Just stumbled onto this place when I had my dog with me going to the joint chiropractor a few doors down. We went in and the staff was really nice and they had a lot of raw and healthy kibble and treats. They were a bit on the pricer side. We tried one and the sales associate was nice enough to give us a few free samples. Went home and our dog did really enjoy them. But then he was really sick for 3 days. We noticed all the samples were expired. I don't just blame the shop, we should have looked at the date too. But why would you give away expired samples.

Miss Kibbles is my family’s go to for dog food and treats! We can be sure we are getting high quality, tasty food. It’s refreshing to know I don’t have to research every product I see, because that’s been done for me by Miss Kibbles. Also! They will keep track of your past purchases, if you let them. Which means I get the dog food I’m supposed to, every time.

Miss Kibbles is by far the best pet store we have been to and we will continue to shop there from now on! Upon entering the store Claudia immediately greeted us and asked us about our dogs and then asked more details about their diet and lifestyle. The amount of knowledge she has about pet nutrition and health was absolutely amazing and impressive. Claudia is extremely passionate about ensuring all animals receive the proper diet they deserve. My dogs and I love this store! They have a wide variety of quality dog foods to choose from (including frozen options). My dogs are very picky eaters, with lots of stomach issues, but they've been very healthy since we switched to Stella and Chewys. I really appreciate that they keep the loose items, like duck feet, in a closed container to avoid bacteria and germs collecting. You can tell the owner really cares about animals. Wish all pet stores were like this one!

Miss Kibbles is a fantastic place to find all kinds of healthy food options and treats for your pet. Our two fur babies have loved everything that has been recommended from Claudia and Debbie. The customer service is excellent, the selection is enticing, and the willingness to go above and beyond for our pets is evident. Definitely check them out! They helped get our 60lb pit bull mix off allergy shots by using Answers Raw food and several supplements.

I happened to be driving by Miss Kibbles while running some errands and decided to run in since we just adopted a new member of the family. I walked in and thought this would probably be one of those overpriced, fancy places that were more about sales or pushing organic food. However, they were amazing! Not only were they attentive to just asking if I needed help, but took the extra step to literally walk me through every type of dog food available and were very transparent on pricing, advantages, etc. I will be back and can't wait to have them as a partner in ensuring my fur baby is as healthy and happy as possible!

I walked in for the first time and Debby helped us. I was looking for something to keep my 1 year old poodle who loves to chew busy and Debby walked around the store explaining ingredients, benefits and what sizes of chews I should be buying! The experience was amazing and I left feeling great about my purchase instead of unsure like "other places". I can not recommend Miss Kibbles enough and we will be back for sure!

I went in trying to find something that my geriatric dog would eat, since she stopped eating her food halfway through the 20+ pound bag. The wonderful employee who was there made several great suggestions, including a modification to my dog's current diet. I was pleased that she didn't try to sell me expensive food that my dog might not even eat! I tried her suggestion at dinner tonight, and my dog inhaled her old food up! Great store, and I will definitely be back to buy another large bag of the Stella and Chewy's that they sell, and more of the cat food that I picked up (another great suggestion). 5 stars for people who care about our pets!

I am so thankful to have found your store. Customer service way beyond anything experienced yet. We are 60 miles away one way , but with your help we still get the raw food we need for our beloved Maki , ala ways in time. Most commercial pages online delivery left us down . We were not able to find the food we needed for her anymore. Your store literally saved us! Fir as long as we are in Virginia which should be probably 4 more years at least we will be buying for our baby exclusively at your store ! Words can not describe how thankful we are! Best pet supplier ever!

Claudia was extremely helpful & so kind. she really knew what she was talking about & helped my fiancé & i pick out some good foods for our cats and dog. all of the food is natural & there are some great choices for raw foods. even the greats were amazing. our lab ate his bully stick in about 5 minutes. definitely will be returning. it was a great experience & i even learned the truth about rawhide! stay safe guys
