Very friendly staff. Clean, neatly organized store packed with quality merchandise. One small business you will enjoy supporting.

I purchased a trimmer on Sat March 16.I was told could return within 30 days. I have had problems with line breaking and nothing has helped The store refuse to take back and cusomer service was useless I would not advise shopping here at Dunlop store

Helpful staff that is visible. Unlike the big box stores where you can't find someone to help and even when you do, they don't know where the item is, we've had great customer service every time we've visited. We were able to find the wood stain and paint color we were looking for.

Spectacular service! The store is very clean and well organized. I had a question on where to find an item and the employees were happy to show me where I could find what I was looking for. The owner even chatted with me for a few minutes and helped me carry some bigger items to my car. Thacker Ace Hardware is what hometown service is all about!

Went in to purchase HVAC return filters. Clerk had no idea what they had in stock! Next was looking at paint brushes for a particular type of paint usage. The clerk could NOT answer my questions as well as had to keep reading the directions on the packaging. I could have done that myself. If an employee is working in this type of store they should have some background and knowledge of items/products that are being carried in a hardware supply store. Experience and knowledge is a very valuable tool in business. It keeps customers coming back if satisfied. Don’t think I’ll return here. Sorry!

I love ACE Hardwood!! but this location wasn’t for me felt violated to say the least. I went in to buy plant tape for my house plants,I was only person in store with five other employees yes all white does it matter I say it does I was followed around the store the whole time. It was like one would come go back tag another and do the same. I just felt very in easy and not welcomed i definitely won’t be back.

They have a small selection but everything you need. If you want something specific ask them to order it. I like the smaller size store so I don't have to walk as much.
