I went by Sally's today and it was closed with a note that said Be back in 10 minutes. I waited for 20 minutes and they never did come back, so I left. I can't imagine running a business and closing up in the middle of the day. I'm sure they were still on the clock. That's called stealing.

The staff was very friendly when from the time I walked through the door to when I checked out. The clerk took her time with me and helped me find everything I needed as well as offering her advice and opinions on the hair products I was considering. When she wasn't sure, she asked her associate and she helped out as well. I would recommend this store. Very clean, maintained and well stocked. Would shop there again.

Kim, the store manager, was very helpful to me. I had a long drive, about 50 miles. I called the store and described the item I was looking for. A latch hook crochet needle. She sent me pictures of the item to be sure it was what I was after. She was helpful even after I had called back 3 or 4 times requesting different pictures. She even had the item at her counter when I arrived. Thank you Kim.

I’m not sure if it was a manager or associate but she was the rudest lady I’ve ever encountered. I work in customer service and you DO NOT talk to anyone like that. All I asked was her opinion on purple shampoo and I guess it was a big inconvenience for her. All she was doing was scanning and I didn’t want to ask the cashier because she was with a customer, I wish I did. But the cashier gave me advice on eyelash glue and really helped me with other things. She was fantastic.

If I could give zero stars I would bought my wife and mother mystery lipstick grab bags that the lady at the front desk said that they had assembled now mind you this was a Christmas present luckily I gave it to then early because the products inside was broken used and over 5 years old not to mention she was rude to my children who was God forbid touching they're door handle now I understand a mystery grab bag is get what you get what you get but mind you we are in middle of a worldwide pandemic I will be filing a report with the health department

I have only shopped there once. The charges for the product showed up on my account twice on the same day. They were unwilling to help. I will not shop there again.

Come and get a haircut at one time had to keep going back in because she kept cutting it one side a lot shorter than the other and got upset because I came back the first time will never come here again this has been about five months ago a blond headed lady did my hair younger one
