Besides my Big Mac Meal, I decided to try something different, so I ordered a slushy drink. They have three choices presented to me. I chose the strawberry watermelon, I liked it, it was very good.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible. 3rd time ive gone...will never go again..... over priced. Today I was told to go wait in order #1....the drive thru #1and 2 already had a car. 20 min later I walk in to get a refund she tells me I parked in t h e wrong spot gave me a refund. It was supposed to be for $15..I get home look at the reciet...it was the wrong order she handed me $4 and some change...I agree I should have looked but I had groceries melting in the back and a child who was now screaming. 🙃 I'm taking the loss and going home.

I attempted to leave feedback on app and to website, but they crashed/failed to load. I ordered a bunch of food for my family and a guy doing work for us, the food was OK but the two frozen drink we got were horrible. My strawberry banana frozen drink tasted burnt (I really don't get why as nothing there is even cooked), and my moms mocha frappe was tasteless.

Perhaps it's a local culture or a business model but McDonald's in the USA pales in comparison to the service and quality you get in Canada. Most noticble is speed and efficiency. This store had 6 employees working that I could see and I was the only one inside at the time I ordered. Yet, it took approximately 10 minutes to get a cheeseburger and fries. I even had to ask how longer I would have to wait.

I ordered a sugar free, vanilla iced coffee. Whoever made it either had no idea what they were doing, or made it the way they like it...with 87 pumps of syrup. I couldn't even taste the coffee, all I tasted was syrup and milk. Absolutely disgusting. The lady that was running food out to waiting cars from the drive thru remade it for me, personally, with, what I'm assuming was the correct amount of syrup. She was very sweet, and attentive. I've never come to this McDonald's and not had an issue.

We had a larger order yesterday…kids..the woman was funny during it. Usually we are stressed while making these orders because kids just never really tell you what they want lol. Everything was fresh and the service was great all around.

No condiments for pancakes or coffee, but the lady was quick to tell me they charge extra for sauce, thats fine. I got 25 cents. My order was over 20.00, so i expect the condiments i didnt have to pay for...check your attitude early in the morning. OR CALL IN, BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION IS A MUST!!!!

Ordered to go and did not receive everything I ordered. They did not give me a receipt but when I went back to let them know I didn't get everything, they were quick to replace it without question. The place was clean but shy of employees to UT out food in a timely manner

10/14/22 - Shame on this McDonald's for participating in a competition among the area locations to take as many orders as they can in order to win a employee party at the expense of good customer service, forcing customers to park after going through the drive thru and wait in order to increase orders during the competition. Enjoy your employee party for bad customer service. Again this generation is rewarded for poor performance.

Their daytime service is way better than their night service but they are not very friendly. They got my order right this time. I will say they do have one lady that is so nice and funny. Only takes one working the window to ruin or make it great for everyone else.

We didn't have power due to the storm and just finished picking up the mother in law. We were tired and hungry and pulled up and was greeted by a friendly voice that took out order and had it ready very quickly. We were very grateful for the first week meal on over 24 hours.

I wish the food was as pleasant as walking in the place may be clean, but everytime I go here fries are cold no Matter size you order they always seem to give you a small amount of fries. You differently have to check your food before leaving to make sure its fresh an not just been setting around an that you good your the food you ordered. The people are friendly. Which is why I gave a 2 rating rather than that check your food.

I have been to plenty of McDonald’s but never had food like this before.We waited 5 mins for someone to take our order it was DEAD.We ordered 2 triple cheeseburgers, a fry, 2 drinks and a kids meal. My burger Had a weird odor to it. My husband said it’s prob a dirty grill. His cheeseburger had the same smell but tasted like a cheeseburger, but the pickles were missing. I took a bite out of mine and spat it right out it tasted old and definitely not like a McDonald’s cheeseburger . He smelled it after i said it tastes gross and said yea that’s not dirty grill that’s probably rotten.We couldn’t eat the fries because they were old and cold.Probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve been too and a waste of my $16

McDonald's should be consistent across the country with taste , quality and service. Unfortunately that's not the case. This location had a very rude person working the drive thru and the food was far from what's expected, the fries were cold and gross, the soda was flat. Just another unfortunate victim of carelessness.

Usually good service but lately not so much.. order was wrong, fries tasted like yesterday's recooked batch, didn't give me items I paid for... It's a 15 minute drive one way so i wasn't going to drive 30 minutes again to get everything I initially ordered. The one in Ashland is better. They even have paper on your freshly cooked burger.
