CarpetPlus was very responsive when the needed floor coverage increased by three inches after they had already installed the subfloor. Everyone at CarpetPlus was a pleasure to work with and the installers did a fabulous job. We love our floors! (Toe kicks to be installed later by cabinet installer.)

Wonderful customer service! I had my entire condo flooring replaced with carpet and a gorgeous luxury vinyl that looks like wood flooring. They did a great job installing everything and Stacey is great to work with. Overall, I am so pleased with everything and my condo looks like a new unit.

They have cookies. They're freshly baked every day. They also often have a resident dog and I don't think you can go to any other flooring store that offers cookies and dogs so don't bother. If you need other reasons...All the sales folks are fabulous - they're as knowledgeable as they are personable and they have an incredible selection of carpet goods. The store is bright and clean and friendly and you will get top notch service from everyone.

Recently purchased a new rug from Carpet Plus and it was a great experience from start to finish. Low pressure, but still helpful sales assistance from Mr Shelton who showed me so many options based on my initial description of what I was looking for, and pet friendly padding and carpets. Once I selected something Carpet Plus scheduled installation, sent regular schedule reminders. The installation looks wonderful, job well done. I would definitely work with them again.

We’re thrilled with our new luxury vinyl floors, the quality, look and feel, and craftsmanship has transformed our whole house. These guys are really good at what they do. We had fun from start to finish. Duane and Cindy worked with us to get new carpet installed on the entire second floor of our home. Duane was with us each step of the way from picking out the right carpet to checking up on shipping delays (not their fault) to making sure the installation went smoothly (it did!). I was impressed with how quickly they resolved issues and how responsive they were to our questions. Not to mention we LOVE the carpet itself. It was beautifully and carefully installed and looks seamless. The softness and color are exactly what we imagined. We couldn't be happier with working with Carpet Plus and would absolutely recommend them!

The staff at Carpet Plus were extremely helpful and professional. I was able to get right through to Michael who was my main contact easily whenever I had a question. The installers were on time and the job was done expertly. I had changed my mind on the color/type of carpet and Michael made the changes without skipping a beat. We hired Carpet Plus to install hardwood floors and carpet in our town home. We had not moved into the town home yet and in fact, were managing this job from another state. Carpet Plus was extremely helpful, professional and delivered the work on time, as promised, to perfection. When we finally arrived and saw the work, it was just as I had hoped. This is the second time we have purchased carpet from Carpet Plus and we were very happy with the service. First, it was great to talk with someone who could explain the pros and cons of various carpeting without suggesting the most expensive carpet. Scheduling and installation was a breeze. My husband works at home and the guys laying the carpet were cognizant of his need for quiet when he was on conference calls. Everyone we came in contact with during the purchase and installation were professionals in attitude and service.

Had Carpet Plus replace carpet with hardwood flooring in my home office to match the hardwood in the hallway. Mike was a big help in matching the wood. From the showroom to the install we experienced professional service, friendly service, quick responses to email/phone calls, reasonable pricing and quality work. They even fixed a bad carpet job laid by one of the "big box" stores in town and laid vinyl and it all looks great.

Not impressed. Walked in to find out a particular brand of hardwood flooring (Mohawk) and was told by the sales lady she never even heard of it. As I was in the process of getting her more info off my phone so we could compare brands, she excused herself and began helping another couple that had just walked in the store, leaving me standing there as she began showing them around. I waited a while thinking she would get back to me but she never did.I literally get better service at Home Depot or Lowes. Won’t be back.

I purchased carpet and vinyl to refloor an entire condo. It turned out beautiful. Duane Casiss's expertise in helping me make good decisions about both design and price points was so helpful. The installers were excellent - came when they said they would and finished in the time that they estimated. There was an issue where the kitchen vinyl got a tear as the refrigerator was put back into place and Carpet Plus replaced that without any hassle - in fact they were gracious about it. I'll be doing business with them in the future.

We are totally satisfied in every way! We had a large master bedroom and sitting room to carpet. Ed found exactly what I was looking for, got right back to me with measure and quote. The installers were efficient and courteous. They also sold me pad for an old oriental rug I had and it is so much nicer now - they even cut out the spot where there is floor outlet. We will definitely go back for all our carpet needs. Five star!

I am happy to support a local, family-owned business – especially when they are friendly, have a wide variety of quality flooring to select from, and possess a work ethic I can relate to. We decided on cork and brought several samples home to choose just the right pattern and color (there are many). It looks fabulous, really stunning, but I can’t take all of the credit. We got an install date right away, they showed up as they promised, the installation was impeccable (believe me, I am fussy), and our freshly painted room was immaculate when they left. Highly recommended!

After 2 other jobs performed by Carpet Plus we knew we would have a good experience doing the flooring in our new laundry room. Our customer representative, Ed Mallen, was efficient and courteous. It took very little time to find a flooring product that more than suited our needs. And when we saw the estimate we were pleased that it came very close to our contractors allowance which had been based on inferior big box hardware store materials. Ed came the next day to measure and order the materials.Delivery was the next business day and installation was done as soon as the materials had acclimatized to our subfloor temperature.The interlocking tiles we chose look great and we are so pleased with how they feel under foot.All in all it was another good experience at Carpet Plus.

We've utilized Carpet Plus on two occasions in the last several months in association with an addition to our home in Madison, Virginia. The first job was carpeting an 1,100 SF basement addition and the second job was the carpeting of two new staircases. In the store , we found personnel to be both helpful and knowledgeable with respect to bith carpetind padding. At our home, their installers were courteous, professional and caring for our home interior. On completion, debris was cleaned up and removed.There are many places in greater Charlottesville that sell and install carpet. The best provide high quality at reasonable prices- not the cheapest, but the best. We talked to a number of them before selecting Carpet Plus.
