This pharmacy used to be rite aid I have used this pharmacy for 30 years, it was recently bought by Walgreens and has been nothing but a problem since then, the only pharmacy that has a problem with my insurance and the pharmacist is looking around like a lost puppy, my prescription was called in 3 hours ago still not ready I will for sure never use Walgreens again after this experience! Sell the place back to rite aid who actually cared about their customers!

Thank you, Micah! I'm sorry if I spelled her name incorrectly, but Micah went above and beyond for me the other day when I visited the Pharmacy drive-thru window on 1/18/2021 in Callao, VA. I made a huge mistake and reported to my appointment on the wrong date. I was devastated... and really embarrassed. Micah was kind, patient, and understanding. She went out of her way to help squeeze me in on the day that I had reported and was very sweet and helpful. Additionally, during the appointment, she displayed a level of competence and compassion that gave immense credit to the pharmacy profession and to the Walgreens corporation. I wish I lived closer to Callao because I would frequent this Walgreen's more often. Thank you, Micah- you really made my day and saved me a lot of trouble!

Very slow, prescriptions never ready when they're supposed to be, even when you call them in a day ahead! Just refilled prescriptions and got a medication in a bag with information for a completely different medication. So I got a medication I didn't ask for and not the one I did. How does this happen?!?! Unacceptable. What else are you messing up?!?! I will be finding somewhere else to get my medications in the future.

Pharmacy must be greatly improved based on reviews from 2-3 years ago. No problems at all for me.

The worst Walgreens I have EVER dealt with. Prescriptions never ready or they have lost them all together. I will just drive 20 miles to cvs from now on.

If I could give zero stars I would. The pharmacy couldn’t be slower. Didn’t get my urgent medication until 4 hours AFTER my guaranteed time.
