I love coming here for pet food, treats, toys and supplies. Much improved since the new company cook over this pet store. Very friendly and knowledge staff — Jack is a stand-out for his customer service, but really all of the staff are great. They were always so sweet with our older dog, and bringing our new puppy to socialize and pick out toys is always a treat— they give her lots of attention and help me pick out things she’ll like. Another great staff member Pearl couldn’t resist dressing the puppy in cute hats when we came in and take lots of photos. I’ve also had great experiences with grooming, and I’m looking forward to the self-dog wash stations they’re setting up now.

The store was really well stocked and the wash stations were well kept. It didn’t smell too weird here. And the guy running the store was really nice and friendly toward our dog. We would come back!

They had the dog cakes and cookies I was needing for a puppy birthday.Much easier to deal with than Dogma bakery in Shirlington and the staff is more helpful, attentive, and less apathetic than Dogma’s.

Coming all the way from California, to an completely new state I was so lost looking for the perfect store for my fur babies and it seems as if I have found a goldmine with the knowledgeable guys there. Jack and Ron were very nice will def will recommend this store to my friends!!!!!!!!!!!!
