Check your food before you buy from here!! Today my cousin, and I, went there and got some of the Fieras chili and lime chips and when we got home and opened them we both took a bite and they were awful. We spit them out then when we check the date they went out of date in 2021!! 2 years ago in February. The workers need to check their products before stocking them on the shelf, cause that is unacceptable I wouldn’t have said anything if it was a few days but 2 years and in a NEW store.

Friendly customer service. The store has improved dramatically now that it's at its new location and I assume it is now under new management. Things are more organized and easier to find where as before I avoided going to the Clintwood store due to bad customer service and the store was always a mess and I never could find anything I needed bc it was never where it was supposed to be. I would literally have to move items out of my way to avoid stepping on them in virtually every aisle. But Kudos to the new and Very Much Improved Clintwood Family Dollar! And love the wider selection of home goods. I have to say I was impressed by the home decor items!

The main manager of this store is rude every single time I go to this store in clintwood VA. Not only is she rude she talks behind your back as you leave. I called the main office to complain but nothing was ever done. And several calls were made to the main office with no avail. So If you want to be treated like s*&t then by all means this is the store for you. Happy shopping. If you dare.

Rude today. Took a pair of pajamas back bought for a Christmas present, two workers there. The plastic beeper had been left on the item as well. No refund without recipt, expected that asked for other merchandise, refused then a insinuated comment was mad of " I'm surprised it got out the door" told I didn't steal. They should do their job not reluntanctly, and snobby

Much better than the Dollar General in Clintwood. The aisles are far neater and better stocked. They have some great deals, with their dollar selection particularly. The people that work there are friendly as well.
