Sam is great he really takes care of Sadie and after her grooming her nails and fur is awesome- she’s a GSD and many places prefer to groom smaller dogs- yet Petco is great with her. Her nails, pads, ears and teeth are clean and she smells so good after her grooming- she’s 4 years old and we will continue to go.

DO NOT GROOM YOUR DOG HERE... THEY OVERSTOCK APPTMTS LEAVING UR DOGS IN KENNELS MOST OF THE DAY. INCREDIBLY DISORGANIZED. THEY DONT ANSWER THEIR PHONES AND THEN SAY YOU DIDNT CALL. MYDOG IS TERRIFIED TO BE IN THE STORE, WASNT LIKE THAT ELSEWHERE

The groomer cut was for a Scottish Terrier and that was not what we got. Very disappointed. And they make you pay and tip before you get your dog and see what a poor job they did.

Jay is my first pick when choosing a groomer for Pepe. Pepe can be difficult due to wiggling and nipping and Jay can get a good result most of the time.

Kinda annoying, we called and they said come in , but they didn’t tell us they have strict requirements about needing complete medical records for each pet, so we drove all the way there and didn’t get the nails done:(

I shouldn't even give your store a 1 star. Very poor service. The employees were very lazy, and rude. We went there to look at fish. No one was found in that department. We asked 2 other employees if we could get some help and they looked at us and said "not my department " but never called for anyone to help. We ended up leaving the store and oher customers were leaving as well for poor service.

They overshed my dogs tail to the point of almost disfiguring. I gave feedback of my concern, asked for a refund and they said they will not accept our dog back at their location again. Before I gave feedback they said he behaved fine. After the feedback was given and refund was made they banned him from all Petcos and said it was due to behavior. Interesting how that worked out. I will be taking this to corporate.

I am not the dog's owner. I am caring for my Mother's dog as she is now in hospice care. The technician, Karl S., took time to explain to me everything that needed to be done because it had been some time since the dog had proper care. He also gave me advice on continuing care for Katie. Katie reacted well to Karl, so I know that means he is a good person. I was extremely satisfied with Katie's appearance and smell after the appointment!

My Boxer Baron was very nervous about getting his nails cut and pads buffed. But he desperately needed it, he was in pain.. They did a good quick job, and they made sure to comfort him so he wasnt as nervous. For $15 + Tip it wasnt bad at all because my Boxer will not let me touch his paws... His nails and pads look amazing! Thanks for the excellent work / price!!

Our groomer was fantastic. She did a great job, very quick, accommodating, my dog loved it. Most places are not open on Sunday so I appreciate the weekend hours. Hooked us up with a treat and coupon because it was our first appointment. I’ll definitely be back

The cut was way too short and she was clearly traumatized from the grooming. My dog definitely needs lots of love and to be comforted when she's anxious but she has NEVER acted the way she did when i picked her up from the petco grooming salon and she's never acted like that with any other groomer. They completely shaved her when i asked them to leave some fluff on her and she was on edge and acting weird the rest of the day. Whatever you guys did, she hated it and i could hear her barking from the parking lot when i picked her up. At least she smelled good.

UPDATE 2022: Karl is still the best dog groomer!2020: Karl is excellent with my dog, Ren. She is comfortable with him and happy when I pick her up. He is also extremely knowledgeable about dogs and does his best with my hound/German Shepherd mix. I will 100% continue to come to PetCo for my dog’s grooming and will always use Karl. Highly recommend him!!!

I took my morkie to this location yesterday evening. I specifically told them not to cut it really short but they ended up making her bald. When I came to pick her up she was shaking heavily and you could tell she was traumatized. When I arrived home I noticed the tip of her ear was cut off and there was blood. I will not be going back here ever!! horrible experience

DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE. I left my dog to get a routine nail trim and came back to a lady waiting for me outside to tell me to never bring my dog back here because my dog was crying so loud the whole time and that it was obvious they were hurting her. They cut the nail way too short and exposed the root of one of her nails.A week later I have discovered that my dog now has an infection in one nail and the cap over the exposed root isn’t growing back. Save your time and your pet and just go somewhere else.

I took my dog for a bath and nail trimming to the old Keene mill location. They have not done the front paw nails. When I called (3 weeks after because I was on a business trip) the manager Carl who has a very poor customer service skills was nothing but unhelpful and rude.

I have a golden doodle. He did a terrible cut for my dog. He seemed rush when I was trying to explain what I wanted. And was too busy to address what I was unhappy with after the fact. I will not be taking my dog there for grooming again! Luckily the hair grows back.

What they do is not always easy and pleasant! I love this staff and how they handle my 3 beasts!!!! They deserve a bigger space, PETCO, if you’re listening.I would definitely recommend this location for all your pet grooming needs!!!

The Pecorino in Burke was pretty good. A young lady name Ally took care of my Chase. It was so fast I still question weather he really got a bath but the trim that I asked for look good. He did smell bad but he also didn’t smell fresh like he usually does when I’ve taken he other places to be groomed. I’m not mad just suspicious and not sure that I’ll take him back. When I say it took maybe 20mins at best I’m serious. It was probably more like 15mins....I walked next door to Ross didn’t buy one thing and by the time I was walking out they were calling me to pick him up...Seriously!

Stefanie has a way with dogs--our dog is a bit shy/nervous and Stefanie has a way of calming her down. She is also an outstanding groomer--I have NEVER had a problem with her.
