A nice place to shop...they of course have a little of everything...name brand clothing...cute sandles...many shoe stores in area are overpriced...here is a great selection and quality trendy sandles that are best bang for your buck...I love tjmax...if you like to shop (judgment free) go to tjmax!!

Awful customer service. They like to accuse others of stealing and then tried to force customers to open their bags. Very rude and did not apologize when the manager stated that the individual was not the person stealing.

Have the prices gone up a little here? Not complaining just wondering. Even with that question I really like this store. The staff are so helpful and kind. The clothes are actually basic styles you can build on. A lost of Stores like Ross’s do not have basic shirts and I found a bunch.

The associate named Emma tried to trick me into signing up for a TJ Maxx "rewards card" not knowing it was a credit card. I'm really glad the person I was with caught on and alerted me. Very rude and snappy with my friend. I'm only giving an extra star because I absolutely loved the lady who was working at the jewelry area. She was so sweet. Hang on to her at all costs because I was not impressed with anyone else on staff.

I've always been a fan of TJ Maxx, but even more so now because it seems like the quality and cuteness of many of the products have increased. Today, I got a backpack cooler and 2 insulated water bottles for ~$50

No real jewelry that i normally get seemed as if I was shopping clearance. Shoes too. I guess since Ross & Ashley Stewart left that shopping center none of us matter thats left. Not looking forward to xmas shopping at all.

Very surprised! Thinking it to be primarily an apparel store. There was a good selection of everyday needs including clothing. Nice selection of quality and availability in the means area. Now that the holiday shopping is past i would really enjoy going again.

I went for a return (07/09/22) and the associate who was also a manger named Neda Biabane was not very helpful and gave the worst customer service I ever experienced. She was very biased and wouldn’t listen to my concern as a customer. I lost my receipt and she insisted that I didn’t buy the item from their store instead of making the proper verification on their system using the barcode on the tag which I politely requested her to do. She refused and said if I could give her a timeframe when I got the item she would be able to look it up. When I gave her a timeframe she refused to check again. She also claimed the item was not in good condition and was used but I explained to her that it was the reason I was returning it because I didn’t notice it when I bought it and no one used it from my end because it was going to be a gift for someone. I said I don’t usually return items if she wants to verify their system and I buy lots of things at this store but she wouldn’t give me that benefit as a customer. She was rude and very impolite and did not even apologize for any inconvenience. I understand there are fraudulent returns but I hope they do their proper verification or check before making a prejudiced judgement. If that’s the kind of manager working there I wouldn’t want to recommend them and I will not support their business. Make sure you are not going to return your item so you don’t get in trouble with that manager or find another associate who is helpful. Everyone else in that store has been helpful before except her.

i’m leaving this star here, for one because they do not treat their employees with respect at all. i worked at this specific location for quite a bit although once i found a new job i stopped working at this location. i still go in to see what they have quite frequently. although yesterday i had been in the store for not even 10 minutes and had gotten confronted by a COORDINATOR (her name being melissa) not even a manager about how i’m supposedly still using my discount card and that i need to turn it in. as if i dont know anybody that works with the company. this isn’t the first time it’s happened either i haven’t worked there for over a year now and they still harass me about some 10% off associates card. it’s not even that but anytime i go in there and purchase stuff there’s always a coordinator or assistant manager that’s watching what i’m purchasing etc. and i’m constantly always feeling followed. if you ever plan on getting a job here DONT! they will never look at you the same once you find a better job.

We love TJMaxx!! The store is usually overcrowded and difficult to navigate, but that really doesn't bother me at all. I love the assortment of items, especially the jewelry! The jewelry salespeople have always been nice. I gave 4 stars because the other employees are seldom better than polite in our experience.

Always love the selection of clothes here. I always come out with something I love. Although I have the racks of clothes in the middle of the store, I always skirt around the edges at the more visible displays. I've never purchased anything from the densely packed racks

Today I went to exchange a watch for a different style. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They completed the return quickly and efficiently. Then the sales person helped me find the right watch for me. TJ Max has great prices on quality clothes and accessories.

This store had associates who cleaned down every cart between uses, had plenty of hand sanitizer available for use and customers wore masks and stayed socially distant.It was well stocked. No bare shelves.

Everytime I shop here and purchase products, if they don't fit or my family don't like it I bring it back but I always get treated as if I'm stealing something or the manager makes smart remarks I easily spend plenty of money here all the time but if I forget my receipt or accidently throw them away I get treated as if I stole something or feel embarrassed to even come back at times this has happened to plenty of people that I see as well waiting on line and myself. Very unprofessional management I feel sorry for most of the cashiers that work there because they do their jobs right but they get mistreated badly!!!

Poor customer service. Cashier mumbled through entire checkout, wrang up item twice and immediately had to refund onto my card. Manager was very short when asked about this. Store was clean and well organized otherwise.

I just LOVE this store. The staff is so friendly, the store is clean and they have great stuff. I even asked to see the manager and gave him a compliment because it's so rare to see that kind of customer service anymore.It's organized, well stocked and priced just right. Most TJ Maxx stores are so cluttered and messed up, especially in the health and beauty section, but not this one. I don't know how they do it! The staff genuinely seem to be happy to be there and will help you anyway they can.

No frills department store. The main draw is discount clothing further marked down from other stores. They do sell other things, such as home decor and shoes, watches and jewelry, towels, small furniture, etc. About 80% of the store is for clothing. This location is clean and the staff are friendly.
