The hotel is right beside the highway but it took a little effort to figure out how to find it. My GPS did not work well with this establishment but once we arrived, we really liked our stay there. The beds were comfortable, updates have freshened it up a bit, and it was very quiet. The breakfast was okay. The biscuits were really good. The eggs were oddly very wet but so crumbly they didn't stay together. Overall, I would stay here again without hesitation but hopefully the breakfast was just a bad day.

I stayed here last night as I was driving cross-country. The check-in process was quick and easy, service was friendly, and the room was clean. I saw other reviews saying the hotel was noisy because of the highway; I didn’t notice that at all. I stayed in a room facing the interstate and wasn’t bothered at all by noise, and I am a very light sleeper. If anything, the closeness to the highway was a plus for me, as it was an easy on/off from the highway. Overall this was a great, convenient place to get some rest after a long day on the road. Thank you!

Quaint. So small it's actually intimate. The bed is comfy, the room is clean, and there are no surprises. The desk clerk is pleasant and efficient. A joy compared to other experiences I've recently had. No surprise fees. See the panorama photo I've included. If you're a solo traveler you'll really enjoy this room.Food & drinks: Lots of eateries nearby. All sorts of tastes from fast food to really nice table service.

My fiancé and I travel often…For business or pleasure or sometimes a little bit of both. A couple of weeks ago we were traveling to NY and got a really late start and didn’t even get a room here until around 5am. The night guy was AMAZING (I THINK his name was Mark). He was very helpful upon our arrival and also got us a 1pm checkout&he also does maintenance there. He was VERY friendly and VERY helpful. Well upon our late/early arrival, we only had a few hours to fall asleep, sleep, then get back up&get ready and hit the road again.Well I hadn’t put my makeup on yet nor done my hair, so I figured I would just use the bathroom “up front” as I have done MANY MANY MANY other hotels when we have been running behind.Oh before I forget….the housekeeping staff that I encountered were very nice!!Anyway, so I remove my stuff from the room and I take a bag (with my makeup and hair products in it) up to the “front desk area” and before I even got TO the bathroom, a lady (probably the owner or owner’s wife 🙄)asked “Ummm do you need something”???VERY RUDE right away.So I responded with “Um, YES, I need to use the restroom”!!I go in the bathroom and begin to do my hair&makeup. Within 15 minutes the lady is knocking on the bathroom door asking me what I was doing, to which I responded “Umm I’m putting my makeup on as I didn’t have time to in the room.” She literally told me to “Hurry”About 10 more minutes go by and she came to the door AGAIN and said to me “You need to leave NOW” Said we had already “checked out” and that I was “holding up the bathroom” (NOONE was wanting to use it btw) So I responded back to her and told her I was in the middle of doing my makeup, so she told me I “had 5 more minutes”. All the stuff in quotes is what her EXACT words were.Needless to say I finished up and left.Also told her I HAD been planning on leaving them a good review, but now I will change it accordingly!!!!So yeah there is absolutely NO WAY IN H*LL that I would EVER stay here again. EVER!!!VERY VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL OWNERS!!!! If management, then they NEED TO BE FIRED, but I’m betting it was the owner or wife.The rooms are very small also.I wouldn’t have left a bad review over that, but being disrespected is something I won’t tolerate.Noteworthy details: Don’t try to use the bathroom up near the front desk!!! Even if you JUST CHECKED OUT!!!!

Although I've stayed here before without any problems, we discovered bed bugs in my mother's bed this visit. The staff immediately moved us to another room but we were too anxious to really sleep after that. Staff and service are great but we were shocked by this.Rooms: Typically very clean .

We stayed here while traveling on the 81 . It was perfect . The front desk was very kind and accommodating, and the bed was super comfortable . The softest bed sheets I’ve slept in a long time !Food & drinks: Right by Perkins for a great breakfast

I chose this hotel because it's in a good location for my trip and I booked it online. The hotel faces a busy interstate and booking online you don't know if your room will be facing the noisy highway or will be at the privileged quiet side of the building's back. When I did the check-in I asked the manager to give me a quiet room and he said they cost more. So if you prefer quiet rooms be prepared to pay more. The highway is really noisy. The staff is good and the location is a plus, but if you care for a quiet night, be prepared to pay some extra.Rooms: Rooms facing the highway are really noisy. No double glazed windows aggravate the issue.

Second time at his hotel.Huge shout out to both the night clerk (Don) and the franchise owner of this location. I was on the road traveling from Florida back to NJ and when I booked my reservation online through the Choice Hotels app earlier in the night - I made a mistake with its date.Instead of using today’s date the app used another date five weeks in the future. So when I attempted to check in at 11:10 PM- there was no reservation as it was for February 21.Trying to fix the problem with the customer support for the Choice app got me absolutely nowhere. Fortunately, Don called the owner of this franchise and they fixed the problem!!Rooms: Clean and smell good!

Super friendly greeting at the desk. Plenty of parking. The bed was very comfortable and I am so glad all the linens were clean. Travelers can overlook many things but clean linens and a clean toilet are a MUST. I was not disappointed. Breakfast was nice with several options including biscuits and gravy, fresh coffee, and a juice machine. The pool area looked nice with a glass roof area. I will stay here again.Rooms: King bed was super comfy. Nice big TV and lounge area in the room.

seems to be an older building but well maintained. room is a bit small but cozy for an overnighter. staff is very friendly and helpful, very accommodating. breakfast is the standard Choice Hotel breakfast with hot eggs, biscuits and gravy, and sausage links. and a waffle maker. not the big one size fits all maker, this one has four small cutouts so if you only want half a waffle you don't have to waste. with cereals and breads. coffee and juices.

First thing I noticed.....posting says there is a bar on site....There is NO BAR. I asked at the counter during check-in the location of the bar....the employee stated there was no bar nearby...when I showed that their website shows a bar on site, he apologized. They know its wrong but haven't made an attempt to change it.Breakfast was okay....there is no meat on the buffet line.The room was clean and a nice modern bathroom.The price for this room was 25% higher than a nicer hotel just 10 miles north on I-81. I will not return to this location and will just drive 10 miles further north to the other hotel.

I'm sorry I normally don't rag on hotels. But this hotel really really needs a make over. There is mold in the corners of the bathtubs paint pilling off the wall in the corners the tile is broken on the floor rooms just have not been very well maintained. I've stayed in many many hotels and this 1 was 1 of the worst ones that I have stayed in before. It's in a great location but it just needs to be cleaned compared to the Marriott and the Delta that are just right up the street from this location. I guarantee if this hotel was cleaner they would get a lot more customers if it was up-to-date there would have more people who are comfortable staying here. On the bright side the customer service was good I left my suit in my room I had to go backup and get it but before even got to the front door Housekeeping had actually brought it down from the 3rd floor to me in the parking lot I loved it thank you but please work on the Cleanliness and the update of this hotel.

The room was clean and front staff were friendly. However, when we reviewed the bill, there was a credit card usage fee of $4.95 added to the bill. What is up with that? You have no choice but to use a credit card to reserve the room in the first place. Buyer beware.

As I read the previous reviews I double checked the address… this place was terrible! Suppose to have a room with 2 queen, only one queen bed very small, mildew smell, no sleep because allergies from room! Tried to place head over sink with hot water to clear my head but water would not even get hot… absolutely worst hotel experience I’ve ever had! Oh and did I mention the tv was staticky

We stayed one night in this hotel when we went to Bristol Dragway Father's day. As expensive as the room was ($233), I thought it would be nice. Upon arrival, the Desk Clerk was welcoming. I found it a little awkward getting luggage into the hotel due to the layout of the entrance. There was a curbing to go over. No big deal. Got to our room, really tired from our drive. There was no AC on in our 3rd floor room with 90+ degree Temps outside. We turned AC on and turned it as low as it would go to cool the room off. My fiance wanted to sit down and as he was going to sit on the bed, he saw a big yellow/green spot on the side where the bed skirt was. It was gross! It appeared to be dried snot/ mucus. I took a picture & immediately went to show the Desk Clerk. She apologized & said there was no housekeeping there that late. So, I said no other rooms were available. And I asked about a refund. She said that she would be right up to take a look as soon as the employee coming in was behind the desk. She offered to wash the linens herself. She did come to our room with a clean bed skirt. My fiance put on gloves to help remove the nasty one. As they were putting it on, I slid the mattress over for them and we saw huge dark stains on the mattress. Before I could say anything, the Desk Clerk said, "This is unacceptable!" She apologized and said she was going down stairs to call the owner. We waited about 15 minutes & I called the Front Desk. The employee that was helping us had gone home but had explained to her what happened and we were told the owner would be there first thing in the morning. We were told all partner hotels were fully booked and if we can get through the night, we can speak with the owner. We slept on top of the covers. Never even taking clothes out of our luggage. In the morning, there was no owner there. Just an employee who lives in the hotel. We thought we'd grab some of the breakfast while waiting to see if the owner came in. I've never in my life tastes biscuits that tasted like lard. Eggs and sausage were not fully cooked. At this point, we had our luggage in the car and were ready to leave. No one ever offered to try to make things right. So, I'm disputing my CC charge. As, I did NOT get the services I was charged for. No clean room, no clean bed and no eitible breakfast. I pray the owner wakes up & does better. As a Health Care Professional, it's just a matter of time before someone gets sick from staying in the filth or eating under cooked food. Save your money. Sleep in your car, you'll be better off!

We stopped here only for the night. We had been driving for a long time and we were tired. We didn't want to spend too much because we were only going to be there for a few hours. I saw photos of the rooms and it looked nice so I go a room with 2 queen beds for $113 after tax. The lady at the front desk was nice but when we got to the room it had a nasty smell. We dealt with it because we were so tired and we weren't going to be staying there for long. My son also found some dead bugs on the carpet and I found a pill.

The breakfast was great, the staff was friendly, and the shower pressure was perfect. My only complaint was that our room seemed damp? We were only there to sleep, but every time we came back to our room, the bedsheets and carpet were noticeably damp. My sister had a pack of twizzlers and overnight they got really sticky from the moisture lol. The AC unit worked great, but I feel like a dehumidifier or something would've helped a lot. I would rate this place as 4.5 stars, but Google doesn't do half points. I would stay here again!

I usually write a review if it's bad. But this time it was excellent starting with Lester. He was so nice and helpful as I was on the road and was trying to find a hotel based on reviews. It was so refreshing and I could understand him if you know what I mean. Sweetest guy ever. Thank you.Everything about this hotel was spotless, smelled nice, had a nice hot breakfast , shower was great. The beds very comfy. If someone wrote a bad review about this place than they need to leave and go to the econo lodge. .Anyways. I will stop in again someday.Thank you
