We shop here very frequently, and spend a good amount of money. The men's restroom is disgusting! It always smells like urine. This week instead of cleaning up the urine from under the urinals they just put a wet floor sign there. The employees can't be very clean either if this is where they go to wash up.

Was already making a trip through Bluefield so I stopped at Sam's Club to browse and bought some stuff. They didn't have my Vegan Chick'n but I found something even better.Also we were out of Q-tips and deodorant at home so decided to buy in bulk.

I shop here every weekend and sometimes a few days out of the week. We spend a lot of money here and buy most of our cakes and cupcakes here. I ordered a cake for a gender reveal party something that has been planned and can’t be easily rescheduled due to all the other planning we had to make for it. They call me 3 hours before I am supposed to pick this cake up to inform me that the cake decorator won’t be coming in. Which means I don’t have a cake for this party. Last minute and trying to find someone to make a cake is pretty much impossible. Thanks so much for ruining my son and his wife’s first baby reveal party.

Prices aren’t competitive per unit compared to the Wally just around the way…they don’t have a large variety of items from which to choose and they’re aren’t terribly healthy at all. One of the women at customer service was so rude and was visibly irritated that her side personal conversation had to be interrupted to actually work, she could barely contain herself. There is a really nice cashier however that is friendly and patient and happy to assist which is appreciated because you end on a nice note with her at least. Pharmacy is fast, bakery is miss or really miss as sometimes the croissants are undercooked and the cupcakes are way too sweet and artificial. I just stick to buying gas now honestly.

My primary reason for stopping at Sam's club was for their wonderful pizza. They have gone to He!! In a handbasket. They ran out of pepperoni. No longer have made to order pizza, and they changed the dough but not the temperature of the pizza oven. Everything comes out burned.

Typically, a trip to Sam's is fine. Today, we stopped by wanting to purchase an air conditioner unit that was showing available and in stock at this store on their website. The associates we spoke to were very nice and helpful and explained that their store does not carry that type of ac unit and sometimes the web site erroneously shows products available in store when it is on line only. The associates were great but the trip to the store was a waste of our time since we were not interested in the units they did have in store. I hope they correct this website issue.

This was my first time going to a Sam's club. It made me miss Costco (there are none near me). The free samples were a chickpea chip, and black coffee...nothing to write home about. However, with the plus membership they offer free shipping anywhere in the US, and the prices are lower on the majority of items.

Very unpleasant experience with the overhead PA system remaining stuck on in the page mode. This is worse than a dog whistle effect on a headache. This is twice on my in store experience. Please fix it.

Worst experience ever.... soooi humiliated at this location... a sales associate came over to help me at the self checkout and I let her rering my purchases up because she had to price override an item and she didn't ring a small bag of candy up at the door were they check your receipt I was treated like a theif in front of the whole store the associate that rang me up stood and watched until I made her come over and help with the situation.

I don't like shopping there really. The last few times they have employees acting like you are going to steal and watching you as you shop. I'm getting to the point where I'm going to call higher up because this is ridiculous.

I admit I am a little bias, Sam’s Club has a huge parking lot and unequaled inventory. The employees are friendly and professional. The Warehouse is perfect for bulk shoppers. I do not like going inside fighting the heard of slow people grazing in the isles. But I do enjoy the free samples. I choose to shop and pay online. Then I get a text when my order is ready or I show up at the time I choose to get the order. I park in the reserved area on the far side of the building and notify them which spot I am in on my Sam’s club app. They bring my order to me and load it for me. I’m in and out in 15 minutes.

Very nice shopping experience. Store was well stocked, (Bluefield, VA)hardly anything out of stock (unlike the Roanoke, VA club). Nice variety too. Prices are very reasonable. Associates are friendly, polite, and helpful. Sam's club had raised the bar against the other wholesale clubs.....update.... 8/22/2020... Lousy shopping experience.... They've cut back big time on their seasonings, moved them too. several items I came there specificly for were not available. They constantly try to force you to sign up for the master card while checking out, overall selection just not what it use to be. Really makes me wonder why I renewed my executive membership. Come on Sam's.... You set the bar high, but now you seem to be cutting the posts down...

Love shopping here. Today, however, I had two items that didn't ring up even though there were scanned. Reviewing the receipt, the two items weren't there. Both items I had two of in my cart. Not sure why they didn't scan.

Finally found toilet paper & paper towels!! Plus I love that Sam's offers contactless checkout. Just use the Sam's app to scan your items as you put them in your cart & checkout on the app when you're done. Show your phone to the employee on your way for them to scan & done! So simple & no more waiting in lines to checkout

I was pleasantly surprised that the women's restroom was much cleaner than my last visit.I was very disappointed that the Bluefield, Virginia, Sam's Club had no Hint Water!!!This has never happened when I shop there.The clerks that checked me out were very helpful and thoughtful.PLEASE RESTOCK YOUR SUPPLY OF HINT WATER!!!

The good and the bad.There's no entrance at the tire center so you must either park and walk around the building, then through the store to communicate with the shop OR drive to the front entrance, walk through the store to the service desk, then drive back to the shop to present them your vehicle. Someone was clearly not thinking straight here.As usual the shop manager is friendly and professional. Fixed my problem in 2 minutes.

Bluefield Virginia. Absolutely nothing on their website or App about being closed on New Years day. With how many vehicles I seen pulling up and then driving off I assume you didn't bother to tell anyone. I don't appreciate the 45 minute wasted drive. Even the fuel pumps were shut down.
