We have been coming here since we moved to the area in June, so far a total of three times in July, September, and now in November. Each time we’ve had a pleasant experience and the exact haircut we requested. Ewok doesn’t seem anxious as he was with prior groomers when he gets home, and I always check him all over for nicks or cuts and have yet to see one.The staff is friendly and helpful, I definitely recommend taking your pets here for your grooming needs!Photos of before and after the haircut included for reference :)

My co-worker (Terry) recommended me (dashing Dog) in Carrollton, so I brought my 1 year old Bichon frise (Maverick) in here yesterday, and I can easily and happily say that I am very happy with the service provided! He’s had an amazing trim and also cutting his nails, which is he won't let me do it, and I would like to thank Megan, he's groomer, She did a great job. My husband Kyle picks him up, Maverick has a happy tingle issue all the time for his excitement, Thank you Taylor for assisting my husband yesterday, We are very happy with this place and I’ll be booking in again.

We recently used their boarding services and they took great care of our pup! When I picked her up, she was well groomed and in great spirits. The team at Dashing Dogs treats your dog like family, and all at an affordable rate. We will definitely be using them for boarding in the future!

I wish I could give 0 stars. I picked my dog up from daycare to take her to the vet for her yearly check up and vaccines. The vet was checking her out and discovered a bleeding puncture wound on her back (picture is after being cleaned by vet). I contacted Dashing Dogs to find out why/how it happened. They had no idea. The people working said they didn’t see or hear anything while she was there indicating the dogs were not being watched as promised. While they did say they were sorry it happened, they accepted no responsibility. I am just posting this is a word of caution. There is no screening process for deciding if dogs are aggressive and should be with the other dogs. I would be careful leaving your dog there!

I volunteered here and my parents as well take our dogs here, we take three maltese. When they come back they're all tidy and clean. When I worked here all my 'coworkers' were very friendly with the dogs, and as well with me and the customers. They let all the dogs out at least once a day, and the kennels are cleaned very often. When the animals seem to be anxious it's their number one priority to make them feel safe. They treat the dogs almost as the are their own. They as well don't treat dogs with any notable health issues lesser than the other dogs. Cats are as well taken in, but I didn't have any there whilst I was volunteering, so I cannot review on that part. There are a bunch of gates and fences as well, so the dogs are safe and sound. Lastly, we make sure that no dogs don't interact with others if they might have a chance to cause harm. Rounded up, this place is very open to all needs your sweet little friends might need! I'd 100% recommend taking your pets to Dashing Dogs

I arrived to pick up my fur baby and the Russian lady that is his normal groomer pulled out plugs of his hair because she was using a comb for his hair and she thought this was completely normal. I was so upset!!! The elderly man or owner even increased the price even though I was getting the same service. We will not be back and beware to not go here if you want your dog well cared for.

I take my dog there for Miranda or Debra to groom. They are awesome!!!!!! My dog gets so excited as soon as we pull into the parking lot and doesn't want to leave. They take such good care of him. Thank you Dashing Dogs for the great care and service. Your the best

I love Dashing Dogs! I brought my 4 month old labradoodle to the shop on a Monday for a puppy groom (face, feet, sani) and she came out with her tail wagging and in a good mood (and let me tell you, she’d let me know if she didn’t like it). The groomer said she did so well she could go for a full groom soon. So that Friday I took her back for a summer cut (her puppy hair was almost 2 inches) and she looked wonderful and happy again! If you’re looking for a caring, clean, flexible groomer, I recommend them. They also used hypoallergenic shampoo and did not put cologne on per my needs of me being sensitive to smells. I will be bringing her here for her grooming needs, thanks Dashing Dogs!

Finally!!! Moved here 4 months ago and have tried and tried to find a good groomer for my 2 standard poodles. They got the classic poodle cut! She knew exactly what that was! The best groomer we’ve ever had! Now to find myself a good hairdresser 😊

Very disappointed with the service that has been provided to my pup over the last few weeks. The 2nd time I took him to day care he came home swollen like he got ahold of too much water or food or even swallowed a toy. He was sick all night vomiting and diarrhea. I called and spoke to the owner and the issue was resolved. The next time my dog came home without his leash, the leash was never found. I gave the boarding a try and when I came to pick him up Sunday afternoon, no one was there. I was told someone will be there 630am-6pm, thank god for Ken when I called the emergency number he was there right away. Now today we arrive to pick him up from day care to find him placed in a cage by himself and told he was biting other dogs....he has been going here for weeks with no issues and is also only 4 months old, when given back the bag of his belongings his lunch was still in his bag. He went from 630 this morning to 6 tonight with NO FOOD! I pack his lunch and his bowl so we don’t have any issues with his stomach like the first time I even write on the bag to feed alone around 12/1. My dog will no longer be taken to this day care. I pay for my dog to spend the day running around and playing and being taken care of, not to spend time in a cage without being fed.

My poor little 13week old puppy was crying while getting his nails trimmed. This was heartbreaking to hear. When I brought this to the owner's attention that some of his nails were bleeding she was not very sympathetic and was quick to tell me that he cried with every nail she trimmed before I picked him up.

I live in NYC with my one year old Maltipoo and he comes to stay with my parents here in Virginia sometime. We have boarded him numerous times and he also gets groomed and he absolutely loves it. Deborah and her staff are amazing at what they do! Run don’t walk to this place

We took our Yorkie to a place in hampton and were mortified by the results. I don't have to tell you the apprehension we had when we took Rocky here, they are amazing! I can't say enough about the professionalism and competence of the staff here. When they had questions prior to the cut they called us to verify what we wanted. We certainly will never take Rocky anywhere else.
