I don't have a problem with the store itself but the Cafe is the most poorly managed Cafe I've ever seen. The employees are slow, there is always a problem with the order, they're constantly out of something you want and rarely does the soda fountain work properly. The sodas are flat or they're labeled wrong. Poor customer service. Can't say much positive about the Cafe.

Nice store but the food court people are rude. Troy is nice but the old ladies especially the black one are rude, and I'm black. I heard they've had a lot of complaints but nobody does anything about it.

We enjoyed our visit to Sam's Club. We annually do Christmas shopping with our daughter. Its fun. Found everything we wanted today. The staff was helpful and friendly at Charlottesville Sam's.

We picked up some sushi from the sushi stand. The sushi was mediocre due to the cheap imitation crab in all the rolls. There were no options without imitation crab, which was unfortunate. The sushi is pretty cheap in terms of price, but I would like more options with real fish even if it costs more.

I pulled into the wrong pick up area and wondered why my order came out and was taken back inside when the spot was empty. When I realized it and asked a staffer in the parking lot to let them know they were outside promptly for the second time. Wonderful attitude of service in Charlottesville. Didn't hurt that gas was .40 cheaper than anything I saw the rest of the day.

Went in to front desk ask about a product and was told to go people wearing green vest ,so I did (of course standing there talking) told what other lady just told me. He went over to bins with me and I turned around and his sorry a_ _ was was gone helping someone else. What kind of business is that.

This is a follow up to my Sam’s Club review posted five days ago. How many times have you heard said ever so nicely, “We’ll check on it and will get back with you before the end of my shift, in 24 hours or within 24-72 hours”? Well that’s what I heard but still haven’t heard from Sam’s Club after 5 days. Surprised? I’m not as this has been told to me by a half dozen or more Sam’s Club employees and I’ve concluded that this seems to be the culture at Sam’s Club. Get customer off phone asap, tell customer what you want to hear but no follow through, keep them on long holds, delay, delay and delay even more and the customer will get tired of the ordeal. To Sam’s Club: You can advertise all you want, but word of mouth can make a big difference in a negative or positive way. In my case, which way do you think I’ll be leaning towards??

After letting my membership lapse after getting a Costco membership, I realized what Costco doesn't have Sam's has or has it cheaper. And what Sam's doesn't have, Costco has or has it cheaper. I have found it's easier just to have both membership as both stores are great! One plus for Sam's tho, it has scan and go. And that helped me bypass all the lines... all except the line leaving of course. Hahaha! Great experience though!!

Like Costco Only better!!!Sam's club offers a better selection and more of it plus an extremely delicious Hot Dog and drink for under $2.00! Just wish they would open a Sam's club in or close to Waynesboro Virginia. We have to drive to Charlottesville Virginia to shop at sam's club. Maybe a smaller prototype Sam's club in our area!! Anyway, great store, great people and fantastic products.It's March 2022, shelves are a little light, but still a good selection of products. We always get their California Oranges and slice them up and finish dinner with a slice of great orange!! Helps fight Covid 19 too. All in All, Fantastic Associates, Very Clean store and restrooms, price's are going up, but that's everywhere. Great Job Sam's Club!! Thank you.May 2022, just shopped Sam's Club again, store clean, well stocked and fantastic associates working there. Stopped for a Hot Dog and soda, still better than Costco!!! Keep it going Sam's Club!!October 2022, just back from my Sam's club run, store is well stocked and ready for Halloween and getting ready for Christmas! They still need help but if you have some patience it's all good. Store is clean, well stocked and the cheapest gas prices in the area. Just picked up another curbside order, love the ease of their curbside. Plus you always get a goodie bag with your order. My only complaint is wish all items sold online could be picked up rather than ship only. Love my Sam's Club!

I had to rush to pharmacy four minutes before closing time to try to fill rx for diabetes for someone else from out of state. Both pharmacist and her assistant were very understanding and helpful. I can’t express how much gratitude I have for their help.

Wish I could give negative stars but I can't. My husband and I were members here for years. We renewed our membership on their website. When we went back the next month, we were told our membership was still expired. We showed them the transaction. Nothing they could do. Apparently our money just disappeared into the ether even though it clearly states in our bank statement Sam's club membership. Appalling service. Manager even had the audacity to blame us for renewing on the website instead of the app. Wish I could get every membership fee I ever paid back.

I LOVE Sam's Club, especially the meats. But here lately I've been buying the pork chops and the big pack has a lot of bone chips. Biting into one can be very dangerous and costly.

This clubs employees have issues. They are rude and lazy. I went there to get a pizza twice and was told both times they weren’t going to fix it. Then when I went in there again to get a toy for my daughter a cart pusher asked for my card. Since when do they check cards at the door. Someone needs to take action.

I love this Sam’s club. I do pickup weekly for my dad’s business. The staff is so sweet and kind!! They always handle my items with care and are pleasant to chat with. I’ve been to the one in short pump and this one is much nicer. I love going to Sam’s club

Sams has pretty good prices and more restaurant friendly items than Costco does... still the same. The announcement about the free knife giveaways are very annoying, not to mention the people harassing you about your cell phone plan.
