As someone new to the state, it seems odd to me that alcohol is only sold in these stores. Then I found out they were state run, and it confused me even more. While I don't belive the sale of alcohol is a business for the government, I wanted a drink and sought to give it a try.I was amazed by the friendly staff, the immaculate clean store, and the wide selection. Furthermore the prices are right in line with what I have experienced in other states in traditional stores.Great job ABC!

I shop here a fair amount. The pricing is much better than West Virginia and the selection is quite large. They regularly run specials on different liquors every week.
