! We are going thru hospice for terminal pain mgt, and they take 2 days to fill scripts. They say they'll call as soon as the med is ready, never do, and then won't answer the phone! We tried for over 45mins today to get thru, then finally had our nurse call on the provider line to speak with someone. If you need to call... Use that option on the prompts. It seems to be the only one they actually answer!

Ms. Emma and the rest of the staff are excellent. Proactive on refiling your meds. What other Pharmacy would call you to see if you need a additional Pro Air's in the middle of a pandemic !! NEVER a bad experience. AWESOME !!

I’ve never felt like a valued customer at this particular CVS before. I’m not expecting the red carpet to be rolled out for me, but there is a certain type of curtesy that I expect from a health care provider. It’s just seems like whenever I’ve come to fill scripts for an opioid dependency issue, they absolutely make me feel like a second class customer/lowlife drug seeker or something. But I’ve gotten great service at the CVS Warrenton location, so idk what Culpeper’s problem Is but they need to tighten up!

The pharmacy hours online state they are open until 8pm on Saturday when they actually close at 7pm. The pharmacy hours state online they open at 9am when it is actually 10am. We got there at 7:20 and of course did not get medicine that was very much needed

They need to update their hours online. We just sat in the drive thru for 30 mins. After calling, the automatic system says they open at 10am. Online says 9am. Very inconvenient.

The website states this store has Lysol disinfectant spray today. The shelves are empty. Apparently customers from other CVS stores from around the US are having the same problem.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSEWHAT HAPPENED TO CONFIDENTIALITY? THERE HAD TO BE 20 PEOPLE WITH IN 10 FEET OF ME "GREAT SOCIAL DISTANCING" THE LADY ASKED ME MY NAME, ADDRESS THEN MY DATE IF BIRTH. SHE REPEATED IT BACK TO ME LOUD THEN SAYS THE PRISCRIPTION I WAS PICKING UP. THIS IS KIND OF UNBELIEVABLE CONCIDERING YOU COULD HAVE ASKED ME FOR ME ID AND EVERYONE IN THE STORE WOULDNT KNOW MY FULL NAME, ADDRESS, BIRTH DATE AND PRISCRIPTIONS I TAKE.I DONT EVEN KNOW HOW THIS IS EVEN LEGAL A COMPLETE JOKE AND VIOLATION OF MY PRIVACY
