Staff was super friendly. The food was surprisingly good. I got a grilled chicken salad and they don't skimp on the chicken! It was seasoned and cooked very tastefully. Typically salads are pretty bland but theirs did not disappoint!Dietary restrictions: They have gluten intolerant friendly options on the menu.

i ordered a pizza for delivery and it took almost an hour to get here which i was initially fine with because i figured the pizza would most likely be really good if it was gonna take that long, but when it got here the pizza wasn't even cooked all the way through and it looked like the toppings had been thrown on sloppily. had to rebake the pizza in my own oven

I love this place. Everyone is so friendly and staff jokes around with each other so you feel as though you’re eating in someone’s house.I love the enormous caprese salad (lots of fresh basil and big enough as an entree), chicken parmigiana and Bianca pizza. The cannoli is delicious too.It’s casual-the dining area is a little drafty, cafeteria style but clean and neat. It’s not a white tablecloth kind of place so however you are in your day-it’s always comfortable.The only critique would be-I drink hot tea (not coffee and not sweet tea) and I don’t drink soda-but they’re happy to give you lemon slices with your water.If you’re looking for a pick me up-being greeted with friendly faces, staff treating you like you matter, and hot comfort Italian food-you’ve found no better place! Mmmmmm!

We have been ordering from this restaurant ever since we moved to Bridgewater (4 years) We have always loved their food but something with the way they make their pizza has definitely changed. The last few times we have ordered we have been so disappointed with the quality of the pizza. It seems like there is no sauce on the pizza at all and they don’t hardly put cheese on the pizza anymore. I hate to say it but I think tonight’s pizza will be the last time we order from them 😕

Comfortable, friendly, casual family place, very much like and of the town of Bridgewater. Delicious food, good prices compared to nearby H'burg, great menu selection for such a small place.Vegetarian options: Eggplant Florentine rolls with linguine and marinara were fantastic, but have delicious mozz cheese in case you're strictly vegan, spinach rolls (w/ricotta)also available.

I ordered the rigatoni special with salad. The rigatoni was very good, my roll was burnt (top and bottom), and the salad was just ok (wilted, not very fresh lettuce, slice of Roma tomato with hard core, red onions were good, cucumbers good). My husband ordered the clam strip special with salad. He said the clams were good. His salad was pretty much the same as mine. His iced tea was not very good. BUT, the main problem we had was the FLIES! It was almost impossible to eat for swatting the flies away from the food, your fork, your drink…I was swatting the food with my left hand and trying to eat with my right. And you know if they are that bad in the dining area they are worse in the kitchen. Definitely a turn off!

First time trying the food here. It was really good we got take out and it took about 20 minutes but they were busy and it was dinner time. I had gotten the shrimp pizza and fried mushrooms the pizza was bland and didn't have much flavor but the mushrooms were great. The other pizza was a half and half pizza which was buffalo chicken and cheese steak which was pretty good. The girl who took out order was really nice and helpful however she was talking on her personal phone while taking our order which I found rude.

So, as this is close to Weyers Cave where I work, I decided to try it out as we are sorely lacking for decent hamburger establishments. Great atmosphere, very good service. I had the cheeseburger platter with fries and a drink for $10. The burger was huge it actually covered the bun area hot, not cold fries. I was very pleased with the food, they also do great salads subs and pizzas. By the way, this location was in Bridgewater .

This was our first time at ny flying pizza. We ordered an x large pepperoni with extra pepperoni and xtra cheese.Although we liked the pizza we were taken aback when they charged $8.50 for xtra pepperoni and $4 for extra cheese.Our pizza ended up going from $15.75 to $29 for xtra pepperoni and cheese...just let the customer know the difference.But again, the pizza was good.

Go to pizza delivery place for me, always solid quality and exceptional service. One time I ordered a cheeseburger that came with a can of coke. The food was delivered and I didn't think twice about the drink until about 5 minutes after the driver had left. Was a little dissapointed but considering I had forgotten as well and it was only $1, I didn't have a problem with it. About 10 minutes later I get a knock on my door and it's the driver with my soda! My mans drove all the way back just to drop off a can of coke, now THAT is customer service. Speaks volumes about the care they put into each order 💯

Worse food I ever gotten from NY Pizza. Stromboli was burnt on the ends and the middle was not cooked and very doughy!!! Fried Pickles were burnt and came right out of the dough when you bite into it. The Fried Mushrooms were Ok!!! Not coming back anytime soon!!!Rick Schneider

First time here and I dined in with 2 friends. I had the Steak & Cheese deluxe sandwich. It was very tasty and fresh. I also ordered the Jalepeno poppers which were excellent!. The waitress was professional, friendly and on top of everything we needed. I would recommend giving them a try!

The food was wonderful! Service was very good and friendly, attentive. The menu had a variety of food types to accommodate a varied clientele as well as diet needs. Large portions! Well presented! The food arrived hot to the table, the bread was crisp on the outside, soft and buttery on the inside in relation to the dishes we ordered that had bread with it or as part of it. Definitely will be returning to try more from the menu!

I enjoy going here....and I know times are stressful right now. But the customer service needs to be a tad bit nicer on the phone. I ordered on 12/31/21 and the girl that answered the phone was ok at first ...but towards the end of the call she cut me off and I said Thank You and she hung the phone up! I am supporting my local restaurant ...you need to be courteous and friendly at all times! No matter the stress! And yes...I will continue to eat there. One bad experience does not push me away!

Pityful place to eat,we just left there ,had to wait "45" minutes for a pizza the waitress ESTER was her name was more worried about answering the phone then waiting on her customers. While we waited forever we saw at least 6 customers up and leave !! When we ask could we get a discount on our order for the wait she said no so I asked to talk to the manager and she said there wasn't one there so I said could I talk to the owner and her reply was he only comes in to collect $$. BELIEVE WE WILL NOT BE BACK!! That's not CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL

I have ate here many times and am always pleased about the consistency in the quality of food and service. A bit of a strange incident occurred today though. My friend and I ordered the exact same menu items. Only difference is I ordered mustard instead of mayo. Ticket amounts were different because I "was charged for the mustard because the menu called for mayo". After much discussion, the two tickets were adjusted.Mine down. Hers up. Go figure. I will of course dine there again. I just won't order mustard! Lol
