The hotel is right off the interstate so very convenient. The lobby was very neat, clean, and smelled wonderful. The front desk attendants were extremely polite and helpful. They have you checked in quickly. The room was very clean and also smelled nice. Everything was wonderful and we got the best sleep there. I would recommend everyone needing a hotel in that area to choose this one. This will be the only place we stay.

Love this place! It's clean and friendly with great people working the front desk. I feel safe about my children being here and the prices are good. The owners visit daily to ensure everything is up to standards. Would recommend staying here to anyone.Rooms: Very clean and quietSafety: Front desk always watches cameras of building and parking lot.Food & drinks: Sheetz gas station right across the street open 24/7 and they also sell snacks in the lobby which are available anytime.

I'm not sure where to begin, whole place smells like weed and green beans, filthy carpet, no fire detectors, broken sprinkler, blood stained bedding, bug glue traps under the bed, I only seen that because I could swear I smelt poop being a dog friendly hotel I thought I check...just to find bug traps please lord I hope they weren't looking to catch bed bugs🤢 air conditioner did not work tv remote halfway worked, very sketchy people around did not feel safe. This place seemed like a good deal when booking online. Once we arrived after the race we realized it was a mistake. I had a reservation in Oct, 2023. Was told the room was 89.00. I got to Bristol and they took my payment. They didn't say they changed the rate.They didn't provide a receipt or invoice. I found out later they charged 235.00 for one night. I could not dispute because there was no receipt. A lesson learned on my part. The manager lied when I called him. He said he told me the price but he did not.The room they put me in was shabby and dirty. No shower curtain or working coffee maker. Dirty refrigerator. I can't recommend staying there.

Very uncomfortable stay. The whole place smelled like weed, cleaner, and cigarettes. Wires and dim lights everywhere. Instructions on smokers pavilion to trespass on neighboring property to smoke weed. After 10 hours of travel, we had to request a new room because our first room smelled 100% like an ash tray, while the second room only smelled 10% like an ash tray. The odor was in my clothes and was in my cpap the following nights.When I brought it to the attention of staff they stated that not all guests are honest and smoke in the rooms. Expedia should have standards that preclude this place. I was ashamed to have put my family in that situation.

Overall this was a great hotel for the price! The staff was very friendly, check-in and check-out were extremely quick, and the room was spacious and clean. The beds were particularly comfortable, and the blackout curtains were appreciated. Nice TV as well, but regretfully, CNBC (Shark Tank being my favorite show) was not offered. My one complaint was the strong stench of the bathroom upon entering. While the smell faded overnight, the initial smell was probably due to moisture. Would recommend wearing an N95 mask for the first few bathroom runs. Otherwise, exceptional hotel, great location, great price! Would stay there again.

Rented room for a week. Good price, room was decently clean, but didn’t really get any service which is ok because I guess that’s how they keep rates low. TV had very limited channels. Most frustrating part of experience was that 2 nights before checkout I brought an elderly gentleman who is a friend of mine to my room to hang out, and within 5 minutes of him being there I was informed I couldnt have any visitor and staff waited for him to leave. Ive never stayed anywhere before where I can’t let people visit besides this place. Still good value for money.

The hotel was very clean and staff was friendly. Only downside is there is no breakfast service and they have like snack food for sale but for a single serve of cereal is around $5.00 so it becomes costly if you try to buy any of there convenience store style items. When you factor in the level of the hotel and cost per night breakfast should be included. Pool is clean and well serviced.

I've stayed all over the United States and this hotel is one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I should've left when I found roaches but due to circumstances beyond my control I was unable to do something The hotel is of course run by a family from India. Yogi,harsh,Christ and the mom Amy with no concept of business and certainly no understanding of good business practices and in fact they're quite deceptive in handling credit cards so unless you have money to burn I strongly suggest you stay elsewhere or be prepared to have your pockets picked by a kid which is who's running the show. Harsh Tailor at a mere age of 17 and only in the United States for three years as well as everything else they will come in your room and go through your things and hire felons to work there. Richard that works at night has a horrible personality and is a really horrible person. Harsh lives on site and boasts he has no expenses which is ridiculous so stay at your own risk and safe travels

I stopped here. On my way to Nashville for the convenience of it being right off of 81. It was reasonably priced and the reviews are pretty good. Walking in. It was nice and clean. The front desk counter guy was really nice. They do charge a little more for handicap rooms accessible if you will, so I’m not sure what all that’s about. The hallways go in a couple different directions, and the rooms are pretty easy to find. There was any unique smell that I have to say is possibly moisture related. When I got in my room as you can see by the pictures it’s laid out pretty well. The bathroom is very very tight but the shower was decent with a reasonable shower head to work with. Decently upgraded towels too. This place is definitely been remodeled a couple times but the beds are comfortable and it was clean. I think my biggest complaint might be that almost all of the lightbulbs and the bathroom light bar are burnt out. No breakfast either. According to the front desk it stopped around the first is ‘23.The unique smell that I was smelling turned into burnt popcorn smell in my bathroom of all things. Very strange.Not exactly the quietest place around but good. I could hear people talking in the hallway. The location of this is excellent if you’re traveling on 81. And there is a massive amount of various restaurants very close by.

The front desk staff was helpful upon check in, but that was the only time we ever saw them. When entering the room we were met with the strongest cigarette smell I’ve EVER smelt. Mixed with a pungent air fresher scent in every corner of the room. The bathroom mirror was covered in what I imagine was toothpaste spit, or at least I hope that’s what it was. The floor was sticky and had visible debris. Overall, if you don’t mind inhaling cigarette smoke and an aggressive smelling air freshener, then this is the hotel for you.

Conveniently located to pretty much anything. If you're taking the motorcycle class this is a great hotel to choose. The odd thing about this hotel is like on the inside in the halls, It seems like it's kind of sketchy and is a good place to be murdered. But inside the room it's amazing, honestly it surpassed my expectations. Our room was massive, roomy, cozy and clean. The staff were super friendly. I was pleasantly surprised ❤️👍

The hotel is very clean and I appreciate that. But 30 extra bucks for an early check in is a bit much. No breakfast, even though it says there is a hot breakfast. And then you can’t go into the pool because it is locked. The front desk lady was not helpful. Why have pool hours if you aren’t gonna let anyone in. They said the pool was closed because of the storm earlier… we had been there since the morning. And it did sprinkle, but that was 6 hours prior to us trying to go to the pool and the Tv only has 25 channels.

OK, so take this in context ... This is a review for a motel, not the Four Seasons! We came in off of I-81, late. The lobby was clean and the staff was very nice. When they realized where we had to park vs. our room location, THEY brought us a luggage cart. Inside corridors, but entrances around the building for easier access. Everything was locked and required your keycard. Our room was clean, the carpet, furniture, and drapes fairly new. The bathroom is older but clean! Microwave and fridge with freezer were clean and appreciated.

I've stayed here several times over the past few years. Rooms are clean and adequate. Never had an issue with staff. Some recognize me when I arrive. I'm not going to complain about the breakfast as this is not a Hilton or Marriott. I stay because of the lower rate. Convenient to interstate and shopping. Safe surroundings and quiet.

Me and my boyfriend reserved a Jacuzzi suite. The room was kind of dirty, but I had me some Lysol wipes in my purse and cleaned it up lol… I should have followed my gut instinct and left or asked for another room 🤦🏽‍♀️ when I woke up the next morning, I had bites all over my right arm shoulder to my elbow from bed bugs. when I complain to the front desk they did not offer a refund nor a free night but instead $20 off my next day… Ridiculous. I will not be staying there ever again and I advise people to look elsewhere unless they’re desperate.
